Been coming to this location out of convenience for the last 4 years since it’s close to home. Have had my truck and car worked on and have 0 complaints. Always helpful, fast and great work. Thanks Fil for taking care of all my needs and suggestions!

Don't take you vehicle to this place!!!! I took my truck in to get a diagnosis because it was misfiring which I told them. I thought they would give me a detailed document with some specs and findings but $130 later they gave me a piece of paper saying it was misfiring on cylinder 2. And had low compression. Which I knew already. I guess it my fault for thinking this was a actuall mechanic shop. Hence the name Firestone complete Auto Care. They didn't even try to figure anything out or tell me what they could do. They said they don't look in motors or take them apart. They should change there name if this is the case!!!

Arrived at this location after the awful experience I had at the 99th and Lower Buckeye store. I was greeted and welcomed by Filip. He was very helpful and explained different scenarios about the issue/concerns I was having about my car. He explained in detail my options and had a great attitude during the entire interaction. I explained the previous experience and felt heard and understood, he was able to acknowledge my frustration. He quickly jumped into finding solutions and got the work that needed to be done. I will definitely come back to this location. Now this is excellent customer service!

Maybe I was spoiled at the Firestone in Escondido, CA on Ash Street but this place here in Phoenix, AZ seemed to go above and beyond to get a 1-Star Review! I arrived 1/2 an hour before the store opened because I had a flat tire. When they opened at 7am, I was the only customer there. I told the lady, Maritza (I think), that I needed to get my daughter to school by 8am. I only saw ONE CUSTOMER come in the whole time I was there, probably around 7:45am. It took them TWO HOURS to replace my tire that could not be fixed. And yes, she told me she had my tire in stock! We were not waiting for the tire to come in. I offered to buy two tires because I normally buy them in pairs or full sets but she said, no, the other tire was fine! Thank God! How much longer would I have had to wait so they could put two tires on my car, or worst, what if they could have fixed it??? I would have lost a whole day! This place SUCKS! I don’t normally leave negative reviews unless it is REALLY BAD but this was ridiculous so you are forewarned. I like Firestone but I will bypass this store every time from now on.

We were helped by Phil today for an alignment on my vehicle. The price I was quoted is what I paid. My vehicle was done quickly, same day service with an appointment. Phil was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much!

Had my car towed there this past Wednesday night and made a Thursday morning appointment. 1st. Called in and PHIL said that because my appointment online was only a “diagnostic appointment” they wouldn’t be able to check my engine until Friday. Called back at 10AM that same day and Maritza said that she didn’t why he said that and they would be able to get to my car on as schedule for the appointment. The following days were filled with having to call to get my own updates on the car and techs telling me different problems in relation to the car. Overall terrible service , incompetent techs and managers , and with all this being said my car is still not able to run. I thought this funny: When I dropped my car off I wrote “ Car wouldn’t start , and I think it might be my starter” David tells me “ well , your car is able to start but I can’t tell you how long it will run for after and we fixed the starter which is what you said was the problem so I don’t know what to tell you”. I have no idea when I became a mechanic , but my experience was very unfortunate. It was definitely my fault for thinking Firestone could fix complex problems. But definitely learned my lesson

Hi I came in with 1999 ford f150 4x4 to get an alignment. All team members were nice and respectful, although the process was quick after waiting an 1hr or more for the alignment I was then told I needed the eccentric bolt kit to do camber/ caster that they could only do toe. I wish I was told prior to them backing my truck out the bay because now my truck drives worse than before the alignment I’m out of $112 and still have to pay another $112 now that I have the bolts to get aligned. O’Reillys is next door and this could have been avoided if there was a bit more communication. The alignment paper readings I received are the same exact same and feel like my time was wasted.. I feel cheated out my money.I would appreciate anything you can do to help ensure a customer is fully satisfied and safe on the road.

When service is A1.... 🫡 This is the 2nd time I have used this particular FireSrone. It was a quick and painless fix. The employees answered all my questions and I drove away confindent. The 1st time I use their services they provided my vehicle with all the love she needed. Definitely keep this as my home base firestone from now on!!!! ( gimme a free oil change aye ;) ) - Murphy

I brought my car there for an oil change and since then my car just leaks oil. I took it back and they denyy any wrong doing. They won't fix the problem. Don't take your car there!

3 hours from the time they put it in the air and took tire off. Not sure how it takes 3 hours to put a patch on a tire.

The employees here were awesome! Special shout-out to Jose and Phil! I took a used car in that I had just purchased, and when they found some issues and the warranty company didn’t want to cover the cost, they went to battle for me and managed to get the claim approved. Great service and super helpful employees!

They always have great customer service at this location which is why I drive a little further to come here. I’ve been getting my tires and services here for years now and each time I have a great experience. Fil was able to get me in without an appointment yet still got my tire changed pretty fast for a busy day.

Was helped right away, came in for a tire and came out with a tire fitted in my rim, no problems with sales, was offered to get the in store credit but wasn't really interested! Good job!

Came to get 2 tires replaced driver side tire went flat 2 days after came back up here all they did was put air in was told to come back next day then refused service did offer us the warranty on the tire do not recommend coming here at all this is what I got. If I could rate them a zero I would. They all need to take a class on customer service.

Do not take your car here! I’ve been here a couple times prior to my current issue. Never had any problems until I denied services that were way over priced. I only had an oil change done. Immediately after picking up my car I smelled oil and my car started smoking. I called them and they ensured me it must me a little bit of oil that spilled. Wrong. I took my car to the dealership a week after because it never got better come to find out they never placed my oil cap on and oil was spilling everywhere. Coincidence? Maybe so. I don’t believe it. Save your money and go to the dealership this place can care less about your vehicle. I tried to call and speak to a manager and never heard back.

Don’t go here!!!! They will break things in your car and then blame you. The manager will lie to up sale you and when you complain he will raise his voice and then call you a liar. The Area Manager is the same his name is Joshua. Worst company ever. They don’t rectify anything. We had an issue on 5/4 took two weeks for Joshua to call us only because I called corporate again to complain no one had called us back and was told a regional manager was calling us on 5/15. Guess what still no call from regional.

Phil at 83rd a lower buckeye got us in and out quick. Had a fat screw in a tire and Was told by front desk 3 hours, he had us out in 45 min.

They have no idea what they are doing, 4 people working on your car and they too busy laughing and playing. They had 4 hours to put tires on my car and here we are pass the time they said they would be done. The reason why it’s taking so long and I quote “It’s hard putting tires on a car”! Last time I checked Firestone was a tire shop! Do not waste your time coming here. Fil Flores and his team are the worse. Do not I repeat do not come to Firestone on 83rd and lower Buckeye! My car is not done but yet they are in the back snacking on chips in the photo

Fil Flores Store Manager took great attention and action with my Tesla visit today. I would high recommend him especially with ride share customers. He is exactly what great service use to be like back in the day. Highly proactive with resolutions and efficiency.

Had to file a complaint against the employees on how rude, mean and deceitful they are. After I filed a complaint the employees confronted me about it and supposedly all they got was a coaching and talking too.

Tired, tired OK OK no no no yeah you have a good day too this is not a good place to do business with!!! The customer service is very poor. You are treated very bad. I would never go back there and advise anyone to do business with them.
