I took my cherished lexus 350ES to fire stone as my Lexus dealer charged me exorbitant amount of money for overall maintenance in the last three years. I decided to choose Fire stone as it was near my location. I was a very satisfied with the hospitality, informative, mechanic, and especially the overall price of what it takes for a vehicle as mine. I will continue to go to Firestone from this point on.

Courteous caring service. The counter man I worked with took time to research the retiree program for me. Other FS stores I’ve been to pretty much glossed over the program. I’ve been coming to this store for 7 years. They always don’t a good job for me.

I stopped by to get air in my tires today and they were very kind and professional. I even wanted to tip them but they refused and were just happy to help. I highly recommend getting your tires here. I'll definitely be back when I need new tires.

$2k for tires I’d like to have them with a warranty coverage as well. Really is upsetting to know my tires aren’t even 1 year old and I have a slow leak that can’t be fixed and now I’ll have to pay for them to be replaced out of pocket again. If this information was disclosed to me and not automatically opt out without my knowledge I’d have purchased tires at another company.

Absolutely love this place! Coming here I know I’m going to be taken care of. Tony specifically has been extremely helpful and has communicated everything very well (his honesty is greatly appreciated). This location is very calm and everyone is friendly. Definitely has become my new go to!

Last time my truck was in for service, the tech advised that I had a broken U-Joint and the Carrier Bearing needed replaced. After some research, it was more cost effective to replace the drive shaft. The part was ordered and will arrive today. When I went to the location this morning to discuss installation, they advised that they would not install the unit because it was purchased outside of Firestone. Not good!

These young men are always great! Tony helped me out in a pinch despite being very busy getting me back on the road quickly (i was okay with waiting a while since i didnt have an appointment) . great service highly recommend.

I have attempted to have my oil changed twice in the last month. The first time, my appointment was cancelled the morning of the appointment. The store manager said "no one showed up". I thought, "okay, things happen, I'll try again". I went in this morning to drop my car off for an 8:30 AM appointment. Stopped by at 8:00 AM to drop my car off and the doors were locked even though they open at 7AM. My ride was waiting so I had put my keys in the drop box and head to work. I have been waiting for a call from the shop and when I called the Firestone switchboard they can't reach the store either. At this point I just need my keys, but no one is there. SUPER Frustrating. There are some major management issues at this location. Update: I finally got in touch with someone. Has no clue about my appointment and is now saying he is backed up and can't get the car done. No surprise he's backed up, they opened 2 1/2 hours late. Worst customer service I've seen. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Honest and quick service. I had a flat tire and they replaced it with the spare and since they did not have a replacement, they referred me to their competition. Would go back again in a second.

Terrible customer service - took my Toyota to them as making a noise when I turn on the car. They did a “full inspection” which I paid for and determined it was serpentine belt which was replaced at a cost of $132. Six weeks later when starting the car same screeching noise again - take the car back in and guess what ? It’s the serpentine belt that is under warranty. However, now Firestone does not want to warranty the belt as they state it is now a pulley problem and that is what is causing the belt to wear down. So, they will warranty the serpentine belt if I spend $550 to replace the pulley. Spoke to manager , terrible customer service and he told me they would replace it initially but then stated he can’t unless I spend the additional $550. So I stated he strong holds me into $550 and then I get the warranty , otherwise they won’t honor that. They mislead and won’t honor their warranty. In addition, they lost my donut to my car when I also had a tire replaced . Stay far far away from this place. They lost a customer and they don’t warranty their parts and they don’t care to help the customer !

Messed up oil change, had to take back 2nd time for them to clean my engine because oil was all over it because they missed the sump. They did clean it up and were very nice. But I must point out I called them the night before at 520pm and the tech was very rude, told me they close in 10 minutes ( not true, they close at 6pm) and I have to bring it in the morning. Meanwhile, I'm dealing with oil dripping from engine. He insisted it was some other problem because they did nothing wrong with oil change. He was wrong. They charge so much in labor but didn't seem to care about my time!

The Manager, Alex is always very professional and very mindful of his customers. Quality work is a definite. We do not go to any other Firestone location. Give this place a try and see what I'm talking about.

The guy at the counter with the accent was extremely rude, I dropped my tire off at 8am, came back at 430pm, the tire was not mounted to the rim still. He didn’t call me at all to tell me they no longer sell the tires I bought here in Dec. He finally took my truck back at 520pm. His word to me were "What do you want? I'm not a miracle worker." I only came back here because I bought the tires here. I'll find a different tire shop from now on.

These thieves added a twenty two dollar charge to my bill without saying a word to me. I had an appointment for an oil change, I showed up, chose the oil I wanted, handed over my keys and left. They called to tell me my oil change was done, so I headed in to pay and pick up my keys and vehicle. The store employee asked if I wanted a receipt or if I wanted it emailed to me, I said just email it to me. I payed the bill, grabbed my keys and left. When I got in my truck the center console was up and all of my change I had in it was all over the floor in the back. Kind of strange to open the console for an oil change right? When I got home I got an email of the invoice and noticed a $22 charge for an inspection on it. Not once did the salesmen say anything about an inspection. And if they even did an inspection, not once did they mention or give me any paperwork of the findings on the inspection. I've had many questionable visits to Firestone before, and the only reason I continue to go to them is because I have a Firestone credit card. Well not anymore. I am done with this corrupt and thieving company. The last time I went in for a brake inspection, they said everything was ok with my brakes but tried to sell me a bunch of filters and flushes. That same day I went to greulichs and they looked at my brakes and then physically showed me my rear brakes were metal on metal so I had them replace the pads and rotors. Firestone doesn't care about you or your safety. They just want your money and are willing to steal it if they have to. Just another sad and sleazy car repair company.

We were extremely impressed with Trevor who worked with us all day. While adding air to our front tires, we were told that we needed a front end alighnment as we were in imminent danger of a blow out. We replaced the tires, and Tony Valtierra completed the work. He found where there was a gas leak, and gave us an estimate for that repair. He also gave us an estimate for a fuel pump on my daughters Toyota. We plan to return to them for both repairs. They were knowledgeable, very helpful. I did not realize that they truly are a complete car repair facility we could trust. Give those men a raise!!! Thanks so much!

I love Firestone, Carefree Hwy location! The guys always do such a wonderful job and take such good care of our car! We never go anywhere else for oil changes, but here. Scheduling was convenient, and the service was friendly, prompt, and very professional. Everything was explained in detail with no pressure to complete all repairs. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for being so AMAZING!!

Walked in Wednesday Set an appointment for Saturday, took the car in only to find out that the appointment time was not inputted in their computer therefore was basically treated as a walk in. If you can’t get an appointment right then what expectations should I have for them working on my car. Thx for nothing.

My wife's car brokedown on the way out of town and we were desperate to get it fixed. Called this location and spoke with Dawn. She couldn't get us in, but she took the time to call around to other locations to find us someone with an opening. Dawn was extremely helpful and the other locations should have her come in to teach customer service!

We had a 12 pm appointment for an oil change, alignment check, and an inspection. I was told my car would be ready by 2 pm. I called to check for status at 2. The person who answered the phone informed me they had not touched my vehicle yet and I could expect it to be done by 5. I admit, this was annoying and my tone became less than composed. When I asked why it would take so long and what was the point of the appointment, the person I was speaking to hung up on me. Upon picking up my car later, I encountered an extremely hostile atmosphere. When I inquired about the incident on the phone, one of the service technicians behind the counter responded with hostility, resorting to insults, gestures, and threats. The manager, who was present at the time, requested that I wait outside, subsequently returning with my key and informing me that I was being trespassed from the property. As though I caused the problem or misbehaved. When I asked why I was being kicked out, the aforementioned technician, accompanied by another individual, confronted me with further threats, explicitly expressing an intention to engage in physical harm unless I left immediately. The three of them followed me to my car continuing the threats and insults. I spoke to the police and someone at the Firestone corporate office. No resolution yet.

ZERO STARS - Set an appt on Sunday for Tuesday and dropped off my car. Called them all morning for two hours on Tuesday with no answer. Went back to the shop only to be told they have no idea and that my appointment was probably cancelled. Never received any updates or emails. Tried to tell the manager I had been calling for 2 hours with no response. Told me to have a nice day in the middle of my sentence. This place is obviously understaffed or they do not care. BEWARE.
