I bought a set of tires from Firestone. I drove for few days.in the city limits...no issues.Then I went on vacation. Upon my return I drove the car on the freeway. Car vibrated with speeds over 65 mph. Initial response from the store: "There must be something wrong with your suspension" Really? They (cordially) agreed to check the vehicle. They claim the problem was fixed by rebalancing the tires. The problem has not been fixed. Car still vibrates (similar to having a defective or out of square or bulging tire). The vibration is imoroved but NOT fixed. Obviously, not enough time was spent to evaluate the problem. Store figured, do the quickest check/fix (balance) to appease the customer and getting him out of here.....well, I am old enough to have bought tens of tires and have encountered few troublesome tires in my life time to know the difference between good tires, mediocre tires and bad tires. Same goes for the service.

We have been using this Firestone since 2012. They are fantastic. Very helpful, professional. Any time we schedule one of the vehicles, they always complete it on time, letting me know if there is additional items that need to be addressed.

Honda cars tell you what service needs to be done. No one at Firestone tried to tell me other things were in need of repair. They made sure I understood everything was in good order. Thank you

I had an 8am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to arrange a ride from my work to drop the vehicle off and pick it back up. Did all that for nothing. I arrived at 3:30pm in hopes the work was done and the guy at the counter said they didn't have time to get to it, sorry. I told him I had an appointment, and he said yeah I know what do you want from me. By the way, this is the 3rd time this has happened to me in 3 years at this same store. Never again!

I have been using Firestone at union hills for years I just had my oil changed next day oil on my driveway went back not day after work they didn't waste time got car in asap crack in the seal fixed now no leaking of oil

I stopped in for a valve stem replacement and Eddie helped me. He took the tire immediately fixed it and I was on my way. Absolutely EXCELLENT service!

They are very friendly, fast and trustworthy at this location! I have been going here for years. They will let you know if the work is needed now or if it should be under warranty, and if you can wait on the work till next time.

Brought my car in for oil change and tires. Everyone was great and my car was done in a reasonable amount of time. I had 3 tires replaced. Another customer came in while I was waiting and complimented them on their integrity with a previous repair. This is my go to shop!

Jim at the front desk was awesome and very kind! Everything else was not good. Went there to get a new tire. After new tire installed, my car is pulling HARD to the right. Called them back 5 minutes after I left and was told to come back. They rotated the tires and I left and the car was now pulling HARD to the left. Called them back again 5 minutes after I left and was told to come back a 3rd time on the same day. The kid working on my car said it was pulling left the whole time. Called me a liar. I know my right from my left, learned that in kindergarten. Tires were then rotated back to original position(hard pull to the right) and I was quoted over $600 for alignment and parts. They couldn't tell me what they were rotated to/from, which tire was where. The kid working on my car seemed abrasive and bothered. After being there for over 4 hours, I left and couple days later went to Network Alignment on Cave Creek Rd. Was told at Network that my alignment numbers aren't off by much and the hard pull is because of tires. My best friend looked at my tires that night and found front tire worn out and damaged so bad that metal was showing. The next morning, I then went to a different Firestone on Cave Creek and Cactus and was told my front tire was completely worn out and needed replacement. Why didn't 1 of the 3 times Firestone at 7th and Union Hills looked at and rotated my tires did no one tell me this!? Anyways, I bought a new tire at Firestone Cave Creek Rd from Nicole, was done in 45 minutes, start to finish, got back on the road and my car drove straight. I will never go back to 7th and Union Hills. It's Nicole and Cave Creek Rd Firestone from now on. Oh, one last thing, the KID at 7th and Union Hills had my tires filled to over 50 psi! Should have only been 30-35 psi. Like I said, Jim at the front desk was the only good thing that day. Jim was super kind, patient and gave me a fair price on my new tire after road hazard warranty was applied.

Received excellent customer service. Very quick to reach out to let me know what the issue was and provided recommendations. As the required repairs were covered by a recall I went to the dealership, but I would definitely utilize this shop for any future maintenance needs and repairs.

8am appointment for oil change, dropped car off they never call until I called around 12pm to Check the status. No answer multiple calls, decided to just go in after 1 pm, showed up and car is not done yet. Told another 45 mins . Why accept appointment and not get the job done around the appointment time.

Eddie is a complete jerk. He was extremely rude to my husband and I, seriously, don’t take your vehicle here. This is my first review of a business ever and I am screaming from my whole chest, DO NOT go here. They double charged my husband’s bank card for 500+ dollars and refused to help or refund us, changed our appointment time without notifying us and then proceeded to put our tires on another vehicle. Let me say again, they REFUSED to refund us. This location is a joke and the manager Eddie needs some serious customer service training. He should NOT be let out of the back to deal with customers, honestly. I can’t say it loud enough, who put this guy in a leadership position? He’s rude, he’s condescending, and a really bad investment for business. If I could rate this place any lower than 1 star, I would.

I used to go here for all my car repairs and I'll always appreciate the service this Firestone location gave me in the past but the last few months there's been quite the shift in service and quality. Tried getting an oil change a few months back and called for appointment times. I got voicemail enough times I just called somewhere else. Recently some of my family went to get their car diagnosed and repaired. It was making a very noticable grinding noise while driving. They took it in. They paid about $20 for a service inspection. The car stayed there for a few hours and got the idler and serpentine belt replaced. After everything including taxes it was over $700. Which is understandable for the parts and labor involved however that was not the issue that was causing the grinding noise. Since the very noticable noise was still occurring they went back to Firestone the next day. The staff said likely the noise was coming from the water pump, but it would be approximately another $400. We had the water pump replaced elsewhere and it runs perfectly smooth now. It's just very concerning that over $700 was spent and it appeared no one noticed or inspected if that noise was still happening. I'm more concerned that a proper diagnosis wasn't done on the issue to begin with.

Made an appt online to get my car aligned. Time didn’t work so they called and we did a time that worked. Dropped my car off, they fixed the alignment in less time than estimated. I paid what I was told and then left. Easy and clear. Workers were nice.

The manager Eddie is a horrible person who shouldn't even work with customers, I had a whole headache situation with an online order. Long story short I called today because I keep getting charged 528$ from them and he literally wouldn't let me talk and the conversation ended with him telling me to "F" myself and hung up on me. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT.

I highly recommend Firestone from the minute. You walk in your desk. People always ask can I help you? They are very thorough. They look for all the coupons to save me money. They have been good to me for for many many years and I appreciate it.
