They are very accommodating. Had a car towed in with a dead battery and they were able to take care of it. They recommended some extra work but didn't try to force it on me. We've been here before for another car and they were great then too. Had to knock off a star because when we picked up the car the salesman, not the same person I got the quote from, didn't seem too enthusiastic. Everything else was perfect.

Trevor and Anthony were amazing. Absolutely Professionalism. Their character and customer service is spot on and extremely polite. They listen to the concerns of the customer, and paid attention to detail and concerns I had. At the end of the day, I was blown away. I felt informed and good that my hard earned money was well spent. In the Military there is a saying “Bravo Zulu” means a job very well done. Battery discharged in adjacent Walmart parking lot. Jeremy arranged for Chad to take a portable charger to vehicle. They averted a major catastrophy for me with understanding, concern and knowledge. Back on the road in 5 minutes. New friends and a new auto shop. Thank you.

Let me express how pissed I am at this horrible horrible place. I bought a car and wanted it checked out due to the steering being tight. They come back with a steering pump issue. Then motor mounts. Then rack and pinion. Then it needs 1 tire. Nope it needs 4. Then it needs a new oil basket. Okay fine so I have them fix the pump and the tire they said was an issue. Dropped it off at 10am. At 430pm I call and they said they can’t fix it because it’s too complicated. Okay so give me my car back. Then I Uber over after 30 minutes. They have yet to fix the tire. Then it needs all tires. I wait an hour. Then driving home a wrench falls out of my vehicle. Don’t go here

I had brought my car to this location as my tire started to shred while driving. I was able to spontaneously drop my car off and have two tires replaced same day! Incredible customer service both from service manager and the store manager - thank you Trevor and Anthony!!

Wife took the vehicle there to confirm what I knew to be a bad alternator. After waiting all day, they claimed it was fine (just normal low voltage) but if I wanted to replace it, it would be $900. Fun fact: Normal low voltage is not a thing.... I recommend going elsewhere if you need anything other than an oil change.

I came in to bring my car in for an oil change. Anthony went above and beyond to help me with an issue with my Firestone card and he was very informative and kept me in the loop the whole time. It’s really refreshing to be apart of such a wonderful customer experience. You go places these days and the level of service is so less than. I’m very grateful for the help I received. I’ve been a Firestone customer for 10 years and I would highly recommend this location to anyone that wants the same experience. Thank you so much!
