This tire shop is the absolute worst place to take your vehicles to. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM. My car wasn’t taken in by 4 o’clock and still they said it was going to be an hour and a half wait I refuse to return to this location, my advice to anybody looking to get their car fixed take it elsewhere.

The Indian School Rd.'s team has consistently delivered quality care each time I've had my car serviced at their location; they are knowledgable and efficient in their work. I recently needed work done for my car's shocks and struts, and the service manager, Tommy, didn't hesitate to price match services and maintained a reliable, open line of communication throughout the whole process. The attentive work and professionalism provided at this location are highly appreciated!

DO NOT BRING YOU'RE VEHICLE HERE. I came for an alignment because my wheels were wearing out too quickly. I had the vehicle serviced here, and as soon as I left the auto shop, I felt the car shifting side to side. I mentioned this to them,that the car was significantly worse after having it serviced here. They started with some excuses that made no sense. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR FAULTY WORK.

I called Firestone a few weeks ago to schedule an inspection for a car I had just bought. Juan, along with two other gentlemen, was incredibly helpful and great. Yesterday, my license plate arrived in the mail, and I had no idea how to put it on. They told me to come in and they would help me when I called. Although they didn't have to, they assisted me. They have my sincere gratitude. You've got a new and loyal customer. Continue providing excellent customer service and kindness.

Jaun and his crew have taken of my car few times and have always been excellent and kind and treated my car and me with respect great service and great ppl great place to get your car fixed and taken care of highly recommended they were recommended to me and now I am defintly recommended them Juan and his crew here at fire stone on 83rd Ave and Indian school rd.

Last 5 visits these guys screw something up. Can’t fix a leak on a tire they sold me and don’t even offer a replacement tire. And DO NOT GET ALIGNMENT here. You’ll see.

They fixed the AC of my car in less than the time communicated and the service is great. I loved the communication and service 20/10 meaning the greatest. Don't know what they are doing, they lost my keys and gave me someone else's key. Took them like 15 min to find my car keys and my car was not locked. Had to go to a different shop to get my car fixed. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I brought my truck in for a simple diagnostics test the manager said it would take an hour and a half... It wasn't ready till 4 hours later and I had to call them they couldn't even call me to let me know. This place is terrible

Juan was very helpful from that initial phone call. Very commutative with what was going on with my vehicle, and the crew had my vehicle ready for me at the time I was told it would be ready. Trusting any mechanic shop isn't easy, but this shop is giving me hope. I usually go to a Firestone ear my home in Mesa, but glad my car troubles were near this Firestone.

Took my car in for a tpsm light, they said they fixed it after 2 1/2 hours. The next day for work it pops back up. Went to see them again and this time they said it normal and to keep an eye on the tire pressure??? Front desk guy was cool but the work they claim to do is not appropriate for any business. If I could give ZERO stars I would!

Came in for a leak on my trans line. Tommy set me up with Mario . Both dudes were super cool transparent and didn't try to charge me a million extra dollars for something simple. These guys are the best ! Highly recommend

Don’t bring your vehicle in for any work here. Went in for an alignment 3/10/2024. I start hearing a noise with the suspension and returned 4/10/24. Come to find out that my pins for alignment are snapped off. I took it into the dealership and they advised me that they were left loose and that’s why they had snapped off. Therefor it is not covered under warranty. They stated that this would not have happened if they were tightened properly. Also went to a second shop for a quote to fix and second opinion. They mentioned the exact same thing, that they were left loose and that’s why they snapped off. The Manager Juan is not taking any responsibility and started giving me the run around. Keep in mind this is also a huge safety concern as those bolts get loose without those pins. Juan is a bad face to Firestone in not taking responsibility for the damage they caused. Again do not take your vehicle in for any type of work here.
