While fixing my flat was not doable, I really appreciated the effort by the service tech to get the tire re-inflated with sealer. Which made it possible for me to get all the way home (over 120 miles away). Also, this location was the only place open on Sunday afternoon! Thankful it was available!

DON'T HAVE ANY WORK DONE HERE. I scheduled an appointment for my husband to get 2 new tires, should have been $106 plus labor, estimate for approximately $175. He was checked in to my appointment and told it would be about an hour and a half. They didn't consult with him before adding several other charges on top of the 2 extra tires that had not been requested. When the car was ready they never explained what was done or anything, never showed a paper invoice. He paid them (in a rush as he was now late to work despite having had an appointment) and left. When I looked at our bank account and found a charge for $375; When I located the invoice in our emails (since no paperwork was given at the store) I find that they had done all 4 tires, added some tire protection plan (that we didn't ask for, they didn't explain and we didn't want) and several other additions that were never discussed. In the end it was a full $200 more than the estimate. HORRIBLE! WORSTexperience EVER!! I would recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE!

I was out for a normal drive today just to get out of the house. I recently came back from a long road trip and my low tire light came on while I was out and about today. The gas station down the road seemed to have issues with the machine. I decided to head down the road and stop into this location to see if they could fill up all four tires. The gentleman at the counter was finishing up something and got right to me. I simply asked about airing up my tires, and they said they had premium air for a price... " Jokes" Which, we all laughed. A gentleman named Paul got right up from what he was doing and had me pull up to the bay doors to fill up my tires. A quick fill up and I was on my way! I appreciate the awesome customer service and props to Paul for saving the day. While it may seem like a simple thing for any company to do, it seemed like next to nothing to just head right out and help me. Thanks again Paul!

It has a worse customer service. If u r not WHITE then DONT go to the store. The guys on the reception is rude . He is no help from the start. The starting conversation is with lot of arrogance and hatred towards the color people. I think the owner should reconsider to give training to employee to be nice to customer. I feel humiliated. I am not going this place again,there r hundreds of tire shop.

This is a really groovy Firestone. I moved to Portland from Salt Lake City where all the Firestone locations closed.. I first used a location on Powell, it closed.. I scheduled service at the Happy Valley location and they couldn't / wouldn't change my oil because my car doesn't have a dipstick, I called this Firestone and now prefer it over anywhere else. I'll be back for new tires soon.

I went in to get my new car ready to pass DEQ, i had just bought its older from 1999, they showed me all they could do to my car they ran my info and were excited when i was able to get up to $4,000 worth , i said no way i cant afford that , he brought down to $2,900 i said okay ill do it i went to puck car up and engine light was still on i went back next thing i know im Paying $4,800 and they didnt even ask me but they said come to realize i now needed a whole new Car Brain and thats $2,000 more and has to be sent to them and if i dont do that this car will never pass DEQ so i had cried so much already i have a car $4800 worth of work done to a car that wont even Pass DEQ and thats the first thing i ever said i needed help with was to pass DEQ to get license plates they did the test to see what it says right !No, i was so heartbroken and had worked so hard to better my credit and have a car, im alone and disabled also the fact i asked for help and they charged me over 2 months they had my car and still couldn't fix it , andnow im $4,800 in dept and No Car to Drive now i was devastated i already struggle mentally with Bad Depression & stuff this made me want to not be on earth anymore cuz i went from all this hope to worst place ever and they didnt care what they didnto me i even had to make thrm put my car dash board back on too sence it was All in my passenger seat 2 Months later im so hurt and broken and Broke and noe in dept right. I went and got a second opinion that mechanic said it would of only coasted $800 Total , and it now passed DEQ but if it was up to them they kept charging me yet fixing nothing i cried so much, the other mechanic also said he was upset at firestone too for taking full advantage of this innocent and trusting woman my first car in 20 yrs so it was everything to me but he wants to call and get upset why they would leave me $4800 in delt with a car i could t drive or fix without there permission i believed i would get ripped off because it was firestone such a massive company and alway busy and stuff just never thought they would scam me worse and for everything i had and now in dept too its heartbreaking and destroyed me completely

It's better than the Firestones I've dealt with in Florida! They were extremely busy, and I suggest making an appointment to drop your car off and go about your day. Good service, patience, and friendly. Will be going back.

AVOID! I took my winter tires in and asked for them to be put on my rims while keeping my summer tires. I went back 5 days later to some passive aggressive attitude about how I took so long to return and then was told my other tires had been thrown away! Complete garbage company!

Bringing my car in I expected it to be a small repair - no big deal. After being told my car needed a whole new brake and steering system I was flustered and overwhelmed. Tony the Service Manager here really made my experience worth coming back for. He cares and understands the financial aspects of big $ repairs and helped me become more knowledgeable about what really was going on mechanically. Tony also did everything he can to help me in my situation. He gets people and that's important. As a young woman I don't always feel comfortable going in mechanic shops... but here I did.

I am a single woman Disabled and on my own 35 yrs almost and I don't know alot about cars but always thought places like @Firestone wouldn't rip me off and brake my bank and heart and life to the ground I just bought this car off Craigslist and it smoked first days & took it into Firestone I went in for my car to pass DEQ first time they were so excited that my credit limit $4,000. But I said no way can I even spend half of $4,000 I'm just here for check engine light please a week later I went back to get car and I drove 1 block the light came on yet again so I went right back and they said they would figure it out another week and half goes by and i just show up and they said it was fixed charged me anither $2800 so I'm now $4,800 in dept and they still fixed nothing but charged me Almost $5000 and never fixed my actual issue with car $ i cryed so many times they saif well its not are fault or problem i left crying already then they tell me it wont ever pass DEQ firestone Big 6$$ FIGURE payment he is paid from Firestone & said he doesn't need tips even he is paid so so good but yet they took full advantage of a single woman without knowledge of my motor and they knew were lieing about everything they said they did fix everything possible and now I needed they said was a new brain and that would coast another $2000 at the least after im 10 yrs in dept already and thats still not good enough money and time , thank god I went to pick my car up for 2 nd opinion and. Come to find out @FireStone didn't Actually Even Fix The most Expensive part of my car were lies and I can now Prove this with Recipes $1,800 was part $$ and $500 paid to worker for hours and days of work they said & find out They never even actually fixed anything and I'm still $5,000 in dept from car won't pass DEQ is actually because I believed them añd trusted them and come to find out they are level liers and I pray good gals and guys win always thank you good humans I wish This Review was updated, but all single Wemon Please only buy with every Reviews Are Not about How Much Money it's about they lied used me broke me broke my heart and charged me $4,800 and still not fixed they are NO WAY CAN TRUST Anyone at @Firestone LIE Anything to fool you ladies, I never thought Corporate would rip me off but yes thats how they win is honestly worst of worst I.Cant Believe The Firestone BigDogs Dont have reality to say that about anyone please lets try ways to.grow they have never g9t back to me but my heart is thankful and blessed thanks for showing up &Showing Out

Terrible communication. They told me my tires would be $461. Called two hours later saying they couldn't find the tires they quoted me, and now it would be $860. Told me my car would be another day in the shop, and done by noon. I called at noon the next day, just to find out they didn't count the tires and only received 3 of the 4. Then was told my car was done on multiple separate occasions, only to Uber there and find it still jacked up off the ground. Left work three times to come get a car that wasn't done. I feel bad for the mechanics who have to vouch for the front office, who clearly don't know what the heck is going on.

UPDATE From a Previous Review: The folks at Firestone made things right and did good by me again. I'm changing the rating back to Four Stars. Previously, I'd written a review regarding scheduling difficulties and service quality. I was contacted by Firestone to find out what happened and how they could help. After a brief discussion, it was decided that I would bring my car back into the shop and they would correct any problems. At the Firestone shop, Tony was helpful and understanding and it was all good. I also agreed to have them service the rear brakes at their suggestion. As I stated in my previous review, I still trust Firestone to do the job safely and correctly. I'm going to chalk up the previous review as an anomaly. Even if these folks are having a bad run, they will make it right. Thank you for your help and understanding, Gary R. I came to Firestone because I figured they would do the simple repair faster than I would do it myself. Oops... What happened? This location has normally done good by me. I brought my car in for a simple repair on Thursday, Sept. 12 and was told the car would be ready the next day Friday, Sept. 13. As it turns out, the car wasn't ready until the following Monday, Sept. 16. I would have understood if they had told me how backlogged they were and not taken the job knowing that. It would have been okay, I could have completed the simple repair myself. The entire experience was an exercise in dealing with poor communication and service. The fellow at the front desk seemed put out to even give me a receipt. After all this, I decided to have them do a brake job for the front wheels because I still trust Firestone. My brake pedal does not have the same firmness it did before I brought it in. I'll have to bleed the brakes myself, or bring it back in. I expected way more from Firestone than this. By the way, the website does Not work for making appointments.

They did good service, were respectful. The price of oil has shot up since I last did an oil change. It was a bit of sticker shock. I wish they would still give me a detailed sheet of all the things they check, like they used to . . .

Just told that an appointment I made for today needed to be rescheduled because they didn’t have a tech. I made this appointment yesterday, how did that not know that. Then they tell me they have to do it in the middle of the day as that is there only availability with a tech who is experienced enough - as if I don’t work for a living. Continued problems with Firestone like this make me wish I had never purchased tired with them. What a joke!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will severely over estimate how much work is needed and overcharge for parts ($219 for rotors). Will take several hours to complete pre-scheduled inspections. Not to mention, I'm scared for my vehicle now because there are multiple reviews on here that indicate that they will tamper with your car at this location. Wish I had done further Research, will edit review as I get more information.

I have been going here for several years to bring my Lyft rental car in for routine maintenance when it is required. This location always had friendly staff that was able to get the job done quickly and I never had a problem making an appointment. However, the last three appointments I’ve made ive been told that it will be four hours until they can get to my car. The whole reason to make an appointment is not to wait four hours. I understand if I was a walk in appointment having a four hour wait. I called several days ahead of time and scheduled for a specific time. I should not walk in 20 minutes early and have a four hour wait. The guy working the counter the last few times I’ve been in there has terrible customer service skills. He just shrugged his shoulders and says that’s the way it is. He just makes excuse after excuse every time I’m there. I asked what’s the point of making an appointment if you guys don’t honor them, he just shrugged his shoulders and looked away. I specifically started coming to this location because of the wonderful customer service I received one time when I got a flat tire. Those people are not working there anymore and the new people don’t know how to properly staff the location or schedule appointments. I don’t know what the problem is, but something has changed and I will never go here again if I can help it.

Took my van in on sunday 06/28/2024. Told could not get parts till monday and it will be finished same day. It is now wensday still not done. Had to pass up a travel job because Van that I live out of on the road is not done.

Made an appointment for noon for a simple tire rotation that is complimentary since I purchased the tires there. Dropped car off on time. Two hours later my car hasn’t been touched and the lifts that were empty when I got there have other cars on them now. Another customer was in the lobby who had been waiting 3 hours for a scheduled appointment and hadn’t received service yet. There seems to be a basic misunderstanding of what “appointment” means at this location.

We were traveling and needed a new set of 4 tires. We called, they had the tires I’d researched, and they scheduled us for the next day. Brandi McGrew did an exceptional job getting us in and out while we waited. The mechanics were top notch as well. And the price was less than the online price. 👍
