3 hours for tires and alignment when I had an appointment, not acceptable! Told the service rep I had a medical appointment that I couldn't miss and would need to leave in half an hour. His reply was "we're doing the best we can". Walked outside and down the stairs to the highway where I could view the service bays. My vehicle was on the lift and I observed that no one was working on it for the 20 minutes that I watched it. Walked back into the store and told the rep what I had seen and I'd be taking the vehicle now whether it was finished or not. Rep told me that they indeed were working on it and were just finishing up. I said you have 10 more minutes. Wonder of wonders it was done in 5 minutes. I do not appreciate being lied to! I do not appreciate customer service reps that go passive aggressive when you challenge there statements. Is this how you treat all the senior citizens you encounter? NEVER AGAIN!

We had to stop here on our way back to Idaho, ended up needing a thermostat replaced. They were able to get the car in, diagnosed, and fixed quickly, on a Saturday no less. Glad we stopped here. Shout out to Ben. Great service all around!

This is a great place I got good service and there up front it's sad I had to come all the way to tigard to get good service. The ones on my side are not trust worthy had 1shop that's closed now thank god! Stripped my oil plug and said it wore out that I needed to change it and the oil pan I told him that dont make since I have regular maintenance and no one stated that he said they do that wear out I told him I'm check with others on next oil change took to tigard they noticed Plug stripped and replaced it for free then I told the story it's funny they didn't mention oil pan had to be changed wow I have been around mechanics no surprise that it's a woman there's shops that are giving people false statements not good that showing people old air filters saying it there's yep that happens a lot this saddens me I have been going to firestone for years all the good guys have quite so getting these rotten people being un true will hurt there business in that being said I will be driving to tigard to get my service the guys are great did me very good took both my vehicles in they didn't have to I appreciate them so far good hopefully they keep they honesty up and good job.

We had a rental car and were traveling in the Pacific Northwest. We are from NC and this is our first trip in PNW. We had a tire go bad as we were on the 99E at 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon. We replaced the bad tire with the donut and called the rental agency. They directed us to the nearest Firestone in Happy Valley. We arrived at 4:00 and the guy told us they were closing in 30 minutes, only did appointments and were already booked on Monday too. We asked about the next closest Firestone and he refused to call or help. We called the rental agency again and she called the Firestone in Tigard and talked to Derrick. He said that they would be glad to help us. We arrived in Tigard at 5:00 (they close at 6:00) and Ben P greeted us with a smile and assured us that they had the tires we needed and would get us back on the road quickly. Ben P coordinated the replacement of both front tires with the rental agency and we were back on the road in less than an hour. He was friendly, confident, reassuring and a joy to work with.

This location is always so helpful, honest and fair. They always give me a heads up and let me know what is and is not urgent. I really appreciate knowing I can trust them. My father was a mechanic and he was well known for being so honest with his customers. I find that this if the feeling I get coming here. I will continue to use the folks at this location always.

Brought our car in Sunday afternoon for overheating and charging issues. Greg said they would squeeze it in and see if they can fix it. He called me a couple hours to tell me the issue they found and a quote and would get right on it. Greg called back maybe an hour later saying the part they picked up from local vendors did not match up and were not able to track down on on Sunday and would need to call dealer(Mini) Monday morning. Called me by 830am with a nee quote with part from Mini and had car fixed and ready by 1pm. Greg did a great job keeping me up to date. So far so good on repair.

I came in at the end of the day with a sudden emergency. The staff there was super understanding and managed to work my car into their schedule and get it fixed within 2 days. It also cost significantly less than anticipated. I look forward to returning to Firestone for my automotive maintenance needs in the future. Very impressed!

My experience with Firestone has been the best that I could have ever anticipated. My front driver's side window was stuck in the down position. It could not be fixed right away because a part needed to be ordered. I had a trip that could not be postponed and most of the driving was on the freeway. I asked if they could get the window up until it could be fixed and they were happy to assist and my trip was a success. I appreciate the staff's professionalism and friendliness. Excellent service!!!! Highly recommend.

Fast and quick service. Nothing extra was really pushed on me but they do give you recommendations. The tires offered were actually better here than discount tires if the 55k on the sure drive was legit! It would have been an extra 50 dollars for 15k miles than what I got in the sentury over at discount, but I heard the mileage shown on some tires may be based on warranty and not what they actually give you. Also, they have free coffee, water, chargers, and a TV while you wait for your repair. I recommend getting an appointment to avoid long wait times.

The availability of appointments at this location is definitely better than other locations closer to me, the staff are friendly and listened to what I had to say, and the work was done pretty much within the timeline I had been told.
