Horrible customer service. Promised to look at my car when i drop it off but 2 days they still have not look at my car. Still waiting and they did not even bother to call me back. I will pick it up to go somewhere else tomorrow.

Booked an appointment for alignment two days ago. Gave them my vehicle information. I get to my appointment. They take the truck back and 30 min later they come out and tell me their computers don't work with my make of vehicle. Something that should have been relayed over the phone before I took off work to get there!

I requested an appointment online. It gave me options to choose from. I selected Saturday. Thank goodness I checked my email. I NEVER received a phone call or text to say the appointment had been rescheduled. If I picked from the times that were available on Saturday, why would my appointment be moved to a weekday or any day without a call? Glad I didn’t drive there for nothing. I cancelled the appointment. That displayed terrible customer service before I even walked through the door.

I’ve brought my vehicle for regular maintenance and to troubleshoot some issues I’ve experienced to this location. I’ve called the store directly and used the app to schedule appointments in advance. The guys in the shop are generally kind and respectful, they explain why they make certain service suggestions and I appreciate that. However, this last couple times I’ve visited, I left less than satisfied. I scheduled an appointment for Sunday, Nov. 10. On the 10th, maybe two hours before my scheduled appointment, I received a phone call that the shop had overbooked and needed to reschedule my appointment. No problem, rescheduled for that Tuesday, the 12th. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time on the 12th (appt. Was 12pm) and was advised they were short staffed and my vehicle would probably be ready around 5:30-6pm that evening. I understand it’s hard to get people to work these days, but my vehicle sat for 2 hours (almost 3pm) before services were started. Sometime after 6 pm, I was charged nearly $400 for the services I requested and was recommended two other services. I’d rather schedule further out if it results in a more timely service appointment……but that can’t be guaranteed.

Person I know just went there and they wouldn't answer questions, complained about being asked questions and then were ugly about it when the paperwork didn't match what they said. Not sure what the scam was, but feel certain there was one. There are reliable mechanics out there, just not at this place. Glad I was able to learn this through someone else's experience.

The guy working the front counter was rude. He couldn’t answer any questions about the service that I had done. He could not answer any questions about the warranty for the work that was done. He REFUSED to give me a paper receipt…even when I specifically asked for one! I also have a discount with Firestone through my employer and he did not honor the discount. We won’t be back after the terrible customer service. There are too many other companies that will appreciate the business and properly print out receipts 🧾. I used to frequent this location because they were always friendly and helpful…. I am embarrassed that I sent my daughter here to be treated with such disrespect! We won’t be back!

Always helpful and friendly staff. Easy to get appointments and they help with urgent issues timely. Had to drop my car off for repairs and other services and they were running late (beyond promised time to pick up) and gave me a discount on the services to make up for it. Best place to go for tires and other services. Most all are warranted and they will fix any issue that occurs if related to something they repaired or replaced at no charge. Great people!

Wonderful experience! I met with Robert and needed to have my brakes changed however with no pressure, he told me that I had a couple more months before I need to have my brakes changed. I will be traveling a lot these next few months so I decided to have the work done now along with a recommended the oil flush as well. I was extremely impressed with the work performed on my vehicle and the service level from Robert and his team.

The most recent experience was very positive. On another occasion several months ago an employee's negligence resulted in a front wheel falling off my car. I am told the mechanic is still working. I cannot and will not grade the store highly based on that experience.

I had an appointment for an oil change service on June 19th, 2024. I was told I had a small leak in the bottom of the lower oil panel, they would fix that and replace the oil but unfortunately during the service my vehicle was damaged. Engine was inoperable. My car had to be towed to the dealer since Firestone doesn’t work on engines. It’s been 2 months and I still don’t have my car back! Firestone/Bridgestone claim process is extremely frustrating! I will never do business with is company again!

Took my car on 8/15 at 8 am for spark plugs and a a fuel system cleaning totaling $440+. On arriving, the guy working the front desk seemed annoyed that I wanted to get my car serviced but took it anyway. He worked me up and gave me a quote. I told him they could keep the car and I’ll come back and pick it up by 5 pm. Around 11 am they called me to recommend wipers and I declined. I never got a call back that my car was ready. Around 5:30 I called to check and the guy answering the phone was like “yeah it’s ready,” so I went to pick it up. At this point a different guy was there working the front desk. I was in line behind a lady asking about an inspection. He was on the computer and phone talking to another customer. Another man walked in behind us. He got off and asked him what he was there for. Like me he was picking up his car. He pulled the docket and gave him his key. The guy asks, so I don’t need to check out. He says, no you’re under warranty so you’re good to go, it’s no change. So I personally was annoyed that a guy walks in behind two people and gets waited on before us. But maybe that’s protocol since he didn’t need to actually check him out for payment. Back to the woman in front of me, he told her that they couldn’t do an inspection till Monday. She asked if they were closed over the weekend. He replied no, we’re open but I don’t have time. She asked if she could leave it. He said no, I don’t have space. So she asked to bring it Monday. He asked if she wanted an appointment, she replied yes. He then acted like he was annoyed that she asked for an appt. He went on and scheduled the appointment. She asked for a print out. He told her that he couldn’t do that. He then went on to do paper work for about 5 mins. before checking me out. After he checked me out I asked for a receipt. He told me they couldn’t print it but I’ll get an email. I’ve been there many times over the years for servicing my car and it was always an option to print and/or email a receipt, and the printer was working because he was doing paperwork. Before I left, I checked my email to see if I got anything. I didn’t. I went back inside and asked to make sure my email was current. He told me to give him a few minutes because had to get his work done. So I waited and then he updated my email. After driving my car, it started running rough when accelerating from starting or a complete stop. When idling at a light it runs rough and seems to struggle with acceleration until you get the car to about 45 mph, then it levels out. I assumed maybe because I got a fuel system cleaning it takes a minute for it to get back to normal because it’s still cleaning out any gunk. Today is Sunday and it’s still running that way. I want to take it back to get checked out but I don’t want to take it to that location. At this location, the people seem over worked and understaffed and you can see it in the employees. They seem annoyed, frustrated and burnt out. I’ve taken my car to this location many times in the past and have gotten great service. But today wasn’t one of those days. From my experience of getting services (hair, nails, or car maintenance and repair services) it’s always a red flag when the people providing the service seem annoyed or irritated. The results never turn out that great.

Disaster. They cancelled the appointment without telling me. Services was paid for it. I did not receive funds back. They kept telling me that the transaction was voided. Such liars. Scam. Stay away. They will do things you have not asked for. Never again.

I had to have my alternator and battery replaced on my SUV. This location did a phenomenal job on the work. Nick is very helpful and knowledgeable of services. I came back the next day and purchased a set of new tires and had an oil change. Nick once again serviced me with a smile and was very courteous and helpful. I will return to this location for my vehicle needs.

Been going to the store for 30+ years. Referred friends, neighbors and kids. Took my vehicle today. Talked with a service rep. told me I had a bad attitude wasn’t treating him right. I called back later. Asking for the manager it turns out to be him. I said you’re the manager? He started a tirade and HUNG up on me, he does not need to be at the front counter let alone up manager. Unbelievable. Firestone HQ reached out to help. Gave them a detailed written discussion of what occurred. Said they would get back within one or two days. Eight days later have not heard a word. I guess customer service is poor from the top down.

I stopped by Firestone yesterday, because I was very obviously having issues with my brake pads. I was fairly certain they needed replacement. I did not have an appt, but Nick was able to speak with a mechanic that was available to diagnose my vehicle same day. They told me it would take about 3 hrs, as I needed new tires and a serpentine belt replacement as well but I was happy they were able to get me in because I had anxiety about driving my vehicle in the shape it was. They finished the work, which cost well over $2400. I got in my car, left the lot to head home which is less than a 10 minute ride. When I was about 3 minutes from my house, while going up a hill my car immediately started lagging and the check engine light and ABS braking system light came on. I immediately pulled over and called Firestone. I spoke with with Malik who advised I can bring the car back or go to auto zone to have them do a diagnostic. I returned to Firestone and spoke with Nick and his response was "well we didn't do any engine work to your vehicle, so it's nothing we did." I asked him about the serpentine belt which helps run your engine, and he said that he can schedule me for a $128 diagnostic next Tuesday because they are too busy today. I was NOT happy. He finally agreed to hook up the machine to my car to try to identify the code but told me he can't do a full diagnostic. It came back as my mass air flow sensor which indeed could be attributed to the serpentine belt they replaced but they refused to further address the issue. What I know is that when I came in, that light was not on. When I left after having my car serviced there for 4 hours the light came on. I was not unhappy with the level of customer service up until that point. I will not be back and I can only hope that I will not have any further problems with my vehicle these next few days. I am terrified to even drive it not knowing if it is going to break down! Really unacceptable to turn away a customer whose car you just serviced, and assume no liability at all without even offering to check the issue without me pushing it on them. I'm still pissed off.

I went to Firestone on Thursday and they told me that I was gonna have a part ready by Sunday and the mechanic was gonna be gone till Tuesday. The part never got to the shop. They told me that they ordered the wrong part three different times I went on Tuesday in the morning, just to make sure that there was something being done which there wasn’t the car sat in the same spot and I get a call on Wednesday saying that they’re just gonna give me the car back they weren’t gonna charge me for a diagnostic. and when I was speaking him over the phone discussing the part, he wouldn’t tell me the price of the part which makes no sense because how do you order a part and not know what the price for the part is?

Estimated time for tires was way off (like nearly 1.5 hours over) even with an appointment. A good lesson in scheduling for the morning next time. Odd that every call was answered on speakerphone so everyone in the store could hear both sides of the conversation. Learned a lot about
