Front Desk was nice and communicative. However, the mechanics have terrible communication with front desk. I went in today for an oil change appointment that ended up taking over 3 hours due to the lack of communication from the back. My car was sitting in the parking lot for over 40 min, which was a complete waste of my time. The only reason for the stars is because of how apologetic and helpful the front desk team were. If you have absolutely nothing to do than this shop is fine.

I was very impressed with how swiftly the team here was able to schedule my tire installation same day and have me out in 2 hours towards the end of the day! Very prompt, professional and courteous team! I do believe that the facility’s waiting area and bathroom should be a bit cleaner. Aside from that, I have no complaints! Thanks so much guys!

Johnny is an excellent service advisor! He explained everything very thoroughly to me that was wrong with my vehicle and helped me process which problems were most urgent. He is very polite and attentive!

When I entered the establishment I was greeted by Amanda who assisted me with scheduling my alignment, where I could leave it and pick it up later. When I returned I was assisted by Dorian, who also gave me outstanding service and also asked me if I understood all the recommendations that were given to me by Amanda on my vehicle. They were both, very respectful of my time, very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional during my entire visit. It's service like this, that keep customers coming back, time after time. Absolutely great and Amazing customer service. Johnny the service manager was great . If you don’t know you know now!!! For all your car care service. Friendly staff. The team also kept me in the know while my vehicle was being serviced. Very comfortable lobby. Coffe was also available . Very professional , and more than anything, they definitely care about there customers and it shows.

I called after an off road accident asking specifically if they were able fixed the car based on damage. They assured me they’d fixed 3 of the same issues same week. I even asked when I arrived and the tow truck driver had concerns for them to JUST look at the car to see if it were okay to leave. Two days later I get a call telling me they can’t touch it. These people are liars and do not care anything about wasting your time with a replay of, “that sucks” to my concerns. Don’t trust your car with these sloppy people.

I can honestly say that this Firestone is one of the best Firestones I’ve been too. The service from leadership down is exceptional. I always feel taken care of whenever I take my care to this location. Tommy and his team always make sure I’m aware of everything that needs to get done in the order in needs to get done and they never leave feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of. I drive from Tennessee here to get work done on my car because I trust this team!

Wanted to share how professional Donavan was. I am a nurse of 30 years and customer service is huge for me. He handled all calls and client walk ins with ease. Very professional and kind ti all of the clients he interacted with. With today's age, most young people lack patience and professionalism., I was very impressed with this young man's ability to do so. Great asset to your company

I went tocthis Firestone about a month ago for headlight bulbs. I was given the price and had to wait before I could go back .We'll I went back today I had an 8am appointment. After two hours of waiting I had to go back to counter to ask what was going on with my car. The lady asked me did I have an appointment. She acted like she didn't know what i was talking about. I said yes it was 8am this morning. Now mind you this is now 10am. Customers who came in after me we leaving before me. I was getting frustrated and ready to leave but I knew I needed my headlight bulbs changed. The guy finally came over an explained about the bulbs I needed for my car were coming from capital blvd. I finally got my vehicle after 12pm. I don't think I will be going back there. If someone had just come to me before I had to ask I would not be so frustrated. Overall thank you for replacing my headlight bulbs.

Had an appointment at 7 am. Was there for 5 1/2 hours. 3 new tires and 2 brake hoses replaced. Never received my receipt from appointment.

I had a horrible experience today and will never come here or any Firestone ever again. My oil change was scheduled for 11 a.m. After waiting 10 minutes after arrival to check in, I was told it would take an hour and a half. Already, that is a ridiculously long wait for an oil change when places like SnappyLube or JiffyLube take 15 minutes. In any case, I waited, because I had an appointment and $30 off coupon. Three hours later, I was still waiting for my car, even though it was finished and sitting in the lot for 20 minutes. Then, my bill was quoted at $70. I refuted, saying I only came there due to a $30 off coupon for full synthetic oil, which I presented when checking in. I’ve never paid more than $80-90 for full synthetic oil, so I expected the bill to be closer to $50-60. Turns out, they used synthetic blend *without asking or consulting me* and I have only ever used full synthetic. So, the coupon, the whole reason I went there, wouldn’t apply. To add insult to injury, my regular shop, Quality Auto Plus, was offering a deal, $50 for full synthetic oil change, while the Firestone rep said that would cost $125; I have never paid that much. Not only is switching from full to synthetic blend bad for the engine, it also doesn’t last as long before needing changed. All of that is to say, I paid MORE for a worse product, terrible service, wasted time, and potential damage to my car. Save yourself a lot of frustration and money and do not go here!

I brought my car in because of the AC not working. The rep Donovan quoted me $1600 to fix but told if k applied for the credit card he could save me $200, when i went to go pay my bill was still $1600, i was scammed into applying for a credit card Donovan made everything right
