Got my car towed to this location as it was not coming of Park. They charged me $120+ dollars for electrical diagnostics but could not find the root cause . I got my car towed again to car dealership. The issue was a blown up fuse which could not even be diagnosed at this place.

My wife had a tire blow out near your store. She was able to drive the car to the store. The technician helped her quickly, recognizing her urgent need. The tech replaced the tire quickly and my wife was able to get back on the road. The employees were friendly and very helpful.

I've been a regular Firestone customer for over 30 years and am so grateful for the great service I've received over the years and again on 10/17/24. I was heading out to drive from my home in Richmond, VA to SC (9 hours) and 15 minutes after getting on the road, my low tire pressure light came on. I immediately asked Siri, to find the nearest Firestone and it led me to this Firestone on Midlothian. The gentleman looked up my record, told me to pull around to the first bay and there they checked my tires and filled them up with air. Thanks to them, I made it to my destination safely. They are the BEST!!

You're better off taking your vehicle to the dealership than Firestone. Save your time, energy and sanity. Prices are pretty much the same but your service will be delayed due to not having enough technicians. Warranties are trash as well.

I went for a state inspection yesterday and was told to return early the next morning when they opened at 7 a.m. I arrived at 7:04 a.m., but there was no one in the lobby until 7:12, and I wasn’t the only one waiting. Five hours later, I received a call saying the inspection went well and that I’d be contacted again once the sticker was placed on the car. However, no one called, and after waiting an additional hour and a half, I decided to go pick up my car. When I arrived, the lobby was empty again, and I waited another 10 minutes before someone finally helped me check out. But that wasn’t even the worst part. When I got back to my car, I was hit with a horrendous smell—like a mix of bad body odor and animal waste. At first, we tried rolling down the windows, and the smell seemed to lessen once I got home. But when I returned to my car a few minutes later, the awful smell was still there. After investigating, it became clear that whoever had been in my car must have stepped in dog, chicken or some sort of animal poop, as the floor mat smelled strongly of animal waste. Now, I have to clean my car just to avoid feeling nauseous every time I get in.

The guy there took my car in a 9am and told me it would be done by 2pm. At 2:30 pm I came back and they had not even taken my car back. I asked him how much longer and he became rude and said I have no idea. I then asked for my keys back and he handed them back to me forcefully. He didn’t even say have a good day or anything. I went up the street and had my car done in 30 minutes. Never again will I go here.

Took them almost 3 days to complete my inspection. They called me with an initial diagnosis and said the only thing wrong was a blown out 3rd break light. Then they called me a couple of hours later with another list of issues. I ended up paying a little over $1k. Do not take your vehicles here!

This location has terrible customer service. I dropped by mid-afternoon for an inspection and was told to leave my car and "hopefully" they can get to it before the end of the next day. When I tried to call to make an appointment I was told to come in, no ETA, got the same "oh well" attitude and was told to go somewhere else. I will. For all my car and tire needs. Y'all are clearly overworked and taking it out on the customer. I'm just trying to get my car inspected and I do not have an option to be without a vehicle for an extended period of time. Get some more people here and get some training in customer service.

I was going to training and my tire ran flat on chippingham parway. I limped to Firestone and the staff was amazing. They informed me of the condition of the tire. They kept me informed and completed the repairs in a timely manner. I will continue to patronize Firestone in the future.... BRAVO TO ALL OF THE STAFF!!!!

My vehicle needed extensive safety related repairs when fully inspected, and they walked me through an itemized list and discussed immediate concerns and things that I could fix later. They promised that they would get my vehicle road ready that day, even if they had to stay late, and they held to their promise. During my wait I experienced firsthand their customer service with myself and also witnessed several other engagements with more difficult customers, and the Firestone team handled them very professionally, were very informative, and respectfully. Highly recommend this location and team, excellent service and staff. 11/10

I ended up spending most of my morning @ Firestone Cloverleaf while my vehicle was being serviced. I had quite a list of items I wanted done. However, the staff displayed great professionalism especially James. He handled the front lobby area while being very attentive to all the customers as they approached his counter. He was also efficient when answering those very busy ringing phones. The environment was clean & calm, I received my car back in better condition than when I brought it there. Overall, I rate my visit 5 stars.

I would not let them fix my little red wagon.the way I was talk to. One manager told me this. The day I walk back in I was told something else by another manager. I did take it some where else and got it fix. DO NOT TAKE IT THERE.GO SOME PLACES ELSE. I DID.

Do NOT bring your car here for state inspection! Dropped my car off Sunday because the location was most convenient to me. They do state that inspections are first come first serve, but it is now Wednesday and I have been told they may not get to my car today.

I took my car in for tires and asked them to check the rear brakes for a noise that I thought the brakes was making. I got a call from the tech saying the noise was because whoever did my front brake job had put too much grease on them. I took the car to the shop that did the work ( Nissan) after I picked it up from firestone. The Nissan tech showed me the front brakes, no visible grease. My rear brakes were worn. Firestone tried to sell me brakes and rotars that I did not need. I used to get all my tires from Firestone. They won't see me again.

Rude short temperament of staff. Lack of care or knowledge and carry a chip on shoulders due to branding I can only assume. There are plenty of places with better service in the bay and at a desk than this location.
