I tried to put in a coupon for the oil change package. And when I would choose use coupon it sent me straight to booking page. And i booked it then went to change the oil. Then aftee everything was done i asked if coupon was added they said no. 🤷‍♂️

I do not recommend this Firestone. I brought my truck in for an alignment and Brandon lied saying he did it when he never brought my truck in. When I came back to tell him my truck was never serviced he lied and said it was. Shortly after I told him my cameras did not show me that he serviced it he could no longer hide his lies and ironically the printer was out of ink that day. I have been in touch with Firestone Headquarters and this issue will be resolved very soon.

I told them over the phone what I needed and the troubleshooting i did and what was already prepared. Pointing out that it's most likely a head gasket. Said yea sure bring it down.. got down there with my limping car and was told they couldn't do that.. why wasn't I told over the phone? Are they afraid to do a head gasket

I don't know WHAT happened after Richard left the Dewey Ave Shop but it is ridiculous now. NEVER again will I go to that one!!!!!!! I AM blonde, I AM female, but I and NOT a stupid blonde female!!!! My 18 year old great nephew does better work!!!

Absolutely horrible location. I've made appointments every time I go and still have to wait over an hour before anyone even brings my vehicle into the shop for service. 90% of the time you have to wait 20 minutes before someone even come to the counter to attend to you.

Went there for a NY State inspection. I called first, spoke to Richard he told me to bring right away. I spent close to 3 hrs at the shop. Technician Dickerson performed inspection. I was told I needed rear brakes. I asked to look at them since I was not experiencing any problems. Everything looked perfectly fine to me. I challenge going to a different shop for second opinion. They also told me that my wipers were questionable, no chatter , I couldn't see eye to eye with them on this issue either. In the end...they passed my vehicle, and gave me a free coupon for an oil change. All that I wanted was to spend 50 minutes max there to have an inspection. It was not a good experience for me.

Went in to get my brakes done and have my brake lines checked along with some other misc things, they sent me home with air in my brake lines, didn’t listen to anything I asked nothing. Bring the old Manager Brandon back because he actually gave a hoot about his customers unlike the current management

First time here. I thought I needed new tires besides a rotation and oil change, but instead of just selling me new tires, they informed me that the tires were fine! So refreshing to see integrity!

Waiting in the main floor for customers needs improvement. Only 4 chairs arranged around a coffee table. Area has much more space to add more comfortable seating for waiting customers . Store is not in location where there are businesses within easy walking distance while waiting for vehicle work to be completed during long periods.

I made an appointment for an oil change and wipers online. My appointment was confirmed and Max made my visit very comfortable. Even though he said it might be an hour wait, the job was done in less time.

I recently visited Dewey ave Firestone roch,ny. My car was puttering so I requested I full Diagnostic. This took a few hours and upon calling about the resolve of the car issue. The rep Maximus stated I needed a tune up and that would fix the problem. I waited all day and the car was not ready. Later that evening I get a call saying that they needed more time with the vehicle because they are down a technician but it would be ready at 9 am. I called in the morning and Maximus stated they were having electrical trouble with my car. I asked what the issue was and he brushed it off as if it was a technician error. All day I waited and the. Finally they called and said I have good news and bad news. They stated they completed the tune up but that did not solve the problem. He then stated that I needed to take it to a dealership and they could not fix my car after wasting my time and misdiagnosis my car. I never needed a tune up that was never the problem. You guys have corrupt sales men. Now I have to get my car towed to the dealership and get it rediagnosed again because they didn’t fix the issue and couldn’t never fix the issue because the code is specifically for a dealership. And yes I had to pay to get my car back or argue with your company about right or wrong. Never will I recommend Firestone to any of my friends and family or return as a customer !!!!! I feel like I got scammed

They were very quick in handling my issues and letting me know what they were unable to do. They just forgot to call me to tell me they couldn’t get to my vehicle until the next day and forgot to call the next day to give me an update on it. Had they remembered to call, I would’ve given 5 stars.
