These guys are the best in the ROC. I won't go anywhere else, they're courteous, helpful and polite. They also got me done in less than an hour. MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND WORK THAN THE DEWEY LOCATION! THAT location should be shut down. But this one, is a gem.

I booked an appointment for tires then they came out and told me that I needed rear brakes. That I only had a two left on them and in 300 miles they were going to start shaking. I took it to my dealership and my rear brakes are just fine . Beware especially if you’re a woman going in there by yourself they’re gonna take you for whatever you have, I wasn’t that stupid to fall for the game.

I bought tires from Firestone on ridge rd west on or about 2022 ( 40,000 mile warranty) had to replace tires at the beginning of 2/2024 ( 40,000 mile warranty) I had tires rotated in May (2024 when I had oil change ) I had a 5 point check on my car and oil change ( 12/ 10/ 2024 ) I put 10,000 miles on my car from 2/2024 to 12/2024 Now I have to replace tires This will be my 3 rd time at Firestone within 2 years changing Tires Every time I come I have to pay extra money out of my pocket This is getting to be ridiculous . The Rep I spoke with on my 3rd visit said the Tires I purchased were low grade tires Well if that is the case then Firestone is backing a bad product If I hadn’t purchased the original Tires here I would have taken my car to another business NOT HAPPY WITH this place

My car broke down on the side of the road and I got it towed to the nearest auto store which was this Firestone. I have never been to a Firestone but the people there were absolutely amazing. They diagnosed it the next day and helped me through my next steps. Wes answered all my question and made me feel so relaxed about the whole situation. I highly recommend them and I highly recommend asking for Wes!

Horrible service, dropped the car off for 4 tires changed @8:30am with an appointment, 2:15pm and they haven’t even started on my car yet. What’s the point of have an appointment if they take care of people who pull in after you, before you?

The service manager was polite and in tune with my needs. The price was very good and the process of replacing four tires only took one hour. Being available on a Sunday was also a plus.

The service is terrific and tailored to my needs. If a previous repair seems to need adjustments, they tell me about it, and then take care if it at no charge. They are honest and reliable, and treat the customers with care and respect.... offering options that will best fit the customer's budget.

Have been coming to firestone to get my Mustang serviced for the last 2-3 year's, tire change, rotations, alignments, oil, brakes, rotors etc. Each and everytime I go it is always a pleasant interaction. With that being said, Donovan really took care of all the needs and questions I personally asked. I.E. giving me the run down and quote for brakes and rotors (labor only). Don't be afraid to ask questions! They even went the extra mile to clean off, and reapply lubrication to the caliper and slide pins. Without being asked! Truly a team that cares about their workmanship! Will be there again soon!

My first attempt was at the Dewey avenue shop on 6-27-2024, after 1 - 1.5 hr and a couple other angry / upset customers also waiting I left never to return to that one again!!! I had an appointment set for Monday, 7-1-24 at 9:am for a front end alignment at the West Ridge- Greece location. I got there for said appointment and the parking lot was FULL with at least an hour wait. I rescheduled for the next day (7-2-24) at 9:am. I was in and out in 45 minutes!!! Awesome employees there, very kind and great attitudes. West Ridge is now MY go to instead of Dewey which is NOT far from where I live. Thank you for asking!!

These guys are friendly listen to you bout what going on with the car, they check it out slowly and doesn't miss anything and the wait is not long if they can't do it and have to leave your car for next day is ok cause that call me early the next day there done and ready for pickup. This place is the best compare to other location of Firestone out there.

Very disappointed in the service here. I went because I had a slow leak in my rear passenger side tire. They stated it couldn’t be repaired but they had my tire in stock. After I got home I noticed they put a different tire. Didn’t even mention it. I didn’t appreciate the old bait and switch. I paid nearly $300 for that tire due to it being a low-profile tire. When I go back all I get is that’s our mistake. We’ll have to order it. Not to mention $30 road hazard for one tire! Really. Now I’m scheduled to go back to get the correct tire. We’ll see how they handle this. Any event I won’t be patronizing Firestone after this!

John did a fantastic job of ensuring I had everything I needed to get my tires replaced. After having a bad experience at a different location, John really went above and beyond to make things right (at the end of the day on a Sunday no less). Walked away with a great deal and 4 news tires.

I have been having my car serviced at this location for over 25 years and have always been satisfied with my service and the friendliness and honesty of the staff. While I was sorry to hear that the manager I had known for so long had retired recently (Tim Nagle) I was delighted with his successor (Wes) and the staff assistant (Moussa), who are maintaining the high standards that I have associated with Tim and Firestone.
