I dropped my truck off at 8:30 am this morning for a simple tire repair I was told it would be done in the afternoon I came back at 3:45 pm and my truck was still sitting in the same location now with a flat tire the manager said he would get right and I told him specifically not to drive that truck in on flat tire he absolutely not I turn and look and the tech is driving my truck on the flat tire I got here at 3.45 and I am just getting in my truck at 5:10 pm so my truck was here for 8 and a half hours to fix a tire leak seems a bit ridiculous to me also if I have trouble with this tire or have blowout because the tech was to lazy to put air in it before moving it you will be hearing from my lawyer

The team identified a handful reasonable issues beyond what we took the car in for -- none of which seemed like they were a stretch. For example, our inspection was overdue. The tires passed inspection and they simply noted that we should consider replacement in the months ahead. Most places would have pushed us to buy immediately. I appreciate not getting the hard-sell. We'll be back for tires when we need them.

John and Justin treated me with respect and I felt they were honest with me on my vehicle needs. They also kept me informed on the status of my vehicles service. It was a pleasure to to do business with them especially compared to some other options in the area that fall far flat on customer service in comparison. Visit of 8/25/2024 They are my go to place for automotive service. Justin took care of me and had my flat fixed under the road hazard warranty with out any problems. I'm a little concerned they transferrd John the long time Store Manager to another location since I'm sure it was his leadership that made this a great location to do business with. Time will tell if that was a smart move.

I am thoroughly disgust with this location. I have been a LOYAL Firestone customer for over 25 years. I have found this location to have poor follow up and lacking significantly in communication. What happened to verbally informing the customer about what is going on with the car vs. sending an email with a triage of items needing attention- if something needs urgent attention why would you not speak directly to the customer who has been sitting in the waiting area. I will not be returning to this firestone again - this is beyond upsetting to me after so many years of having complete trust in the individuals that worked here. Unfortunately they are all gone - so much turnover it's disgusting.

I called the Firestone located in elm ridge plaza in Greece Ny when I returned from vacation. While in vacation I noticed my vehicle was past inspection and upon calling and explaining I needed this taken care of ASAP, the Manager named Chuck was very accommodating and fit me into his already busy schedule. They took care of the inspection in a very timely manner. Great customer service. Staff is all professional and polite.

I had a scheduled appointment but before uttering one word I was greeted with 'I have never personally seen you before so we can not help you.' They finally agreed to inspect my vehicle and said that my tires were unevenly worn and then insisted that I purchase new ones. When I stated concerns about the impact of my suspension on the old tires I was told that 'Suspension has no impact on tire wear,' and it goes on and on The sad part is that I used to like this place but no longer with such doofuses.

I walked in and made an appointment. When I came back for my appointment, everything went smoothly and I was in and out quickly. The building and waiting room were clean and the staff were very nice and helpful! I will definitely use them again.

I was a walk in for buying tires & Branden greeted me a friendly hello. He was able to find the tires that I needed for my vehicle. He arranged to have them installed within 1 1/2hr. He was very pleasant accommodating & knowledgeable. I would recommend your Firestone business. Thank you Judy MacLaren

Went to Firestone on Tuesday got appointment for Thursday, on Tuesday I set up transmission flush and filter replacement for my Tacoma,also oil change,state inspection,and alignment. I also had oil change and inspection for my wife’s car.They had no trans filter said they would change the fluid without the filter?Not happy, they said it would be ordered and call me 7days no call,told me they didn’t order it,when I called them back.

Brought my car in to have new tires installed and balanced, alignment. Before they installed my tires my vehicle had a perfect alignment “ steering wheel centered and didn’t pull to the side. After they installed my new tires, novices steering wheel off centered 10 degrees to the right and pulling to the right when you take your hands off the wheel. Also the worst part was my vehicle drove like a tractor at low speeds, at 55 mph the wobble was worse. Called firestone right away and told them that the tires were wobbling and steering wheel was off balance, vehicle pulling to the right. Firestone made me wait 7 days until they could schedule another appointment. When I brought my vehicle back, they kept my car in their garage for 70 minutes and told me that they fixed it. I looked under my vehicle that I had marked all four wheels” they were not even removed or touched. Alignment still the same not corrected. Called their firestone corporate and don’t care about their employees ruining your vehicle. Took my vehicle to Goodyear for a second opinion. According to the manager at Goodyear, all four wheels were not balanced right; both front rims were bent and the alignment was off. I had to pay extra to balance my wheels, new alignment. Do not go to FIRESTONE; they will ruin your car/vehicle.

Came in for an oil change. Was informed by their multi point inspection that my tires had uneven wear. They balanced and aligned my car and it drives better than ever. I appreciate the information about my vehicle that they provided. Very helpful and friendly.
