Do not go here unless its simple things like an oil change or tire alignment , went here to diagnose a misfire in my car told me they couldn’t figure out why it was misfiring but recommended my transmission could be the problem telling me I needed to change it telling me my transmission was slipping and everything ( it was the mis fire I was talking about not a slipping transmission) in reality it was the aftermarket O2 sensors I had put in my car got the OEM parts and has not misfired since …. Do not go here unless u want some bullshit ass recommendations .

The person at the front desk was very helpful and explained the services that were available, how long it would take and how much it would cost. everything went as advised and I am happy with the services.

I give you one star because I can't give zero stars. I brought my car at the appointed time, and when I returned 2 hours later I discovered that they hadn't even started servicing the car, despite the fact that they hadn't notified me of possible delays. As a result, it was a waste of time, they never changed my oil because the working day was ending. Why do you set the time? I will never contact this organization again.

I had an early appointment with a Hertz rental car voucher. After two hours of waiting "for approval," I decided to call the third party myself twice to get approval! It literally took me 5 minutes to get the approval. That isn't MY job. I lost hours of work because no one took the time to call Hertz. I am disappointed by this customer service experience.

I am treated with kindness and respect at the Marconi Ave. Firestone location. They do exemplary work with good prices and in a timely manner. It doesn’t matter who is manning the front desk. Each and every one of them always keeps me informed of what is being done to my car and how long it will take. I will never have my car worked on at any other shop. They are the best!

They were the only tire store opened on Sunday. I had an instant flat and no appointment, but for the two hours I did wait due to multiple customers, I had a satisfactory experience. They were apologetic due to the long wait, respectful, and they answered my questions. They also gave me the cheapest tire due to my limited budget. I will go again for an instant flat on another Sunday if it happens again.

The visit was based on the type of tires they carried and the place to go to based on the recommendation of EZ Automotive Appraisals & Diagnostics. Also because you get on their lifetime Wheel Alignment, Tire Wheel Balance Tire Package and they also do a courtesy check on your vehicle to check for any upcoming needed repairs. So the wait was well worth it. Feeling secure and safe while you drive, is peace of mind.

This place is not good they didn't charge me to look at it .am thankful but because I didn't need our want to pay for things I didn't need they refuse service.dont waste your time not customer service business all I needed was one spark plug replaced and the coils redone in my car they refuse to do it unless they can redo it all even if the spark plugs are good they wanted to charge me and want to do them all I did not have the money I told them I don't have the money I told him I was on a budget the manager the lady out front customer service person terrible she told me we were not a good match I guess cuz I did not want to pay the 1,400 they wanted to charge me to do things that I didn't even need done on her car once again do not waste your time going to this place and if this place was smart they would get a new customer service person but they are on the straight hustle so they're probably promoter her I'm still upset right now I even talked to their mechanic and he told me that's all I needed done to my car I told them customer service lady the same thing and she came back with unless I wanted it all done they weren't going to do that so if you don't work on a budget it's only waste your time

Raiz and team took very good care of when my son and wife went there for new tires. Honest and very reasonably priced. We shall make that our regular pitstop. I've also scheduled a appointment for other services.

I was going to be going out of town and I seemed to have a slow leak in my tire. I did not want to get stuck in the mountains, so I called and spoke with Shawn and he said that he could check the tire the same day.They repaired the puncture and now I don't need to worry about getting stuck!

I need to put air in tires. They did it for free. Never had a bad free service there. Some places you go to for tire check. They give you aditude.

Got here at 10:50am and asked for a inspection for to see what brake pads I needed and didn’t leave until 2:30pm. JUST FOR A INSPECTION took around 4 hours. They did properly inspect the car , but didn’t couldn’t give me a proper estimated time it would take. VERY INCONVENIENT and seem they OVERLY took there time.

When you work with honest people and trust that they will do the right thing, you can’t go wrong. The staff at the store cares about their customer and the job they perform for you. The team works together as one, they are polite, and courteous. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with these people for your car care. Honesty is the best policy and you get it here.

I forgot his name, but the guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful - I've always really liked the staff at this particular Firestone (Marconi, Sacramento) because they've always been very friendly and helpful.
