I came in without an appointment and crying because I has a tire that kept leaking and I don’t know why. I have always had a husband to help me so this was very overwhelming for me. Verna hugged me right away and assured me right away that I was in the right place! Her Boss went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. Checking all my tires and identifying the leak and they fixed it right then and there! In Sacramento to get compassionate service is almost unheard of. I am BEYOND grateful to FireStone Tires and you will not regret coming to them for your car needs. They are EXCELLENT at customer service and their jobs!

The crew at this location was amazing! Matt was super helpful. While they were checking out my brakes, they also discovered a different issue that also needed fixing; although the essential car part was discontinued for my older car, they helped me find one online, kept my car safe while I ordered it, and offered to put it on once it came in (and the car runs great now).

Excellent and friendly service. Matt strived to help in ways he did not have to. All repairs were explained in detail and the "why" of all recommendations were also explained in detail. My only complaint was the time it took. The location I use is severely understaffed and it is taking WAY too long to complete service requests.

James was so helpful and took the time to explain my car's needed repairs. The cost was much less than I anticipated (because Google is not an auto mechanic), and the repairs were completed the same day. I so appreciate the professionalism and will be bringing my car here in the future.

My deepest apologies to Madison Location!! Written review does not reflect comments toward Firestone Complete Auto Care , Madison. Survey request in my inbox doesn't relate to this location, but, Marconi instead...!!!! Marconi location so horrible, I'm still waiting for survey request in my email inbox, vet my frustration and expose Marconi of bad practice(s) of cheating customer(s) and to worn future prospects....!!!!!! Imagine, dining out from fast food burger establishment, load up on seconds on soda beverage, but this time without ice, just soda. by the time you get home, you cant/don't finish the rest of soda, the cup sits on counter and soda dries up and only leaves a ring/residue of cola/syrup on bottom of cup. cup will stay bone dry untill its washed out or filled another form of liquid. photos bellow: are pics of original Toyota coolant/residue/pink since vehicle purchased 2017'. Marconi claims a coolant flush and fill/replacement of Prestone Yellow and topped of the reservoir. Then why like the soda cup analogy, the coolant reservoir bone dry, with pink residue at deepest point of tank ?! Stuck a piece of white paper don the radiator, strip of paper indicated pink. 2017' vehicle has no leak(s) issues or faulty thermostat issues. My conclusion, car just stood there for couple hours parked in the bay to be charged $172 for the hell of it. Madison, actually fulfilled a work order and my coolant reservoir is topped off with yellow coolant.

The elderly worker in the black shirt has horrible customer service. He assumed I was storing my car at there shop when I was sitting waiting for them to open. He does not know how to properly speak to potential customers so I am having it towed to a different shop.

Constant updates on the progress and aspects of the work being done as well as cutting me a good deal when some of the fix attempts didn't pan out. They didn't have to help with the latter but chose to anyway. Clerk also had dad jokes for days which helped pass the time. XD

I called for a price quote today to turn so e rotors on an off the car brake lathe. Was told $35 any condition as long as it was not below the minimum. The rotors have a small lip on the at a dept of .3 mm and som surface rust, which would be removed when the rotors get turned. Their master mechanic said it's impossible to turn rotors like that. I work 200 miles away at another shop as a mechanic, and what they are saying is totally laughable. They said you can't cut the lip off of a rotor, this is something I have never heard ever because if that were true, we as mechanics would oy replace, and a brake lathe would never exist. 1 star poor customer service. 1 star poor mechanic knowledge. 1 star no manager/management insite. 1 star will never go to Firestone Madison's location, not even foe air in my tires.

My first experience was pleasant. I had an oil change, A/C service and replaced my spark plugs. I had to go a second time because my oil was leaking and they told me I had a loose plug. They said they replaced it and topped off my oil. Now my oil is leaking worse than before and it’s only been 3 days since I went. I will be taking it back for the 3rd time and I want to see the work done becuase now I’m thinking they didn’t do all the other stuff I requested. Make sure to ask them to show you the work. UPDATE. I left my vehicle at this location at 7:06am and didn’t hear back from them for over 8 hours. They took a whole work day to tell me that my oil pan could be the problem and when I ask if it could be fixed today they said no. They decided to wait all day to figure out the issue and to charge me for something I know I didn’t cause. My oil was not leaking when I first brought it in and now all of a sudden it’s a problem. I will be contacting corporate and legal counsel. Horrible customer service experience and will not recommend Firestone to anyone.

My score is a direct result of how I was treated by Service Specialist James and Manager Shafil at the Madison/Auburn location in Sacramento. My story is this: I found my car battery dead at 4:00 pm when I got off work on a Friday and it was 115 degrees outside. After getting a jump and calling Firestone, I was told if I could get there soon they would help me with a new battery. After arriving, I was told they did not have the type of battery needed for my car, however... Shafil stepped up, called a nearby parts store and personally drove to get the part which resulted in my being at the store not more than 45 mins. I cannot say enough of how relieved and great it was to work with these two guys - both stepping up to help me at the end of the day.

The customer service I received from Nate and James was amazing! The pricing was clear from the beginning. James took the time to show me the brake wear on my Chevrolet Traverse while explaining what needed to be done. Nate gave me such a great deal that I decided to get 4 new tires on my Chevrolet Camaro the very same day! I highly recommend this shop for all your tire and brake needs. I will be going back for 4 new tires on another vehicle this week! Great service and great deals! Thanks guys!

Took my tacoma in for a simple tire rotation. I noticed later in the day that they did not rotate the tires but moved the rear tires foreward to the front and the fronts to the rear. A proper rotation is to rotate the tires diagonally,this distributes wear evenly as the tires on the right will wear faster due to the crown of the roads. This is an underhanded way to increase tire wear and sell new tires. If this wasn't bad enough I noticed a greasy boot print on the interior driver side kick panel,a greasy hand print on the driver side interior door panel and a grease smudge on the cloth arm rest of the drivers door. I spent 20 minutes cleaning up this mess. If you ever have your tires rotated here I suggest marking your sidewalls with different colored chalk,one color for the drivers side and another for the passenger side. The colors should have switched sides after the rotation. It's a shame that society in this country has reached this level of degradation. I called the shop to complain and was told that I would be charged $21 dollars and change if I bring my truck back for a proper rotation. I will never darken the door of a Firestone again. I've filed a complaint with the BAR.
