Ken is amazing! So friendly. So knowledgeable. He's like that guy from the movie where he's super smart but doesn't look it... Not Forrest Gump. The other one... he watched Wheel of Fortune. RAIN MAN! He's like a shorter, and older, but cooler. He's hecka cool. Ken. I brought him Starbucks when I got my car. "Counting cards... Rain man drives the car!" Love it! Kudos to Ken!!

They give you a general brake down make sure you understand everything that's going on with your vehicle and not to brake your pockets $. Great customer service might I add. The wait time was reasonable too.

I always get excellent customer service from this facility. I like working with Ken Thrasher. He goes out of his way to make sure I fully understand what my vehicle needs and what is recommended. He really went out of his way to help me purchase tires for my truck that would best suit my needs and driving habits.

I was towed in because my brakes were locking up. They changed the brake pads and changed the fluid and did an oil change. How would any of those things fix locking brakes? It wouldn’t and I broke down again right after I picked it up.

The customer service was amazing but when it came down to service and pricing it's way over priced. Even for parts, it's 3 times what you can by them at auto zone. I understand they need to make money to but it was just shocking to me. I wouldn't send any family or friends here.

This location is good, quick to answer the phones and nice. Not so great location in the neighborhood but nothing exceptional or poor to say. I had great communication today and timely service.

Wanna feel attacked as soon as you step in the door? Want to see the service manager yell and belittle the other workers in the shop? Go here. Ask for Kristen, she will yell, talk to you like you're a criminal and make zero effort at customer service. Came in with a dead battery that was under warranty and already tested at another shop and deemed "bad". They had to run their own test (understandable) and said it would take an hour. After an hour and a half with no call I went back to the store. I was told the battery was fine and charging just fine. I explained that the issue was that the battery was not holding a charge. This is the point I was accused of lying in order to get a new battery. I asked if they could fully test the battery and she begrudgingly agreed and said it would take another 2 hours. ***they deemed the battery good and refused to honor a warranty WITHOUT doing a full test***

I am just beyond thankful right now. The service that I got today was literally over and beyond. I came in and needed a tire replaced on my rental car. Getting the tire approved by the rental company was a struggle. It was leading towards me having to wait until tomorrow to get the right tire delivered. I was so stressed because of the inconvenience of work and other things. I’m so appreciative because Misty and Javier did everything to get one delivered today. It was crunch time. Tire literally got delivered last minute and they made sure it got put on so I was able to drive off today! I really felt like they really cared and understood so I didn’t feel alone. At one moment I was so overwhelmed with stress I tried to hide it. They probably don’t even know in that moment how they helped me through that by just being genuinely there. Thank you both so so much! Life can be so overwhelming and rough at times. We never know what someone is going through. It small things like this. People like Misty and Javier and their acts of service that make it better. Thank you both again :)

Let me start with my wife who had been taking her Rav4 to Firestone for oil changes and front end alignment almost from the time it was purchased and nowhere else. We moved to the Sacramento area 5 years ago and she had taken the car to the Orchard loop location and had no problem. She went for the next oil change at orchard loop and the next day I noticed we had oil spots on the driveway. She took it back and from what she told me they were rude stated it wasn't leaking from the oil change but because the car was older it was coming from somewhere else. So since she really did not want to go back to them for the next service I suggested she try another location. She made a phone appointment at this location (Stockton Blvd) . We went at the date and time of our appointment. When we arrived I went and sat down in the waiting area and my wife went to check in. The first thing that happen after she said we had an appointment was that Ken Thrasher the managing partner asked what are you here for and when my wife said she had told the person which took the appointment information and shouldn't they have that information he was rude and instead of using good customer service and just stating that for some reason it didn't make it into the system he continued to talk to her gruffly at this point I went up to the counter. After getting past the appointment issue my wife tried to tell him about her experience at the Orchard loop location which he looked at the computer records and took whatever someone at a different location had put in the system as being truthful and we had to be wrong and that the Orchard loop location had out in the system they felt a dye test was required to determine where the leak was coming from which they would have charged extra for. He actually went as far as mansplaining the process of an oil change which I was probably performing oil changes when he was learning to talk. After going back and forth with him as his voice was rising and in turn mine I told my wife we were leaving and would not be using Firestone again. Mind you we were never asking for anything but for them to take another look and give their opinion. After leaving I said to my wife maybe the guy had something going on in his life and we just caught him on a bad day but after reading reviews from Google, Yelp and others it appears he has had these bad days on several occasions. If this is the case he is only hurting his business with bad customer service. As it turns out I decided to change the oil myself. The cause of the oil leak was the oil drain plug washer was missing which since this leak started after the oil change at Orchard loop someone either forgot or for some other reason left it off. Could this be a way for Firestone to increase profits? I have given my story. You take the information and decide for yourself. I just wish there was a way to make Firestone come and clean all the oil spots off my driveway. Maybe someone should report them to the Bureau of Automotive repair for bad business practices.

Highly recommend FS. Any where in the country you can jave your vehicle serviceed Usely very honest but dont let your guard down. There are some unscrupulous stores that will try to sneak in extra stuff you dont need. . If at all possible DONT send your wife or daughter alone to have work done. I hate to say it but some shops will try to pull a fast one. Ive have this happen once at my local shop which was very disappointing. And dont take their advice as 100% (remember their trying to sell you stuff) So great place mostly but do your due diligence and ask questions.

I've been coming here for maintenance on my Jeep for about 4 years now and always receive exceptional customer service from Ken and Kristen. They do what needs to be done and never push you to get work done you don't necessarily need but offer recommendations on what they think the car could benefit from in the near future. They always keep you updated throughout the entire process , explained everything in detail, and answer any questions I have. I always leave satisfied after leaving this location. Omg can't wait to tell you about this caring manager Ken! He's the best never seen human kindness at its peak before. He loves without a bias and helps without expecting. Him and the great young lady Kristy I believe her name was on Stockton and fruitridge I. Sacramento CA. Showed me the upmost kindness and professionalism I have ever seen I was in and out I least then a hour. And seen Ken assist another customer an elderly woman with care and understanding it warmed my heart. You have found a customer for life with me. Thank you for your care and love God bless. Today was my second time in. I was here in October customer service was ok but Today was awesome I worked with Ken the manager he was very knowledgeable and kind and was able to explain everything to me I even applied for a credit there and got approved. Ken can u get a cooler or something to sale at least water 💧 🥰 3-29-24. Back for my oil change 😌 very happy Ken is here it's very busy phones are ringing like crazy 🤪 but he's handling everything

Never had issues with communications. Always clear, thorough and honest inspections and services completed within est. Wait time provided. Never had to bring my car back after service until my next scheduled maintenance:), unless I get a flat;p. Always get my car back seemingly cleaner than before service :). A huge relief and weight off my shoulders brings me peace of mind knowing that this shop is consistently reliable/trustworthy/accountable and in good hands, freeing me of any car concerns while learning a lot from the staff at the same time! If there was an 11 star option I'd click the 12 !!!

Kristen and the store manager were very warm and inviting. They made me feel welcome and like they appreciated my business. I traveled almost 200 miles one-way to get my service done, as this was the closest Firestone to my current location, so I HAD to wait around gor my vehicle. As of this writing, I have been here for almost 3 hours. For the majority of this three hours, ulthe desk has been manned by a young lady, named Misty. Sitting here watching her and listening to her interactions with the customers has been very disheartening. She represents EVERYTHING that has gone wrong with customer service in the last 15 years. When she answers the telephone, she does so as if she assumes that they are going to be ugly and belligerent, before giving them a chance. When she makes calls, she speaks so fast that I don't believe anyone on the other end can discern what she is trying to telling them. When dealing with customers come in to the store, she talks down to them, EVERY SINGLE PERSON that came in today. Luckily for her, Kristen was the only one at the counter when I came in. If Misty had talked to me the way she talked to others, I'm afraid one of us would have been in tears, and I am not 100% sure it would have been me. In most cases, Misty's attitude would soften towards the customer by the end of the interaction, but not enough to eliminate the bad feelings she had already set into play. Misty seems like she COULD be a great person, but she must have left that person chained to the radiator at home today. She should do better. She could do better!!

The technician tried to keep my aftermarket valve stem caps. Told me they “recommend a coolant flush” then when I drove the car on Friday (less than 24 hours after the completed service) and before I reach my destination my car is overheating. Upon examination under the hood…the technician disconnected the lower hose to the radiator! All the coolant drained out! Edit: Ken called shortly after seeing above review and offered to inspect the cooling system. Due to prior repairs completed by another (none Firestone) mechanic we agreed to check and tighten all radiator hoses and top off fluids. Will contact other shop as well…should still be coved under warranty.
