Every time I take my fleet vehicles here, they take days to complete simple tasks. Two tires and an oil change is a multi day repair at this location. Seems that they know it’s a fleet vehicle and put them in the back of the queue to complete walk ins and waiting customers. This is a great place to get your service vehicles.

Went in for tires today and I was so impressed with the service Tyler provided not to just me but every client that came in the door. He ran the front end alone and took it all in stride. Each client was treated with respect and never rushed out of the door. Until the past 3 years I had spent 15 years in the wholesale tire business and been in close to 209 of these particular stores throughout Texas and Nee Mexico. Tyler has to Be one of the best brand ambassadors for Firestone Complete Car Care that I have run across.

Horrible but horrible customer service. I took my vehicle in to get serviced and received my vehicle back in worse condition. I received a call that vehicle was ready so I stopped by to pick it up and drive off and when I get on the highway my vehicle is worse. I called Firestone. They tell me bring it back and I do take it to them, they work on it again…I drive off and it’s doing the same thing, I go back to them again and it sits for about an hour while I am waiting for it, they work on it again take it for a test drive and come back and tell me…… That the truck is repaired as best as possible. Some possibilities for my problem with my truck that I didn’t have before I took it to them could be that body bushings are cracked, bad tires, or their alignment machine is not working to calibration. At this point, I am told that the last two times that they worked on my truck, It was done for free since the technicians were not getting paid to work on it. That to this point there was nothing else they can do. Yet at the end they offer to rotate my tires back to how they were before to see if that help the problem. I tell them I live out of town and I feel it’s not safe to drive vehicle in condition it’s in and they go on to say they can’t rotate tires until next day since they have run out of time and have other issues to tend to. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS FIRESTONE!

I dropped off a defective tire yesterday and they told me at 11:30am today that they were replacing the tire right now. That was a lie. When I returned at 4pm the defective tire was still on the rim. It is very hard to get them on the phone and you will often get a message that no one is available. I was also billed for an oil change that they did not perform, but I was given a refund after I asked.

I am baffled at the incompetence and/or lack of ethics this “business” operates with. My girlfriend took her car to get her AC checked because it wasn’t blowing cold air and they quoted her $100 for a hose replacement. She agreed and left, upon returning they switched it up on on her wanted to charge her an extra $300 to recharge the ac with Freon; oh and btw they had lost her key and accused her of not leaving with them. Of course she knows better and told them no, she didn’t approve of that and wasn’t going to pay. They said they had already done it and that she had to wait 45 mins for them to remove the Freon. And they found the key they were accusing her of not leaving with them. I then decided to DIY the recharge and come to find out it didn’t need to be recharged. So they were either idiots that didn’t know what they were talking about or they are POS that knew exactly what they were doing and wanted to scam her out of $300; or the third option they hooked us up but didn’t tell us. We are just confused as hell and do not recommend this place.

I really wish I read the reviews before coming here, because what they did to me was absolutely heinous and harmful. I drove in to ask a question about a misfire I was having and after they looked at it, suddenly I have an undrivable car and expensive repair needed suddenly when the cv axle "suddenly" snapped while in their 'care'. I've never had suspension problems at all in my LIFE with this car. I drove it in JUST FINE, minus the misfire issue, (which has absolutely nothing to do with the suspension at all). It was so bad that they wouldn't let me drive it out (despite driving it in). They said something they it wouldn't even steer so I would need to get it towed because apparently they can't even push it out of the bay. I lived half a block away so I thought that getting a tow was ludicrous, so if course that mess up and misinformation led to me having to give them hundreds and hundreds of dollars ransom for my car back. I felt so scammed afterwards and was definitely taken advantage of because the boys in there will be so kind and polite and smile at you while robbing you blind. I never trust mechanics but this is the one time I was so stumped trying to do everything myself that I brought it in for a second opinion. I don't even spend that by much on repairs myself. But I go in to ask a question and leave in debt???!!!!! I have spent months trying to get it elevated to ask them even for any accountability. They said the store would call me back. They never did. Weeks later, called again, they said it was elevated to the regional manager and they'd call me back. Never did. This happened again and again with the district manager and now even CORPORATE. So today they finally call me back saying something about not enough "evidence" to support that, what? I drove it in and suddenly I have to pay you guys $800 for something that wasn't broken when I drive it in or else I can't get my car back? How bout look at the security cameras? You can see me drive in. If suddenly YOU do something that means I can't drive out, YEAH that's actually your fault. So don't believe whatever BS the "Firestone customer service" or whatever is going to respond to this comment. I waited to post it. Waited till it was elevated 4 times through corporate for a "yeah , we can't do anything , we refuse any accountability, not even gonna give you a coupon for your tires in the future" since they knew I wanted to come back for my tires, but not if i can't trust them anymore. They tarnished that business relationship themselves. STAY AWAY. YOU WILL GET ROBBED, NOT EVEN CORPORATE CARES.

It was a wait but they did exactly what I needed and continued efforts even after seeing it was a more detailed task. All shaking ceased after they balanced the tires!

Service was fast, they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of 10, is that I feel the tire prices are a bit higher than some places. (For example, a smaller non--chain store in my neighborhood had less expensive tires available, but didn't have time to go to another location.) The folks at Firestone also found and repaired a nail in one of the tires I wasn't even aware of, which was great. They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment, which was great because I was on a very tight schedule, dealing with multiple things for my 93 yr old mom. Overall, I felt they provided really great service, and would go there again.

Do not take your car here, my daughter took her car for the 4th time for an O2 sensor and the 4th time they charged her for a dianostics which she did not need or ask for and had to pay $130 for when they could not fix the problem to the 1st time she took it in. If your young or female, stay away from this place they will try and take advantage of you!

Nothing like a location who does not care or follow thru. Tylor was useless. I wanted another employee to help who I could count on. But I was stuck with a salesman, not a service provider. Never again will I visit the San Pedro location. And the tech was obviously more incompetent to locate the issue .I was very specific.

I came into the store on an unexpected visit, (put a bolt through a tire). They fit me in for new tires that afternoon and sent a runner for the size they did not have in stock. Within 2.5 hours I was out the door.

Such a horrible service, I called at 7am. to get price info and if they get SNAP finance. I went in, gave my info, and asked again about the SNAP finance. I dropped the car off for services left hours after I went to pick up my car they asked for pymt so I told them I was using SNAP finance the guy looked confused and told me he didn't know what that was long short after hours I paid in full but they don't even know what they are doing and don't bother to ask if they don't know what you're talking about about also on my way back home I noticed they didn't put the tires locks thing back on my car so I had to drive back, with a fussy toddler. Honestly, I don't recommend them

Me presenté ayer en el lugar para reservar cita para un alineamiento en mi vehículo,me dieron la opción para hoy a las 9am,o 10am,así que escogí las 9am,y acudí puntual hoy, cuando llegué a la oficina,quien me atendió dijo que ya había alguien por delante y que debía esperar,más o menos dos horas, entonces salí y maneje por una milla y alguien de el mismo lugar me marco al cell y dijo:estamos listos para recibirlo, así que regresé y oooo sorpresa,ahora un técnico me dijo nuevamente deberá esperar porque aún no terminamos,fue muy desagradable,en ese taller no tienen profesionalismo,ni se comunican,y no están preparados para el trabajo,no entiendo porque te dan un horario si no hay espacio,"amig@" por favor piénsalo dos veces antes de ir a este lugar.
