Was kinda lookin frwd to getting new tires for toyota pre runner ....but was not lookin frwd to paying close to 900.00. (had done research)WAS SO HAPPY WHEN WE PICKED IT UP!! WITH CREDIT ON OLD bridgestone TIRES AND SPECIAL THEY WERE RUNNING WE PAID 530. For 4 FIRESTONE tires, warranty, balancing for future visits etc. YES FOR A SMALL TRUCK IN 2024. With an alignment!! pretty.....😍

I'm giving this location a one star because of their customer service. Initially,I thought it was going to be a good experience after talking with someone named Jason. However, when I went to pick up my car,I was waiting behind another customer. It was an older woman concerned about her tires,as they were losing air. She was needing some direction in what exactly she needed to do after explaining to Jason what the problem was. Jason was extremely condescending and down right rude. I gave her some advice as he was no help. Whatever happened to good customer service. Jason, this is YOUR job. We did not ask you to do this job. I'm certain YOU applied to this job. So do your job. Be nice and courteous not only to your younger ,female customers,but ALL customers. I'd love to speak to your superior and let them know exactly what the interaction was between you and this other customer.

First time at a Firestone and last . Very confused where to pull in to get some normal service. No one was outside . Pulled into a slot . Guy came out very unprofessional and with a tone that’s not acceptable in any time of workplace . Doesn’t matter what profession it is . Coming from someone working in a corporate building Very unprofessional verbally. Did not catch his name . Beard guy white hairs on beard. Drove off shortly after that . Instead of helping a customer out he drove them off very nicely done .

I came in for a scheduled appointment 20 minutes before my appointment. I was told by front person it qould be a little over 1.5 hours i was getting a new set of tires. I made sure to chat online that they were in stock prior they were. I told them i would be at the store waiting. After 2 hours I called and was told it would still 1.5 hours by my mechanic it still had not been worked on. I had no choice but to wait. I finally showed up the caucasian bald man (manager)told me it would be 45 minutes more if i wanted the alignment checked or I could return for the alignment and it would take 15 minutes to put tires back on. I replied with fine just get the alignment done, i need to go to work. The manager leaves for the day and i wait 1 hour 5 minutes, the mechanic comes up to me and says i have put the tires on still need the alignment check. We have waited over 4hours at this point. Since i had to get to my job i couldnt wait any longer. He verbally informed me 12 lug nuts need to be replaced but i didnt have time to add it to the service form and forgot to add the pictures too. I returned after a few days for my alignment check and got here before they opened 6:50am. The same manager was there i told him i dont have an appointment i was told by other man show up early we will get it done. I was told I would have to wait a couple of hours. There were no cars ahead of me but there are appointments. There was only 1 worker. When the service was finally checked supposedly I needed so many things to be done I went for a second opinion and none of that needed to be done but the alignment. My 2nd visit I made it out before 2 hours luckily. Would not return nor recommend Firestone.

Jason was one of the most pleasant and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of buying anything from. He was very polite and understanding. He was able to assist our family knowing we were from out of town by making room for us even though we were told by another location we would probably not be able to be seen due it being close to the end of day. He did not hesitate to make accommodations for us. Thanks to him and your staffs excellent service we were able to return to our home 80 miles away without worry or concerns. all our questions were answered, and he even went as far as to point out several recommendations for me to make once I returned home. I can't say enough on how well we were treated and wished that I would be treated as well anywhere else. Please let him know he is greatly appreciated and made a lasting impression on my spouse and me. Thank you for having such wonderful staff.

Super hella helpful! I needed an alignment stat on my Honda Hr-V as I just did a strut replacement that caused it to be out of wack. I called early this morning 7/10 to see if they could see me same day. Got in at 3:30p and out within an hour. Every was so friendly and helpful, letting me see the before and after specs of the alignment. Also went ahead and got the lifetime warranty alignment, which personally, I think everyone should just get. These potholes in San Antonio are no joke!!! Get the lifetime alignment, you can take your vehicle to get aligned any time and go to this location!

Fast, friendly , and efficient service. Explained everything clearly and made sure all my questions or concerns were answered. Offers resolution. Kudos to Firestone in Balcones heights. San Antonio Texas. They are an A+ in my book. I recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service.

Great customer service. I went for oil change and inspection for engine light. They were honest on time, informed me on checking in that it will take a while. I was also informed the amount to pay for the inspection before it’s done, fortunately when the inspection was completed, the amount was waived, so I got it done for free and since they don’t fix the specific code for my engine light , I was advised on where to go to get it fixed. Their parking lot is small, but they use the parking next to them which is huge and is connected to their shop, so parking is not a problem. 🚘UPDATED TO 5 STARS!! 🚘 11 May 2024 Last week I was here because some of my lights were not working. I did not have an appointment, but within a short waiting time they had already completed inspections for my lights. Besides that they went ahead and did quick over all inspection for other parts to include engine, breaks, tires etc at no added cost. They fixed all my lights that were not working and I was able to get back on the road with no worries. Unfortunately after 3 days, I noted exactly the same lights were not working, so I went back there and scheduled an appointment to find out what’s wrong. Today I went back there and explained the above. I was informed that they will do an extensive diagnosis for electrical issues and it will take a couple of hours and was also informed the amount to pay. Fortunately within 30 min they had already diagnosed the issue and fixed it and on top of that they waved the diagnostic fee and also fixed an extra issue that was not related to lights. I am giving them 5 stars for being honest & fair, providing great customer services and for being consistent in providing superior performance.

I needed to get the front struts and shocks replaced on my 2020 vehicle. Dealers wanted an absurd price with no parts warranty OR labor warranty. Decided I would call around. This location was very responsive. Got back to me with a quote over the phone and when it came time to bring it in, that number didn't magically double like it does at every other chain mechanic. They didnt try to upsell me anything I didn't need and the parts and labor come with a warranty. This was a surprisingly great experience despite needing the repair on a new vehicle, but that was not firestones fault. I definitely see myself coming back here to this honest shop.

Stopped here on my lunch to get a state inspection and saw they had very few cars at the moment. Somehow stayed for 30+ minutes for an inspection because the guys working spent a lot of time on their phones and talking very rudely about other coworkers behind their backs. Would not recommend coming here and would not recommend working there unless you want to deal with some bullies.

This is NOT fake review and I'm not easy to get a good review out of lol. Especially when it comes to automotive work. I have been trying to get my truck alignment done for ever and every time they had reason couldn't do it with replacing all kinds of stuff. Was nervous because like I said had a several bad experiences already but I needed this done. They got me in same day. Got the alignment done with lifetime garauntee. Which I highly recommend considering you hit one pot hole and need it again. Gave me detailed summary and and invoice. The technician (wish I had his name) and Remi who was working the counter were great. Waiting room pleasant and clean with working bathrooms and coffee. FINALLY!!!! Will definitely be using them for what I can from now on.

unprofessional technician. Charge extra for job, which they don't performed. They hold my vehicle for two weeks, just the part of $235 and charged $1695 dollars labor on it. Secondly when I drop my vehicle, Air Conditioner is working perfectly but when we went to pick the car, Air conditioner is not working. the staff and myself tried the buttons, Air Conditioner light is not switch off. I asked the manager in the store next morning, when I drop the vehicle, Air Conditioner was working fantastic, and in the performance sheet you didn't mentioned or recommended any thing about the Air conditioner and now it is not WORKING. He respond "this is not our fault, you have to paid extra $57 dollars to test the Air Conditioner. I spent $2,000 but i am not still sure my vehicle brake is fully functioning or not. Waste of time and waste of money. Unprofessional team.

Do not go here if you have anywhere to be. I scheduled an APPOINTMENT for an oil change with about 2 hours of leeway before I had to leave for my next errand of the day. Pulled in 5 minutes before and turned in my keys then sat in the waiting area, able to see my car through the windows. I looked up an hour later and my car was still parked there. I knew they had a no show, so I thought they will get to it (even though I had seen plenty of cars come and go). An hour later my car was still sitting there, now late to the next appointment, and went up to the desk to ask the status of my car. They noticed it was not touched and they immediately grabbed it. 30 minutes later I was called up and whomever checked me out was extremely rude. He said nothing more than five words to me and just said "insert card" and handed me my keys.

Hoy pase esta lugar para que me revisaran la llantas porque una estaba craquiada y también porque aquí las compre y tenían garantía todavía pero la persona del mostrador me dijo que en 3 horas podía ver la llantas que es mucho tiempo para mi pero realmente él problema es como tenía garantía ya no avía dinero por medio poreso lo hizo escribí esto para que piensen bien antes de comprar aquí.

Spoke w Greg who got me into an earlier appt than i had access to online for a free brake inspection. When i arrived they had left but the affable Armand took care of getting the car checked in. It was humbling to see the Catfish (our car) hoverpuffing from the rafters w her tires removed, and her chones exposed, but, the techs were respectful, preserving her dignity while they made sure she still roadworthy. And shout out to El Chivito, the pleasant little torta/ birria/ empanada/ taco joint next door w one of the cutest menu/ fliers I’ve seen on a minute. 🌮💐!
