Not only was my vehicle worked on without having to wait, Taylor, my tech, was thorough in explaining the importance of different fluid levels affecting my van’s performance, answered questions I had about my vehicle, and showed me how fluid levels and tire pressure and tread are graded for overall inspections. It’s refreshing to have a team member empower a female vehicle owner. If I could give 100 points I would!!

I took my jeep there. It had a flat tire and Austin was really nice, he called my insurance and they replaced my tire for a new one. I didn’t have to be there for more than 15min.

Went in for an oil change and tire check. Told me is was going to be 2 hours, nope 6 hours. Show up my light was still on for my tires they told me they checked them to make sure there was no punctures. So the gentleman went to double check them and found out another guy overfilled them and stated no leaks. Went to discount tire the next day to double check yeah there was a leak, so they don’t seam to care about safety. They were just being lazy…

Got tires mounted, and despite making an appointment, they claimed that they couldn't do it on time due to lack of staff. They also overtightened one set of my wheel lug nuts as well as scratched the rims where the lug nuts goes, probably being careless with their impact wrench when mounting the wheel.

Customer service was horrible. I was told an hour to an and a half waiting time and it took almost 4 hours. Then 2 days later, my wife was taking my daughter to her soccer game and the rear driver side tire was losing air. I went to another Firestone and the guy laughed and said I’d have to wait. I drove to Discount tire and they said the valve was not rebuilt and did not have the seal installed properly. They fixed it in 10 minutes. I wasn’t even their customer and they helped me

Really disappointed with the service, or lack of. My teenage daughter brought in her car for a simple battery issue and they not only misdiagnosed it they broke the latch to pop the hood and then claimed that since they couldnt get the hood open they couldnt help us fix the car. We ended up paying to have it towed to another repair shop who fixed it quickly. This place seems only worthy of oil changes.

If I can give them a zero I would the parts that they put on my card didn't match my paperworkI don't even think they did my breaks my truck within hours wasn't working all lights were turning on I called they told me just to turn it off and turn it on I either need my money back or they need to fix whatever the heck they did because they didn't give me a new brakes even though I paid over $2,000 Definitely reporting them to BBB for falseafying paperwork an not doing the job they were paid for 😡

Dropped off my car due to a check engine light and full car care package to check on any other issues. Richard called me and said everything looked good, but I need new engine mounts. I said make it happen. Picked my car up about 4 hours later and those mounts gave my car some acceleration I haven’t felt in years. This is why I trust Firestone and Richard. Thank you.

Took my car in since I was leaking a little radiator fluid and it was not constant, after I did some checking thought it was the radiator because of the way it leaked and age of the car. They tested to see if it was the radiator and found a hose clamp that was causing the issue. Simple and quick fix. They could of said we tested and found the radiator was bad and replaced it when it didn't need to be replaced.. Grateful for their honesty and will be back. They have provided great service in the past.
