Firestone has been our absolute favorite auto mechanic shop especially this location! With so many medical vans to maintain and repair, we’ve always been pressed for time but the team here never fails to deliver. They’re incredibly genuine, hardworking, and consistently on time. The pricing is always fair and their responses are quick, honest, and sincere. Qualities that are so hard to find these days. A special shoutout to Louis who went above and beyond by filling up the air in my left front tire which had been leaking. He even adjusted it to help reduce how often I’d need to refill it. Such thoughtful and proactive service! This Firestone location truly stands out and we can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for your amazing work. We love you!

I cannot speak highly enough of Ron and the service I received at this location. He helped me out with a last minute tire emergency the day before I set out on a road trip for my wedding. Without him, I wouldn't have been able to make it. I called an hour before closing on a Friday evening and he was able to accommodate us in a quick and efficient manner. He and his team were very personable and kind. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my other vehicles there.

I was blessed that the Lord brought me to the right Firestone when he did. Needed an alignment quick so I could get to Buda Tx for a wedding. Ron was very helpful to do that, after Ron told me my car would be fine, I trusted him and he was right it even runs better than before.

Just moved to the area and came for oil change and complete car care package. And a Texas inspection. Ron and his team were very impressive, thorough, experienced and had excellent customer service! Highly recommend to give them a call and schedule your next vehicle appointment!

Fantastic place! Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. There's a much closer Firestone to where we live, but I drive further to come here because I get better, friendlier service. I purchased the lifetime wheel alignment (and used the coupon from the Firestone website), and if you use it once or twice a year (or more), it's a terrific deal. You cover the cost for the package with only about one or two wheel alignments alone. Great deal.

Ron was amazing! He managed to get me in with next day service despite it being busy, and ordered specific tires I was looking for. He also remembered from our first interaction that I had a flight to get to and made sure that I wouldn’t miss it waiting on service! Customer service can’t be beat! Not to mention he managed to get my payment in during a time when the store was doing a discount. Defiantly going to be returning to this location next time I need tires. Thanks to Ron, Firestone has earned themselves a new customer!

Very honest and great service! I came in for to replace squeaky brakes and he showed that my brakes still had about 80% life left. And then they checked everything else and showed that my battery voltage was low and that I had a tail light out. I’m super happy with the service and will definitely go back even though it’s farther from my home.

Great location! Daniel, Cris, and Juan are amazing! They are very transparent and honest. The trio took a lot of questions from me and took the time to answer me in a clear, concise way. I was severely misquoted at Midas. I have even waited two weeks to ensure the fix worked, and it did! For years I’ve gone to this location. Visit with confidence! this place is awesome. the employees are always friendly and helpful. they are very honest also with what really needs done with your car. I have had other car places tell me I need something, and then I go to Firestone on Bandera and they tell me no that is not true. I sure do appreciate old fashioned values nowadays.....

Highly recommend firestone on bandera and heubner. Ron, the service manager on site today had excellent service and professionalism. Went above and beyond to help me find new tires for my car. I highly recommend Ron and the crew there for any vehicle services, i will definitely be returning.

I've been to Firestone on Bandera in the past and had a terrible experience. They are now under new management and Louis and his crew has been more than great. I took my vehicle in due to tire being low. I found a screw in it. Louis' team was able to get it fixed within an hour. I then went again to get my vehicle inspection and again I was in and out in under 45 mins and there were 2 vehicles in front of me. This location understands customer service. Thank You!

Ron, Luis and the other guys were all super nice, friendly and helpful. I had taken my vehicle to a different location twice for the same issue and this would make it the 3rd time so I can to the Bandera location. They took care of the situation hopefully for the last time. I appreciate their willingness to help me out although it was the other shop’s incompetence. I highly recommend this location. They’ll even tell you where to get good pizza!! 5 stars!

This is the best automotive repair shops that I have experienced in the little over 3 years that I've lived here in San Antonio! Ron was so friendly and informative, alongside of his awesome customer service skills he treated me with respect!!! Being a woman, mostly I just get ignored has been my experience with other automotive companies! I'm sure there are other women out there that can relate to this phenomenon! I needed an oil change and he seriously hooked me up with a generous discount! I really can't say enough about Ron and his amazing business savvy! Came to get my car repaired a week ago cause my starter wasn’t working but the employee at Firestone said it was my car battery that wasn’t working so they gave me a new one, well that wasn’t the case cause now my car won’t start and I had to call Triple A to jump start my car and they told me Firestone didn’t even put in the car battery correctly, and they can’t get my car to start so now I have to have my car towed, I spent good money for my car to still not be fixed? Make it make sense

I own the business across the street. My truck has had a few issues that cost thousands to fix over the course of a few months. It’s old and understandable, but the customer service, communication and return time on vehicles is HORRIBLE. Even if you take it early in the morning, it will not get back to you for more than a day. They always have excuses and then when you pay over $150 an hour for labor, they still take forever and never get you your car back. Just horrible place take it to Speedys Auto Service shop down the street. Also my truck is there right now and a pipe burst do to temps and heat exposure and they have it outside with the hood popped open even though no one is working on the car and they told me the part has not come in so it’s just getting extreme heat exposure.

I had a tires valve stem start leaking on me on Sunday at about 4:40 right before the store was about to close, I had went to one shop and was turned away because they were about to close and added air to the tire and said they couldn't help me, so I called this location and Ron was happy to help and saved the day, I rushed over and he had me fixed up quickly and was happy to help me out. Ron and the Crew allowed me to see the lies I was told by IPAC Nissan by physically seeing my car in the shop. These are trustworthy men and will find everyone way to meet you in the middle or to help in any way then can.
