I am grateful to have a Firestone location near me and that they open so early. I was able to get same-day service. The alignment on my vehicle was completed quickly. The associate was cheerful and friendly. The facility was clean and cool. The only opportunity is that it would have been nice to get a call or text as soon as the work was completed/vehicle ready for pickup. I had to call to check the status and I found out the vehicle had been ready for pickup earlier but I had not been informed.

I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner. The employee explained everything fully and let me know what to expect. I was directed to a nice waiting area and they got started on my tire right away. My issue was fixed completely and in a timely manner, to my complete satisfaction.

Big fan of this place., it’s going through a transformation.(construction) But these guys are still very professional and hardworking… I was very impressed with “Geovanni” and his team.. they haven’t missed a beat. They show a great spirit., and handle all of their customers with great respect . What stood out to me is the fact that they educate their customers..about pending work., I sat there in the workplace bay and was just listening.. to customers who were talking.. got some good vibes… these guys rock.. not being paid for my opinions… SARGE/U.S.M.C.

My experience with customer service has been great. Giovanni was very helpful and always kept me informed on the status of my order. When the order took longer than expected because of the difficulty to obtain the part for the car, he kept me informed every step of the way.

The guy up front was extremely nice and helpful but I made an appointment for 9 am ( which is when they open ) they told me the wait would be til around 11:30-12 which I was cool with . I ask around 12 and they tell me it’s almost done . Go back up at 1 and they say they just need to put the tires on the car . It’s already 1:45 and I still don’t have my car and am still waiting . Almost 5 hours just for tires !!!!! they gave me a discount but it was not worth it for how much time I waited . I go to a tire shop and they fix 1 tire in 5 minutes and unlike here it’s been almost 5 hours !!!! What was the appointment even for ? I could have left and came back when it was ready . Never again will I do business here . Terrible service with my vehicle .

I used my car care coupon for a full vehicle inspection for $9.99. I am following the list and fixing the problems on my to do list. The problem is that my truck horn now does not work. The mechanic recommends that all four struts be replaced but they each cost $149 each at the auto parts store. It can get expensive 🌟🌟🌟

Very unprofessional. Act as though they don't need your business. Very bad attitudes. I was charged a recycling fee even though I took my old tires with me. The manager said it was not possible to remove the charge, which I believe was a lie. Overall, I would buy my tires from here; but in no way, shape, or form will I let this location touch my vehicle. THE TRUST WITH FIRESTONE SERVICE ISN'T THERE.

Waste of time. They do NOT want to do state inspections and come up with random excuses to steer you away. I was told you can only show a physical copy of the insurance because he isn’t a cop, which I’ve never had an issue with. It was obvious they didn’t want anything to do with my vehicle if they weren’t going to get a full service out of it

Fernando is GODSEND!! I rushed over to the location before it closed so I can pick up my vehicle and he waited for me. He was super understanding from start to finish and communicated with me very well. we had a slight issue with processing a gift card but he was able to get it fixed quickly and allow me to be on my way. Their customer service was outstanding, and I would not go anywhere else in the city of San Antonio to get my car done! Thank you Fernando for all your help!

The young man working was kind to us as well as those after us. It was nice to see he spoke a second language to help customers that didn’t speak English and he multi tasked well as he was the only customer service associate at the front desk.

I just took my truck there to get an alignment and when i got my truck back they cross threaded the lugs on my tire costing me money to get a new wheel hub I didn’t figure this out till later trying to rotate my tires.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and they helped me to replace all my tires. I was told it was going to be an hour but was actually done within 30-4mins. Their customer service was above and beyond!

Ridiculous management! What a joke they make of this company! Sales associate was on this phone laughing as the issue was being explained not a care in the world. After calling multiple times for status updates and not being able to pick up my vehicle same day for a minor issue, management has the nerve to say they had been trying to contact us for approval on a fix under $150! What a boldface lie! Do not bring your vehicle here unless you want some bull excuses and under qualified management working on your vehicle!
