The service and customer service at the Marbach location is very weak. Please do not take your vehicle to this location. You will waist your money and time. The Potranco Rd. Location will take care of you better.

manager was rude and refuse to help the only technician working. All I needed was a tire Pressure check on one single tire and he had such an attitude about having to do it himself. Do not come to this fire stone that manager is terrible.

I have decided that my car either doesn't like San Antonio, or loves being pampered by Chris. I live in Dallas, and twice now when I was driving through San Antonio my car started acting up, and I was afraid to drive home. Discount Tire is a place I use a lot at home, but they weren't able to help me, and recommended that I go down to Firestone. If another business refers you, I take that as a good sign so down to Firestone I went. It was almost closing time, but I explained my issues, and they kept my car overnight so they could start on it first thing in the morning. By noon we were good to go and I was back on the road. A month later I was driving through and had issues again. They thoroughly looked over my car and found it was something that they couldn't handle because they had a new machine that wasn't hooked up yet. I appreciated their frankness and honesty, and they will always be my go-to in San Antonio.

It was midday normally at other shops that’s minimum 2 hour wait. I was in done complete within about 40-45 minutes from in-take to driving off the lot. The team also gave me accurate pricing for work that needs to be done to the car. I appreciate that.

Location is very run down, dirty interior and exterior. Staff at the front desk has only been working 3 months(he said so himself) so he didn't know a lot and was turning people away on the phone because of his lack of knowledge. They didn't know how to process our service and told us a lie and then corrected himself once we stood our ground. Will never return for services and would not recommend.

Ricardo took all the information he needed to get my work van in the shop, I sat in the lobby for about 30-35 minutes tops while they did my oil change, good service from these dudes here, bring your car in and get quick service!

Dropped off vehicle at 10am and was told it would take 3 to 4 hrs to fix a flat. I came back at 4:50pm and vehicle had not been touched. Guy up front said they close at 5pm and won't be able to fix it. Horrible service

Great Friendly customer service! Took my vehicle to be worked on due to coolant leak. Had it fixed the following day and picked up vehicle. 2 days later checked my engine and see mechanic forgot to put back splash shield under motor; no big thing.. Spoke to manager and came by Friday to pick it up and found out Manager ordered a new splash shield w screws for my vehicle. Very Cool! Great Customer Service! Nice guys! Told manager not to put it on cause doing oil change over the weekend.

Because of a poor experience at the Potranco, location is the reason for 4 stars. But giving Firestone a second chance I went to this particular location. Armando the manager, was great in explaining the service to us, giving us an estimate time of work that he stood by, and making sure that everything was good with vehicle instead of other shops just give you the keys and send you on your way. I will definitely be coming back to this location for further needs!
