Brought my car for an alignment and took almost 2.5hrs to get it done. Car is still not aligned properly and needs another alignment. The inside of the store smells awful too like used cat litter. Not sure I would recommend coming here to get anything done.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Recently received some of the worst service from this place and so did my cousin! I truly believe this place is not doing what they should be doing when it comes to the maintenance of the vehicles. They tell you to leave it over night just so they can inconvenience you by lack of communication, not fully inspecting the vehicle after an issue is discovered, and this is before you spend $$$ on repairs. This place is in the middle of a remodel but their store is not the only thing that needs some work. Corporate really needs to investigate what is going on around the store when people are dropping off their vehicles for service. Please do not even bother trying to reach out because there is absolutely nothing this particular Firestone can do to make me happy but provide a full refund!

Pretty shitty workflow management. Confirmed appointments don’t really make a difference. Strongly discouraged from leaving the vehicle for tire repair for backlog of work

Just just needed air in my tire and there was no one to do that , no technicians available to put air in your tire for 2 seconds I get all my tires from Firestone, thanks for nothing. Will not recommend.

Violet and Paul were very knowledgeable and SUPER helpful in getting me a great product, fast turnaround time, and actually came in LESS than the estimate I got. It doesn’t get much better than that!I will definitely be back!

I made an appointment for 11am to have my tires checked for a couple of flats and have the tires rotated. Around 1pm I called for an update on what time my car would be ready. I was told around 4 or 5. Around 545 I stopped by to ask if my car was ready. I was informed they had not even begun to look at my car and would likely not get to it that day as there was “only an hour and 15 minutes left for the day”. I asked if it would be ready the next day and was told yes, it would be the first vehicle. I called around 10am and was told they had just pulled it in. About 30/45 minutes I was called back and told nothing was wrong with my tires. When I asked if they were rotated I was told no and that I didn’t ask for that. I was then asked if I wanted to schedule it. After the 24 hours of what should have been a simple repair, I said no. I also, when trying to get a copy of my initial appointment request on the online chat, waited an hour with no help. I gave up. What was the point of an appointment? As a loyal Firestone customer/family, this experience was very disappointing.

This would’ve been the first time taking my car specifically to Firestone. My girlfriends’ whole family takes their vehicles here, so when I finally had time to take my car to get my oil change she brought me here. They’ve always been able to get their oil changed the same day some with appointments some without. Understandable for a Saturday to require an appointment for same day. The man inside explaining the process for this location specifically wasn’t the problem. It was the associate outside of the building who walked past me, my car, and my girlfriend passive aggressively. Took a customers car when there was plenty of room to go around and used a customers car to get aggressive with honking. It will take a lot for me to willingly take my vehicle back to this location. Entirely unprofessional. If the associate had asked prior to getting into a customer’s vehicle “ hey I gotta pull up this car here in a sec, are you able to move the car over a bit more for me to get through?” absolutely I would’ve no problem no issues whatsoever. But the level of passive aggressive behavior from this person while using a customers vehicle was entirely unacceptable and unnecessary

Do not set an appointment with these clowns. The appointment means absolutely nothing. I had two appointments with them. They told me that the work should take an hour and a half. Upon dropping the car off, they said the appointment only gets you in line so what was supposed to take an hour and a half was possibly by the end of the day. if you don’t believe me, call them and ask, I will never do a Firestone product again And no I won’t send you info. I am done, don’t even want a free coffee from you

Horrible experience do not take your vehicle here!!! The mechanic drove my truck into two parked trucks !! Then firestone corporate offered a low ball settlement that wouldn't have covered a quarter of the repair cost !! I had to turn it to my insurance to get the truck repaired! It's been a year and FIRESTONE still will not pay state farm back for there mistake!! 4000 in repairs from a wreck there mechanic caused by driving my vehicle out of the shop bay into two parked cars !!!! Full police report with them admitting fault !! No compensation!! Sketchy and non respectful !!! Save your self the headache !! Oh btw they still charged me for the services that day !! Would've never expected this from such a "big" company.

I was out of tiwn and noticed i had some metal on tire. Being Sunday, my go-to place was closed. I've used firestone as an emergency location. Air was not leaking, but I still a long way before I'd get back home. Stopped at this Firestone. The older gentleman was great! Awesome customer service. All employees were nice and helpful.

My husband went here only to have his truck wrecked by a “technician” whom backed his truck into not one but TWO parked cars. He didn’t apologize and my husband has still yet to receive his deductible back from them after almost a year!! They nickel and dime you and offer low ball offers as a form of settlement instead of doing the right thing. $4000 worth of damage later and still not proper communication or compensation DO NOT TRUST THEM OR GET ANY SERVICES FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Been going to Firestone for more than a decade. This location has always been up front about what service(s) are necessary for the vehicle and worked hard to get them done in a timely manner. Highly recommend as your "primary care" for your vehicles.

I scheduled an oil change appointment at Firestone for 1 pm, only to have it pushed back to 3 pm without any prior notice or explanation. When I approached the manager about the inconvenience, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. This lack of professionalism and disrespect for customers' time is unacceptable. I will not be returning to Firestone for any future services.

I would rate lower due to the attitude that I received when I first walked in, not even a good morning the person that is in charge of the store that also included the lady quoted me for the work on the car which was a flat tire. The second thing is that the lady did not have a company uniform so I din who I am talking to, the tech on the other hand were very informative and had a really good attitude they should switch them up but they caline that the side wall my tire is really damage but I saw it and thought other wise. At the end I got a tire from them at a high price which I could find the same quality of tire online at a lower rate.

Took vehicle in for rotation a couple of days ago. The appointment went fine and got in and out smoothly. Today when we went out in the vehicle, noticed a tire looked low. Checked all the tires. All we're at least 3 lbs low in pressure. Thought checking tire pressure should be part of this service.

Truly some of the worst customer service experience I could have. Made an appointment specifically and drove my car all the way over from Seguin after discussing and making the appointment. On arrival at 7:30 a.m. was told by the store to simply go to a different store that they didn't want to put my car on their machine. They knew what my car was before I made the appointment. Completely stock. While I understand they are trying to keep from damaging my car on the machine a simple phone call alerting me that their machine wasn't going to be best would have been a simple and easy thing to have done.
