This was my first visit to this location. I usually go to the location in Mission Valley. I liked that this was a smaller branch and wasn't as busy as MV. I dealt with Joshua at the front counter and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He also had a much nicer attitude than I've experienced in Mission Valley. I've witnessed way too many upset customers at the MV location. Thanks To Joshua and the great service I received, I will be making the Murphy canyon location my new go to for future car repairs.

This center was courteous and quick. I caught a shard of metal in my tire. They put on my spare for the night and ordered a new tire from their warehouse. My tire was replaced it in under 24 hours.

I bought the lifetime alignment service a few years ago and it has paid off and then some. The dealer wants to charge me for one what Firestone does for the life of my car. Victor is always courteous and goes the extra mile to get me in and out quickly. Highly recommend!

I found a tear on my tire yesterday, I called first thing today and they were able to schedule me in for today. Victor was very helpful with the situation, he explained everything thoroughly. I got a new tire under warranty. I have been coming here since 2019, they are a great team and are very reliable.

I noticed a HUGE nail on my tire after work. I came to the nearest firestone by me. I was assisted by Joshua. He was very professional, extremely helpful with all my questions. Super painless! I get to go home safety. I appreciate the whole team at firestone. Thank you.

The helpers were kind. I called with an urgent matter and they accepted me asap. I didn’t have to wait long for service. Also, I enjoyed a peaceful, comfortable wait in the lobby. No hassle. I would definitely recommend this location.

These guys were awesome. I came right at 6pm when they were closing and needed a battery. Without flinching they said yes and installed it in less than 5 minutes.

Replaced. With new cars now it simply not possible to do it. Yourself at home. Too many parts on the car have to be removed. Just replace a simple headlight. But the service was quick and easy. Thanks for a great job.

Nice to know I can bring my car here and trust the mechanics to fix anything properly. I do most maintenance on my car but I don’t maintenance nails in my tire. Asked for them to tighten the lugs back to 90 ft/lbs and he did just that. Brought it in and completely understood that the wheels were under warranty just under a different car as I sold the previous car they were on. They got me in and out in time for an interview I had to be at by 2pm. Young lady up front is very nice and helpful, bright and big smile when you walk in the door happy to help you. She’s bilingual as well I believe Spanish, so if you need help she’s super helpful. All of them are courteous and hopefully I can work with them again next time for some tires 😁 thanks

Outstanding service at this Firestone location. Victor exemplifies exceptional customer care. When I had a flat tire, he went above and beyond, driving 45 minutes to get a replacement just so I could safely drive home. His dedication and willingness to help truly made a difference.
