Ryan is very helpful and friendly. He called me an hour after they check my car and keep me posted what needs to be done. Time frame he gave me is accurate. Price is reasonable compare to Lexus dealership. I highly recommend Firestone. Thank you Ryan for superb service.

Useless company I arrived at the appointed meeting waited for an hour and a half they did nothing. I said when it will be ready it will be ready in a few hours and they have not even started changing the tires yet which takes I don't know 20-30 minutes. I highly do not recommend it

From scheduling the appointment on-line to the arrival, start, and completion of my car service, the customer service/service department at this location has consistently been top notch. They inform me of recommended services, but I never pressured like other places I’ve been to. Much appreciated!

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional service at a good price. Minimal wait time to install my tires and do an alignment, and the courtesy checkup was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend them.

They have 2 Firestones near each other. One has a 5.0 rating the other was a 4.1 rating. I have been to the one with a 4.1 rating so I decide to go back. I came for oil synthetic oil change and tire rotation and a radiator flush . I have the the Firestone app. Had a $25 coupon for the oil change and a $20 coupon for any service work over $100.00 And a tire rotation for 9.99. I explained to the store manager. I wanted the tires to have 36 p.s.i. after they rotate it. He told me he would have it done by noon. He calls me up around 3:00 and tells me he’s running behind. But he sells me on a filter for the AC so I decide to go with. He later calls me around 5:00 but I couldn’t come. I told him I would pick it up the next morning. I pick it up and the tire gauge system tells me the reading on the tires were 33 and some were 34. So the Manager blames on the air that they use to inflate the tires. Sounds like Mularky to me. So when I pay I bring my coupons in and his assistant says that the coupons are already figured in my bill. The net on my oil change was $89 so that means the oil change was $114.00 I am thinking this Manager is Scamming me. I am reporting the store Federal Trade Commission and the California Bureau of Automobile Repair.. I won’t be back

Mike the manager was rather difficult to deal with. Last year they worked on my car brakes. After i picked it up there was a lot of noise and creaking, it it drove fine. This has been driving me crazy so I finally came in to ask them to fix it or lube it or whatever. As you can expect i got all these questions “wow why did you wait so long?” Trying to imply it wasn’t caused by them etc. I told them I just wanted to get it fixed and the manager got super defensive and we had a squabble and it was unprofessional. Bottom line, they made my truck suspension grind loudly and never fixed it. Also charged me a ton

I am a repeat customer of this Fire Stone… Mostly because it’s next to my office but also because they do exactly what you would expect of them. Most recently I had a really good experience with Ryan K and Armando S. They were both so kind, professional and accommodating to my schedule and reminded me of my gree alignment that came with my tires which I purchased from this same shop.

I’d give 0 stars if it was possible. Brought my car in for an oil change a few months back and one of the “technicians”, or ogres if you will, decided not to replace my drain plug gasket and instead torqued it until it became thin as a sheet of paper. Slowly dripped oil for months and now that I had time to take it into the shop, I’m out over a grand for a new oil pan since someone there sucks at their job.

I left my car for almost 4 hours or more to do tire rotation and alignment come back find the car was not fixed. Asked me do you still want to fix your car I was busey. I said yes then he fix it in about 15 minutes . Even though my coworker told me not to go there he had the same experience

I spent the better part of my sunday going at an over torqued lug nut with a breaker bar and my impact, but was getting nowhere. Called this firestone and I told Ryan my problem, he told me to come on over and he'd have a crack at it. 10 mins later my problem was solved and I was on my way. Ryan was a real class act and wouldn't even charge me or take a tip for his inconvenience. Wholeheartedly recommend him and this location, both for knowing their way around cars and great customer service.

I bought new wheels for my car and brought them here to get new tires on them. Their precision and care is unmatched and they took really good care of my expensive wheels. Every individual here is extremely helpful and kind, especially Ryan who truly made my experience great. I am forsure a returning customer and will recommend this specific firestone to my friends and family.

Made an appointment a week in advance to change out the headlight bulbs. Came in and the guy at the front wants nearly $500 to change the lightbulbs. The guy starts complaining that they apparently have to remove the whole bumper to replace the lightbulbs (which I find hard to believe), and the whole time he just acts like I’m bothering him by bringing them business. Then he tells me that he doesn’t even think they have the right lightbulbs at their shop right now and that they might have to order some. Let me get this straight, I make an appointment a week earlier and gave them the make/model of my car, and they couldn’t even bother to check if they had the right parts for the job until I already drove over here? I told him I have spare headlight bulbs they can use for my car, and dude starts aggressively lecturing me that they got sued one time for using a part a customer brought in and how they refuse to let customers bring in their own parts (like somehow it’s my fault they got sued?). And of course the price they were going to charge me for the lightbulbs were 3 times the price of what the actual part costs. Everything felt off and I immediately left. My first experience with them, and probably will not be going back to them again. Everything was so uncomfortable and bizarre from start to finish with their lack of preparation, their attitude, the lack of professionalism. Definitely a bad experience.
