Nail want up to wheel I show up to his location for fixing it and he told me that you need the change the 4 wheel and all the wheel still in good condition and the behavior is very bad how dealing with costumer /I’m very disappointed from his location and his service

Advised them I had an issue with the brake pedal which was hard to depress.Granted the vehicle has high miles their first inclination is new brake pads, rotors, and fluid exchange. I agreed which was a mistake because after service I still had the issue and worse. Worse being the vehicle was stalling at stop signs meaning a brake booster or vacuum issue. I called and advised them and their first response was it sounds like a new problem. No, that was actually that was the original problem. So I got flim flamed into the easiest solution for them, and for the price it seemed a little high, and more importantly it didn't resolve my issue. These guys are good if you need tires or brakes that day in SF, but I won't return because I am still stuck with my original issue and I have lost faith in them that they are capable of repairing the problem.

All of the employees I have dealt with at this location are professional, informative, and pleasant to deal with. They worked hard at finding out why my car had a vapor leak that was preventing it from passing a smog test. This is my garage now since there's no reason to go anywhere else.

Milton was very professional and pleasing. He helped us understand tire wear on my son’s car and how and when to rotate new tires we purchased. Pleasantly surprised at the service and expedience to mount four new tires for us. Thank you Milton!

The team did such a good job on my car! Super appreciate the work and the price. They were communicative and updated me on the status of the car throughout the time it was in the shop. Milton in particular was so wonderful and I felt blessed by his genuine support. I’d hands down take my car here over and over and over again. Can’t recommend this team enough!

I didn’t have a great experience with Firestone. I do believe that they didn’t fix everything. They said they were fixing. And they made the car much much worse than it was before I brought it. I asked them to fix the stuff they recommended, but they did not fix the stuff that I asked him to fix. No, the car is not fixed. Would not recommend you going to Firestone on 11th and Mission.

So I brought my car for simple auto change. I was quoted to price which turned out to be wrong as it was more expensive when I was there in person and then I asked how long it would be in a couple hours. I came back to check on my car Had ordered erroneously an oil filter for different model car than my car didn’t have an oil filter for it holding things up and causing. I realize Mercedes-Benz 230 is not the same as CLK 320 these are supposed to know the difference and lack of my time isn’t this funny

The insurance from Hertz sent me to this place for repair and got a new tire, I received excellent service here. They're very friendly, the young guy named "Paul" with nice tattoos take care of me. Always willing to help me out with a great team even when they are busy. Thanks again, firestone team...

An overworked and understaffed shop, the owner needs to hire more staff or come in and help out. One guy working the counter, answering phones and checking customers in and out is ridiculous. I called on Friday and waiting on hold over 11 mins & the employee apologized saying he was the only one answering the phones. I was told the tire I needed would be ordered and arrive same day by prob by 2pm and I could come in later. To make things easier I said I would come in the next day and was told they open at 7am and to come in then. Arrive around 7:10am and no tire ordered yesterday so I can sit around and wait for about 2 and half hrs for a delivery before the work can start. I was lucky that the employee was able to change the tire as soon as it arrived or I would have been waiting for a technician to be available as well. I’d suggest avoiding this place until it gets a new owner or management and gets its act together. My 30-60 min visit became hours simply because someone failed to order a tire the day before like they told me they would. Sorry but we all have better things to do with our time than show up early Saturday am to wait for something that should have happened yesterday.

I was helped by Milton and Paul today. They were great communicators, helped me with all my questions, and I was able to pass an inspection thanks to their guidance on some license plate lightbulbs I needed to change. Thanks for the help y'all, I'll see you next year.

I was helped by Milton. He was top tier in efficiency. Ive been extremely stressed about the state my vehicle was in but his professionalism and calm demeanor eased all of my anxiety. Although Firestone was unable to perform the repairs on my engine he gave me all the steps to find a place that could. Because he informed me that i was completely covered for repair cost, i was able to recognize when a shop was trying to get me to pay out of pocket. I truly appreciate Milton. He deserves a huge bonus. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to have any other necessities done. Thank you!!

Wouldn't honor online pricing for an alignment made via their own website. They claimed that it was so that they could pay their mechanics fairly, which is understandable, so they gave me a quote they thought was reasonable... Hundreds of dollars more than other shops in the area.

Ended up here in the middle of the night waiting on the shop to open... When it did I was greeted with a smile and "Are you okay, don't worry we are gonna take care of this right away!" Roberto exclaims with a smile on his face as he turns the key and unlocks the shop for the day. Hadn't even turn on the lights before making sure I knew everything was gonna be alright! As you can see from the pictures I was non-opperable "Peety Polestar" was out of commission and I need to be across the bay to take a midterm in 5 hours. Problem: We don't have 4 tires for you at the moment I just looked it up. But... I did place the order and the are on expedited delivery from Hayward now. But there is a protest on the bridge... Long story short ROBERTO AND THE FIRESTONE TEAM. Worked like a formula 1 pit crew... 4 pneumatic impact drivers and wrenches going at once... pfffft, raaaaananana, pang paaaaang broooom paaaapaaapaaah Old tires off.. New tires on... And boom hey hey 👋 throws me my keys go pass your test Roberto says to me! Have a great day you got this! Call me for a check in. Thanks!

I BROUGHT MY CAR IN ON SATURDAY 5/11/24 TO HAVE A NAIL REMOVED. AND I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE MY CAR FOR 1HR TO 1I/2 BEFORE IT WILL BE DONE ONLY TO GET A CALL STATED THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIX IT BECAUSE HIS PATCH GUY DID'NT FEEL COMFORTABLE FIXING IT. THE NAIL WAS IN THE GROOVE OF THE TIRE NOT ON SIDE. THEY TRY TO SELL ME A $270 ALL WEATHER TIRE. I DECLINED AND HAD MY TIRE FIXED FROM ANOTHER TIRE REPAIR SHOP FOR $20. MIND YOU I PURCHASED MY TIRES AND A LIFETIME WARRANTY FROM FIRESTONE. I'M SO DIGUSTED WITH THESE GUYS!!!

I have purchased my tires are this location and have had inconsistent service. Last week my car tires deflated as I was at a service station trying to inflate them! I work in Oakland so I was very worried about the low tires and drove into the store. I was lucky to run into Roberto who was so helpful. He has a great smile and calming presence and he and his team quickly helped me and I was on my way in mins! I live in the area and he said anytime I need or want I can return. And I plan to do just that! Especially when and if I need any new tires! Thank you so much Roberto! David Kennedy (the silver 4 door Cadillac - ATS!)

I can't say thank you enough to them. My daughter who goes to college up there got a flat tire and needed a repair fast. I called and they made an appt for her first thing on Sunday AM. Got her in and out in an hour! Again thank you as it really eased my stress since I am not local and could not help her.

If you have SilverRock do not come here. SilverRock approved a diagnostic but this Firestone still would not honor the warranty. SilverRock told me they filed a vendor complaint against this location because they approved the service and it was inappropriate to be turned away.

Robert, manager at 1501 mission st location has a terrible attitude and has absolutely no customer service skills. My car was in an accident and i got it dropped off there, and I needed to wait for insurance to get an estimate on the car damage, Robert kept pressuring me to get the car taken out or have them work on it, even though it is i who recently got into the accident am already stressed enough. Repeatedly Robert said we dont do insurance claims here. Like what? Thats BOGUS in the state of california you are allowed to take your car for repairs anywhere. Then he yells at my insurance agent as well when she just asked him questions. I understand it is frustrating keeping my car for a longer than normal period of time due to being a small shop. But cant you have some customer service manners? Then this man has the audacity to said Good luck buddy, take care. All while my car has not been repaired because they denied it cuz insurance. I will be advising everyone i know to not go here
