Told me to go to bay 1 and they'll be right out and have me taken care of.....Waiting 20 minutes to get air in 1 tire.....still waiting by the way....yes this review was done while waiting at bay 1. Work on your faster service skills that you preach you have.

Sent girlfriend there for paid inspection while I was away. They gave her a list of parts that were "out of spec" and didn't actually mention the problem it came in for. It needed wheel bearings in front, the front left was done for. Everything "out of spec" is brand new and is solid when pushed on with a crow bar and the half shafts are perfectly fine, pulled them out when doing bearings. Not sure how the place expects any repeat business if every second opinion is going to laugh at their list. Skip this place unless you know what you are doing.

My experience at Firestone was pleasant from the first call to when I checked out. I first spoke with Sara on the phone and she was so nice and very helpful. The appointment availability was quick. They were able to install 4 tires and an oil change in three hours(there was a little wait time but they were honest about it upfront and I chose to wait). The tech that worked on my car was very friendly and explained everything in detail and did a great job. Jeremy the manager closed out my sale and was also very kind. My overall experience was great. Getting car work done should always be like this! Thanks for the exceptional customer service.

Never again! Made an appointment to have my van's alignment done as I just had new tires put on somewhere else. Appointment was for 2pm. I take off of work (planning on returning after the alignment is done) and drop the van off at 1:55. Todd is on the phone with a customer... no problem. He sees me standing there... I'm the only customer in line and I'm right in front of him. The other line starts to ring and ring and ring. He finishes up with caller #1 and answers the other caller. Seriously? I'm standing RIGHT in front of you. Pick up the phone and ask that caller to please wait. While he's on his extended phone call, a female employee enters through the front doors, heads behind a kiosk and calls me over. She's flustered but got me checked in.... and she says something about it being "a hot mess" there. Meaning? But she doesn't elaborate so I leave. A friend and I go thrifting and out to eat, anxiously keeping an eye on my phone so I can get back to work. It's now 3:47pm... almost two hours into my appointment time and no call. I call them to ask for a status update on my van. OMG... Todd answers.. and says, "We'll be bringing it in as soon as the technician finishes up the job he's on." Wait... what? TWO HOURS after my appointment time and you haven't even started... nor have you given me an update?? What the heck, Firestone!! Apparently they were short a technician. Fine... but OMG, tell that to your customers who are dropping their vehicles off, not just saying it's a "hot mess" there that day. A hot mess is a clogged toilet. A hot mess is someone spilled oil in the back hallway. A hot mess is NOT being down a technician and NOT telling your customer the situation upfront or seeing if they'd like to reschedule! I finally get a call at 4:35 that my van is ready to be picked up. I go to pick up my van.. .and the guy behind the kiosk (didn't catch his name because I'm too pissed... I missed 3 1/2 hours of work this afternoon thanks to these morons) acts like nothing is wrong. Ummmm... my discount for how this went down? Oh yeah, he can do that. He graciously alters the invoice so I don't have to pay the tax on the bill...so the internet quote I got was 123.99 (not including shop supplies or taxes). What I got charged was $129.50. There is NOTHING in this world that would make me go back to Firestone... no way, no how.

Had a noon appointment for tire mount and balance, showed up an hour early to leave my vehicle and run errands with my wife. They didn't have me on the schedule. Service advisor said they could guarantee my truck would be done by the end of the day. Showed up 6 minutes before they closed and my truck hadn't moved. Extremely disappointed twice in the same day with the service advisors. Their promises mean nothing, don't trust what they say.

Sarah is amazing! I called in last minute after taking a trip to Kwik Trips air pump. My PSI dropped drastically in two tires (10-20 PSI). I am headed out of town so I called onstar from my vehicle who then told me to visit the nearest shop. Sarah has the best personality and AMAZING customer service! She got me right in, literally no wait time and was able to fill up my tires & gave me advice. I appreciate your prompt help, friendliness and positive attitude on this freezing morning! Was 15 minutes early for my appointment. Was over a half hour after appointment time before the vehicle went in. Over an hour wait for new tires to be mounted and balanced... Found this in my engine compartment. They told me I needed a new inner air filter. My van does not have an inside cabin air filter. I really am not happy with the service that I had between wait time and then finding the work order inside my engine compartment. Like what the heck is this. Being told I needed filters when I didn't have one and the other one is perfectly clean yet. What else were they going to charge me for?. Disappointment is all I can say about this. Firestone.

We had our vehicle in two weeks ago for a struts replacement.. we had to leave it do a couple of days. Picked it up but when driving it the brakes were very noisy and grinding. It continued to get worse. My husband booked a date and time for the replacement of the rear brakes. My husband took the vehicle in for the appointment (1:00 pm) he sat and waited and waited… and waited. They broke some bolts off in trying to remove brakes and rotors.. and had to wait for them to get parts.. Finally he’s was done at 545pm. UGH

This visit was a good experience . Jeremy was friendly and upfront with me about a delay . It didn’t take as long as expected. Price for the service was a 100 dollars cheaper than my dealership. Which was nice as well.

I got my brakes done and once fixed there was no difference in how they where before. I honestly don't believe it was completed. Then my car has been driving weird every since. I am contacting the higer management.

I was in a bad spot my car was acting weird all my gages went out. Call Sara told me to get it in right away. Found out it was a bad alternator and it boiled my battery over. Had it done in a day! Sara is amazing!! Definitely going back because of her!!

Gouging prices at this place. Asked for itemized cost to find that the part I was getting was from Autozone and the price doubled of what I could purchase for myself but I wasn’t allowed to bring in parts for them to install. Was told prices are nation-wide and they have no choice. That’s a lie- I’ve been to other nation-wide Firestone franchises that do work on prices and don’t gauge. I knew my alternator was dead but was charged $65 to get it tested anyway. What is that?! Saw first hand manager trying to upsell and scare other customers into more work on their vehicle. Service person left oily handprints all over inside of car, and took over five hours to do a two hour max job. Only used this place because I was on a time constraint and had no other choice. Will not come back willingly and have told others to go to better places that are ethical. Go someplace else in the area unless you want to spend more money and waste a day waiting.

Just don’t. Please do not go here! Go to a trusted mechanic! I was recommended by a coworker who swore this was the place to go for tire replacement. Should have never listened. I should’ve been smarter and took pictures and videos of my tires/rims before I handed them my poor car. First, the service was absolutely disgusting! No one looked or even cared to help us when we walked in. The atmosphere was just dead, unfriendly, and they were annoyed that we came by 15mins before our appt. Like ok?! Whatever, the appt starts, I hand “Matthew” my keys. I go outside and look at my car one more time and check my tires and rims, everything looks good. I leave. I come back to get my car, it’s pretty late now so I’m tired and just want to get home. The next day I notice my rims are jacked up! Scratches all around the rims!!! I emailed the team and reported a claim. Good lord, that took 4 months for anyone to get back to me!!! And then finally Daniel responds with, nah it wasn’t us because we don’t have a machine. What does that even mean??? Unprofessional!!!!!!!! Guys. Just please don’t go here. Go to a trusted mechanic who ain’t gonna do you dirty.

Made an appointment for 2:30pm for just a rotate and balance , I came about 2:20 and waited almost 2hrs for a rotate and balance . Thats just crazy . And I never did get any paperwork on my service or of my tires are still good .. The only reason I come there is cause I have a the lifetime rotate and balance

Absolutely top notch service and staff! Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make sure everything goes smoothly. It’s also rare to find mechanics that will actually tell you if something needs to be replaced immediately or if it can wait awhile. Jeremy (manager) always goes above and beyond to be helpful and does a great job explaining things.

Update: Still no resolution. Still ignoring me. I had my car (2018 Lexus RC 350 F Sport) serviced at Firestone Complete Auto Care on 1/20/2024. My car was there for a little over a week. They replaced my water pump and thermostat. On April 6th, 2024, I took my car in for an oil change at Take 5 Oil Change. Prior to this date, there was no reason to open the hood of my car. As I was watching them do my oil change, I saw the engine cover was cracked. Please note- at no point during the oil change did they need to remove the engine cover to service the vehicle. I drove home and opened the hood of my car with plans to clean my cold air intake and further inspect the engine cover damage I had seen. It appears someone unfamiliar with how to remove the cover either had a hard time removing the cover or putting the cover back on and damaging the cover while doing so. The cover had multiple cracks and some of the fasteners were broken. I immediately called Firestone and was told there would not be anyone available until Monday. I then filled out the contact form on the website notifying them of my complaint and provided photos. I received an email back asking me for additional information so they could submit the info to their claims department. They asked what I would like for resolution and I stated I really wish someone would have just said something when I picked up my car. Everyone there was incredibly nice and helped me get my car fixed while I was 2hrs away from home. I was super appreciative and approachable, and I don’t know why someone felt they couldn’t tell me. I’m not an angry person. Stuff happens, I understand. On 4/10/2024, John from the Bridgestone Retail Operations Claims Team contacted me. He asked when I noticed this damage and who it was reported to. I emailed him back with the info he requested. John then emailed me back stating they pulled a CarFax report on my car and it showed Take 5 Oil recently performed an oil change and they cannot accept responsibility as they were the last to touch the cover. I emailed back, informing him that the oil change was done Saturday with me watching. That is how I knew I needed to clean my cold air intake and that there were cracks in the cover. I also let him know that an oil change does NOT involve removing the cover. I told him If his position for the damage they caused was still a hard no, then I would need to reevaluate my approach with this as I’m 100% certain this was caused by Firestone. I had not heard from John after that. I called the claims department on 4/16/2024 and was told John would get back to me. I then received an email from him stating, “I do apologize for your troubles but at this time we cannot accept liability for another service facility has performed work on your vehicle after we did.” I responded in frustration, “Quite honestly that is a load of bullshit for a lack of better words. You can see in the pictures that the dust is still on the cover and nobody in their right mind needs to remove the cover to do an oil change. Not to mention the fact that I was right there while they were doing it. I’m quite disappointed that Firestone won’t do right by something they did and the damage they caused. I guess it serves me right for bringing a luxury vehicle to a place like Firestone. I won’t be accepting this without making a lot of noise everywhere I possibly can. Thank you for not accepting responsibility.” I have not heard back since. At this point, I felt I had no other choice than to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and voice my concerns via reviews on Facebook and Google. The Better Business Bureau stated the store has refused to respond to the complaint. Firestone social media reached out to me on 5/2/24 and said they would look into this. No one has contacted me since.

Place is a rip off and a complete joke, took almost 2hrs just to fix my tire that had a screw in it. Not only that the person at the front desk was very rude. The fact that it cost me nearly $50 just to patch my tire is completely outrageous and unacceptable especially for the 2hr wait. I will get my car serviced elsewhere.

On January 27, 2024, I had my 2018 Lexus RC 350 serviced at Firestone. Subsequently, upon opening the hood of my vehicle during an oil change on April 6, 2024, it was discovered that the engine cover was cracked in multiple places and was not properly secured, indicating mishandling during the service. I promptly reported this damage to Firestone on the same day I discovered it. Despite providing clear evidence and documentation, including photographic proof of the damage and my account of the incident, Firestone has repeatedly refused to accept responsibility for the damage caused to my vehicle. Instead, they have attempted to shift blame by referencing an oil change performed by another service facility subsequent to their own service. However, it is evident from the photographs that the damage occurred during Firestone's service, as indicated by the presence of dust on the engine cover and the unnecessary nature of removing the cover for an oil change. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter amicably, Firestone has failed to acknowledge their responsibility and provide appropriate compensation for the damages incurred. Their refusal to accept liability is not only unjust but also indicative of a lack of accountability and customer care. If you want someone to care for your car and treat it with respect.... This is not the place to visit.
