Well here is my story... came to this location back in November to get work done on both of my vehicles after spending over 4 thousand dollars combined they did a amazing job on both and they both run and drive very smoothly now im in need of front brakes on my van so I decided to do them myself because I have done them myself lots of times with no issues I spent over 3 hours trying to get one lug nut off my passenger side front tire that was tightened not to spec and over tightened and was. very unsuccessful now I'm here at the shop for the last 5 hours on a Sunday and still waiting im not sure if I'm coming back here or not ..... now I do have to say the staff here has been very friendly and there helping me out as much as they can and got the job done

I want to thank Jeff, the store manager. I had an issue with a rack and pinion steering that was installed at the Arnold location. It went bad in 2 years, which should never happen. The manager at the Arnold location didn't care and didn't want to help me. Jeff stepped up, put a new rack and pinion on my truck, and even did the alignment, all at no charge to me. THAT is excellent customer service. Thank you, Jeff, for getting me squared away.

Worst experience ever…. Dropped my off called multiple times to check on progress kept telling me I’m next… I finally called after 6.5 hours and the guy tells me they can’t do the work on my car… I will never come to this business ever again such a bad experience. Don’t tell someone you can do the work quote them price than 6.5 hours later tell them you can’t do it…. Super unprofessional..

I love bringing my vehicle here! Russ is so nice and I always feel like I’m in good hands. I drive an older SUV and have had to replace brakes, struts, a/c, and my tires this year. Ive always gotten great value, great convenience, and I’m always treated with kindness. Anytime I speak with the staff (or primarily Russ), they are always so nice. I never feel like an annoyance or that I’m being taken advantage of. I’d send any of my friends + family here!

The absolute worst service ever made an appointment a week ahead of time stating my heater is not working, while your looking at that will you replace the wipers, do an oil change and check the alignment. I let them know I have an extended warranty you just have to call first. Drop it off the night before, call at 1 day of they had no clue what was going had not looked at it called after 5 they had done nothing will figure it out next day… next day I get put on a forever hold.. the call disconnected called back they have no one to look at it, can you do the rest I will come and take it elsewhere… Pick it up they did not reset the oil life, did not change the wipers and if they checked the alignment their machine is broke… but I have a warranty with them on that so it was not making them any money so that could be why it was not done properly. Icing on the cake they could care less

I walked into the showroom to attempt to get my tire fixed and get an oil change. Not only did I wait in the showroom for more than 20 minutes, no one greeted me or even acknowledged me waiting at the counter. There was one mechanic on duty in the service bay and what looked like a service writer playing on his phone the whole time. I thought this place was supposed to welcome people and try to help their various auto needs? I am very disappointed in this Firestone location, and I will not be coming back. If I could leave less than one star, I would.

I had an awesome great experience on getting my 4 tires installed on my Ford Escape fast hassle-free since I had to work that day & you guys open @ 8 am Sun so I drop off my car @ 7am & pick it up @1pm & I was there that fast paid the installation fee & I went home that day after work drive smoothly so thankful & staff were friendly, extremely satisfied customer here 👍

On August 18th (Sunday) when I noticed I had a bubble in my front passenger tire Jeff and his team were able to get me in that day without an appointment and took care of me. I recommend this firestone and I will continue to take my car to this firestone when it needs work done (even though there’s one closer to me) the lemay location provides excellent customer service :)

I broke down on a Sunday afternoon, (06/09 at 3:00), while driving through town on my way home to Nashville. I called around and most places couldn’t get me in for a week. These guys were able to squeeze me in with no appointment, and get my car back up and running. Incredibly helpful, highly recommend!!! Give these guys a raise!!!!

I had an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, emissions test. The mechanic noticed a cut in one tire. They did not have the tire at their store. They got the tire delivered to their store as quickly as possible and replaced the defective tire. The tire was under warranty. I always buy tires at Firestone along with the road hazard coverage.

We've been using this shop for tires, oil changes, etc. We can always get an appointment when we need it, the prices are reasonable (and look for couopons) they are all very friendly, courteous and always gets the job done in a timely manner.

I had been going to Firestone for several years and it seems the newer mechanics have gotten worse. I took my car in to get an oil change as I normally do, and for some reason, whenever the mechanic pulls a persons car into the bay, all of the mechanics and managers huddle around the car, and this is intimidating because people are already leery about mechanics, breaking things, on their cars or LOOKING for issues with the car to get more money. However, I never understood this congregating on every car pulled in, like the other mechanics should continue working on the cars that they were working on... So I take my car in to get the oil changed and there they go, all standing around my car....Anyway I get the oil changed, and during that time, the manager comes to me saying I need this and that, and I say, "no, I'll get that done later." So the look of disappointment shows on his face, like "damn, I couldn't get him" I get in my car and drive off, and get to my next destination. I get out of my car and the trimming from around the door is hanging down and the rest of the trimming is loose. So I'm pissed and called back up to the store to inform them of this issue. The attendant says I could bring the car back up and they can put the trimming back in place. I'm fuming at this time, because I'm trying to figure out how the idiot managed to pull the trimming off the door and around the panel when all I asked for was an oil change. All he had to do was get in the car, drive it in the bay, change the oil, drive it out of the bay. How did this even happen!? This really ticked me off and I told the attendant that I was not driving way back over there to get them to fix what they messed up, especially after waiting three hours for an oil change that should've taken less than an hour. I chalked the time up to the mechanics that should've be working on the cars they are assigned instead of stopping and congregating around every car another mechanic pulls in the bay. It's called time management. It's been months and I'm still ticked off. I feel like these places, these mechanics have no regards for peoples' cars or how they try to get money out of patrons. And, I noticed they look you up in the computer to see if you have a Firestone credit card, that means they can come up with all kinds of issues on your car so you can spend more money. If you don't have a Firestone Card, they'll still do the same thing but will come up with a list of unnecessary things wrong with your car to try to get you to apply for a Firestone Card. Though the inside trimming on my car was 1 of 2 incidents that I have had with these people, it leaves a bad taste in a persons mouth that they are that careless. Including a time when they left a lug nut off of my tire...and had not considered that at some point the whole tire could have come off while I was driving. These young uncaring mechanics do not focus nor understand that doing their kind of work is having someone's life in their hands. People's lives depend on it that they ensure peoples safety. That should be top priority. I have not been back there since.

JEFF KRUPIN might be the BEST customer service professional in the automotive industry. This man goes far above and beyond when it comes to helping customers get a good deal no matter what. I had a blown out tire and couldn't afford the over all cost. This man pulled every rabbit he had out-of his hat to make it work like magic! IM NOT TAKING MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE BUT FIRESTONE EVER AGAIN. This man deserves an award or another promotion.

I called ahead to have my Check Engine light tested. I dropped off the vehicle and within an hour they had an answer. They didn’t try to “sell” or push any other services. They had my vehicle fixed and ready to go by early afternoon.
