George was amazing. When I called he got me in. I needed my car for work. He explained how it might be a wait. But it was so worth it to come here. It was amazing service and I will be back. I cater at Brio Italian Grille and have catered for your company. Thats why I choose your company. The training center was wonderful to me. So I wanted to give back. Thank you. Will never allow Firestone to even look at any of my vehicles again. On more than one occasion and more than one location I have been lied to by the service managers. First in Texas when I was told I had a broken brake. And when I took it to the dealership for another reason I had them check my brakes and they came back with no issues and in good shape. Then here at this location on Tesson Ferry today I had appointment for 7 so I showed up on time and 5 hours later I still hadn’t heard anything so I called them and was told they took it for a test drive and couldn’t see or hear anything after taking the wheel off but that they would call me as soon as they found the issue which was me hearing a clunk from the drivers side when turning the wheel to the left. So by 4 pm still no word so I called them again and the idiot service advisor told me they had drove it some more and still not finding anything wrong. At that point I said, it sounds like it’s not being worked on even, so then he admits, the guys name of George that they were just looking at it in between other appointments and had it on the lift still. Said they were trying to duplicate the bump sound, I said it’s not doing it when I go over a bump that I told them on the phone and in person exactly where the noise was coming from and when it was happening. So he quickly says to me , I’ll call you back in 5 min, I said ok. 30 min went by and no phone call. But in the meantime I receive an email with this estimate saying all these other things were wrong or needed to be replaced instead. So right then and there I knew these people don’t know what they are doing and were just looking for something to tell me was wrong. Then I call again to tell the service advisor I’m not having anything done and coming to get my vehicle right then. I get there and pay their inspection fee and he then lies to me again saying it’s the ball joints are pretty bad, but the estimate says the ball joints are in good shape and the price he told me in person wasn’t the total, it was twice that amount! I also noticed that he had wrote on the back of my windshield Houston Aggies which was so inappropriate and childish to do that to a customers vehicle!!! These people don’t deserve anyone’s business and I am done for good. They used to be a good reputable company but not anymore apparently.

George is great, he listens, explained and came up with a solution to my company truck's ruined older tires. Then, the work was completed faster than planned. I was blown away by the customer service and help George provided. I now have a safe and reliable ride the new tires provide. I can truly say I was holding my breath every day as I drove on the defective older tires, you guys have made my week. Thanks, you have a customer for life. Mike K.

I had just left mercy south hospital across the road from visiting my wife which had been in there for 2 weeks. As if my Luck wasn't bad enough, When leaving the hospital I had a flat and immediately went to firestone on tesson ferry road. George was very understanding about my situation and took care of my flat. Very professional service. I will recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again for helping me. It just goes to show you that there are still some good people in this messed up world. God bless.

They scratched my new wheels trying to mount new tires, then they said they couldn’t get them balanced. Then they lost my center caps and lug nuts so I had to return the store. They claimed the new wheels were the problem but they threw away the boxes so I couldn’t return them.

Me and my girlfriend called up to the store beforehand and set an appointment for the same day (Labor Day) to get 2 new tires put on the rear. We picked out a brand and set the appointment for 12pm. We arrived 15 mins early and the car didnt get brought back until 12:15ish, which I can understand being understaffed on a holiday. What I cannot understand is why a business or company would do something to your vehicle that you did not ask them to do. We had a nail in one tire and I had taken it off the vehicle and replaced with the donut spare to get to their shop. When we walked in and handed the keys over, we simply asked them to replace the tire on the wheel that was in the back of the vehicle and then to replace the other rear tire with a matching tire and mount and balance back in the rear etc... I asked them to put the old tires in the back of the vehicle afterwards as I didnt want to have to pay for their tire disposal service. I thought we had made it very clear what we wanted done the first time we spoke to the service clerk Michael at the front desk. After about an hour and a half of waiting inside and outside of the lobby, Michael approached us again with a clipboard in hand and told us that the front two tires were showing signs of wear and told us that we should buy 2 more tires to replace the one in the front and that if we were to buy 4 that we would receive a rebate, the whole salesman thing to do right. Whatever. No we dont want that, we had plans to get the other 2 tires and the alignment and rotation done at another time and not particularly today or at Firestone in general. Please just continue with the job we asked to be done. He says no problem , we will let you know when we're finishing up. Almost 2 hours pass by and I peek back through the door and see the vehicle still on the lift with the hood popped but I couldnt see what was going on with the tires from where I was. MIchael comes back up to us 10 mins later and says the reason why the tires are showing wear where they are showing wear is because of the alignment , we rotated the tires from the rear to the front and we dont want the fronts to wear the same way. We already have it on the alignment rack , its only $140. We just serviced the vehicle a week ago and had the car looked over so we werent really concerned with anything else other than getting the tires replaces and mounted and made that pretty clear. When I asked whos call it was to just rotate the tires without asking or telling us until the very end , I get told it was their tech Jacob and he did it for our safety , but they could change it back around if we wanted. At this point , I just felt dumbfounded and called out the guy for trying to convince us to buy more , and also putting us in a situation where we either had to sit longer to fix what they did to try and charge us more or just take what they did which isnt what we asked for or anticipated to happen. He wasnt happy with me calling it out when theyre were no other customers in his store after telling me theyre super busy and shorthanded and thats why we sat for 2 hours after making an appointment for 2 tires in the rear. It shouldve been an hour at most with the amount of customers in the building and the task at hand to just replace two tires and mount and balance. Sorry but I dont appreciate being put in a position i didnt ask for so you can ask for more money, and I think someone who doesnt know any better would fall for this guys tricks to get you to spend way more money than you wanted to.

George was very helpful and informative. He went over various options with me about work on my 2005 jeep wrangler. I needed my AC fixed and tires balanced and rotated. The service team did a great job fixing up my jeep and George called me and explained in great detail everything that was done to fix the AC. As a female customer, I feel like I can trust these guys to not take advantage of a woman getting work done on her vehicle. Thank you George and the excellent team at Old tesson Firestone!

Got a TPMS warning for a low tire. Found a screw in the tread. Called Firestone and was told to come right now. Got in and out in 30 minutes. Lucky the tire was reparable.

I called Michael at 4:45 on a Sunday evening while traveling. I had just purchased a new to me car and was heading back home to Jefferson City MO. I almost had a blow out and aired the tire up enough to get to the store. Michael and Kenny both offered to stay late to install one tire to keep me on my journey back to Jefferson City. I’ve worked in this industry for the last 10 years of my life and rarely see such acts of kindness for travelers. Michael and Kenny are both doing an excellent job!

The appointment was for 9 am and at 12pm they still had not even started on it, not even pulled into the building. I know this because I called and they told me that. By 3:30 pm still no phone call so I decided to go there and 10 minutes later they were done. What's the point of an appointment if they can't hold to it? All they said were excuses and no sort of an apology. Six and a half hours is a little excessive for 4 tires. This was my 3rd time trying with Firestone and their 3rd strike. I'm out. Taking my business elsewhere.
