This place put my tires on incorrectly. Blizzack tires need to be installed facing a specific direction. I drove 3400 miles with them facing the wrong way to Alaska from Missouri. So here I am paying another $150 to get them taken off the wheel itself to face the proper way. I also booked an appointment for these tires specifically and I get there for my appointment and it turns out they didn’t have them in stock. You would think they would order them since I selected that specific tire. Should have known they wouldn’t know how to install the damn things. Realistically Firestone owes me $150 since that’s what I’m paying to have them put in correctly. Do not bring your car to be serviced at Firestone on Olive. They obviously have no idea what they’re doing.

I do not recommend anyone to come here, bad service, I booked an appointment in advance and yet they told me that I have to wait for three hours for the flat repair

This place will rip you off by telling you to fix things that don’t need fixing. They said the steering and suspension on my car needed attention, that the struts on my car needed replacing. Little did they know I got my struts replaced at Dobbs a couple weeks ago. They wanted to charge me $1,600 to get struts replaced when the steering and suspension on my car was fine! I only went to this location because they were open on a Sunday and I needed immediate attention due to another issue that had nothing to do with the steering and suspension. Be sure you double check and ask questions after they give you inspection/diagnostic information! They could be lying just trying to get your money!

Very helpful Manager provided tire options. I was a walk-in and the tire was replaced promptly. They have consistently been fair and professional. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT COME HERE. I’ve been coming here for a few years but I will never be back after a few weeks ago. My greatest fear about going to mechanics has always been that they’ll rip me off by telling me to fix things that don’t actually need fixing. Well that’s what happened here on two different occasions. The latest: Brought my car in for an oil change and alignment. Suddenly, I’m quoted for over $1700 of work that needs to be done. Somewhat suspicious, I get a second opinion from a mechanic one of my family members knows personally and has been going to for years. He thoroughly went over the whole car and the “major repairs” that needed to be done were actually quite minor and could be fixed for much cheaper. Eg: instead of replacing the entire oil pan, replacing the screw. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never trust Firestone for anything more than an oil change.

This is my second experience with this location and I regret nothing more than coming back again. Be prepared to wait AT LEAST 1-2 more hours longer than what they said it would take. My first time was a scheduled inspection and I was forced to wait over 2 hours for something that only took about 20 minutes when they *finally* pulled my car into the shop. My second time was a bit of an emergency with a flat from a screw, so it was a walk in and this is the closest location to my home. I was quoted 1.5 hours. However, I guess a simple tire patch takes 3+ hours to get done for them. Even after it was done, I waited over 30 minutes for them to actually let me pay and get my car back. The slowest employees I have ever interacted with. Don't come to this location if you have anything to do within the next 12 hours, you might just wait that long.

After leaving the cardinals game we discovered that we had a flat and we live 4 hrs away and we had our 3 little ones with us.. This was the only place opened (Sunday at 4:45). I want to thank Lewis and the other guys in the shop for helping us get a new tire and did it fast!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this place! Luis Hernandez goes above and beyond for his customers! I had a flat tire after the cardinals game, and by the time I got towed they were closing. They stayed open long enough to change my tire, along with 2 other customers with the same problem!! I drove away at 5:36pm.. 36min the employees stayed over and they did not have to do that! Wonderful people, and wonderful service!!

I had an appointment at 11am. I arrived at 10:45am and didn’t leave until 1:30pm. It was only a simple battery replacement. As if the length of time it took wasn’t enough, the customer service was pretty poor too from one guy in particular. I had came a bit early but got blocked in by some parade going on, and my car battery had died on the opposite side of the street while waiting for the parade to end. I let the guy with glasses and dark hair at the front know that my car had died across the street from the shop and he said “well I need it on THIS side of the street” and walked away and just left me there for a half hour, and he clearly wasn’t coming back. His phone call on his cell phone was more important. Finally, after explaining my situation to a different person in the shop, (tall with beard) he helped me jump my car and get it to the shop parking lot. He even helped me reinstall my car seat! He’s the only reason why the shop didn’t get one star. He was so kind.

I had some work done a couple of weeks ago. I heard some grinding, brought it back to Luis and explained what I was hearing. A day later he sent me home with a fix that was under warranty. Can't ask for more than that. Highly rated!

My daughter had a flat after the Cards game . She had her 10 year old with her . It couldn’t be driven . It was after 5 and these guys made a horrible day a better one . The kindness will be passed forward .

My wife and I were on a road trip and were heading back home the next morning when I noticed I had a flat tire. Looked up who was closest and found this store. They were still open on a Sunday evening and I didn't know if they could do anything, but ran over just before closing anyway. They were great about squeezing us in so that we could get back on the road early the next morning. I wish every establishment could be as accommodating
