This place rotates between heaven and hell. The gentleman at the front desk is very very kind, even offered free service to me and another customer once, and always do complimentary inspection if the problem is something they can't deal with. the woman called Jenn is a disgrace to the field of customer service, not sure what kind of trauma or lost she is dealing with (and constantly?), always in a passive aggressive mode and even scoff you if you don't give her an answer immediately

We were traveling had a flat . The manager checked and did not have the tire we needed. Made 1 phone call checked another store inventory then directed us to another store. In a matter of minutes. Very professional.

As an educator, hard to give a perfect score; however, have been a client for all the family cars, since 1993 and have never been dissatisfied with service. Staff are open, professional, and knowledgeable. Service always completed in the time promised. Seems well managed.

Been a customer for years at this Firestone. Never had a problem until I had to deal with Jenn, she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. It is a shame because they had done some really good work on my car in the past. Will not be coming back.

I love this location. They are speedy, accommodating, and have frequently gone above and beyond. They even put on a lug nut for free after they missed it the first time!

This team is totally responsive to a person in distress (me) with a damaged front tire/wheel from a pothole encounter. They accepted the unscheduled tow, and got right on to the problem. I was sure it was something expensive and awful but they reassured me within hours the damage was contained to the tire.When replacement was not possible because Firestone discontinued my favorite tires, Jen and Jason got me four new tires but gave me credit for the remaining warrantee. What a nice thing to do

Jacob was courteous and accomodating with my need for an oil change and headlight bulb that needed replacing. He made recommendations for other maintenance items that needed attention, but didn't make me feel like he was just trying to score services I didn't really need. A friend of mine has been taking his truck there over the past several years, and has been very pleased with their mechanical and customer service. That is one of the reasons I chose this location, which I am happy I did.

They do not plug tires. The lady was really rude on the phone. She said if I know everything then come get my car. Got it plugged down the road and wasted my time here. The guys in the garage were amazing, and helpful. The lady at the front made it where I will never return or recommend.

I have been using Firestone for years and been happy, but recently that has changed. I dropped off my car because it had a flashing engine and check oil light. We dropped off as we were driving and walked home. When the store called the next day I was questioned about oil changes and basically blamed for my cars condition like I was kicking a puppy. Even if this is true, this is not how one should talk to a customer. In previous visits I was told that water vaper coming from the vents was smoke and a bad head gasket (not true). I had to return a funnel that was left under the hood after my last oil change, and then to be questioned that way was aggravating.When I went to pick up my car I expressed my disatisfaction and the person I talked to early came over and said, "You have to put oil in the car sir," and then angrily told her co-worker to cancel the charges.I will not be going back to this store, and may find another company entirely.

Jess or Jenn whatever her name is (i think is the service manager) was very rude to me this morning on the phone . Wouldn’t let me finish my sentence before trying to get off the phone. I called a little before 9am and already i could tell she was overwhelmed or anxious about something but she displayed some very poor customer service. Jacob was much easier to talk to than she was. I gave them 2 stars but id prefer to because they allowed a 3rd party to remove my vehicle off the premises without my knowledge or consent. I called them today to discuss payment for services I wanted to have done and I was informed the car was removed a week ago! How does this happen??. Well according to Jacob it’s because they see over 50 vehicles a day and get busy. Now i have to track down my vehicle and tow it somewhere else for the repairs. I will be filling a formal complaint with corporate and the BBB

The winter weather was predicted to get bad. I had a 4 hour drive to make last night and my tires were slipping in the little rain we had last week. I called at 8:45am and there weren’t any appointments available to get new tires that day, however the employee said if i got the car in within the hour they would get to it by the end of the day. I rushed over, left my car there and went home. The tires were mounted and ready to roll by 2:30 pm. I made the trip safely, even those there was quite a bit of snow built up on the road where I had to go. Thank you for working me in and for keeping me safe on the wintery roads!

They constantly have a staffing problem and Jen is rude, acts like their problems internally are also yours. Firestone can do better. If you don’t have staff, close your doors.

We have been taking our vehicles to this location for years and have never had any issues. Jacob and Jen are always very accommodating at getting us in and out and taking great care of us. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs if you are looking for an honest and trustworthy repair shop!
