It was 7:15 AM this morning when I was on my way to work and my car's check tire pressure light suddently came on. I pulled into Firestone Complete Auto Care in Kirkwood and was pleasantly surprised to find that they were open for business. I was greeted by a gentleman who smiled and said "Pull around. We'll take care of you." Out came Madilyn who got right to work filling my tires and took the time to inspect one tire to see if there was something lodged in it (there wasn't). In no time, I was on my way and very pleased with the service I received. I live in the neighborhood but it was my first experince with Firestone. I will definately be back in November when my tires need replacing!!!

I like the online scheduling and the man who helped me informed me of the screw in my tire and that was helpful. But also he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need yet like some other chains do. Lobby is comfortable. I recommend this place and will return.

The gentleman that helped me when I first got there after blowing out a tire on the highway was a big help ! I got there about 10 minutes before they opened ! He quickly located the tires needed and had them rushed over to their store ! I was also able to get my oil changed with a coupon he helped me with and they replaced my headlight while I was there as well! I will definitely be coming back for other services I learned I may need soon from the follow up email ! I was out in a few hours and back on my way to work ! Great job guys!!

We are still bringing our vehicles to this Firestone...this is my second google review. We can always get an appointment, they call and keep us informed, and they never try to upsell us nor do we ever feel like we've gotten anything less than great service. I continue to feel good about the work they do, and that's so important when it's your vehicle! We appreciate them so very much.

Took care of parents car upon a request in an understanding and appreciated manner and schedule. Emergency replacement of two tires after finding a drill bit in one took care of me visiting and assisting parents in a medical situation. Care and concern expressed by staff is truly appreciated.

As always, thoroughly professional repairs, punctuated by constant updates on repairs and cost. Bought grandson his first car, which turned out to need entirely new rear brake assembly, including replacement of both rusted-through structural plates that held the brake assemblies in place. The guys worked with me throughout the days-long procedure. I'm not pleased I had to pay for a repair this major, but I'm more than pleased that it was done at Firestone in Kirkwood.

Dropped off my vehicle using the drop box. Received an acknowledgment early the next morning estimating services I requested on the drop-box envelope. Vehicle was ready earlier than anticipated. Under promise, over deliver. Nice work. Thank you.

I had this problem with TPMS for some time. Once I got Jeremy involved and asked for him to investigate and resolve it, it was done in one visit. Great work!

The location is convenient and the price is reasonable. The service I requested was provided by friendly professioinal employees. I was able to get an appoiuntment within a week of the day I called.

I want to say thankyou to Ajay and his team that assisted in my ABS issue. I had went to a different shop for brakes/rotors on 3/7 and my abs light was on after servicing my car. They kept my car until Friday and for "customer satisfaction" replaced sensors however the light was still on so I'm not sure how they expected me to be satisfied... Fast forward to Sunday 3/10 I called and spoke with Ajay and brought my vehicle to the shop. He figured out the issue quickly & showed where a part was broken which is why the abs was triggered. Due to him thoroughly showing and explaining everything I felt confident to have this shop replace the part. My car was fixed the same day which I am so appreciative for especially with it being on a Sunday. I truly am thankful this shop was able to fix an issue they did not even cause . Any further issues my car may experience in the future I will now do business at this establishment & also refer friends/family here . Thank-you again !

This Firestone has been my go to over the past few years. Both my fiancé and I have had our vehicles serviced here countless times. I would not recommend Firestone and in particular the Kirkwood location. Buyer Beware! There are items that were included without my knowledge: Brake rotors - $275.00 (original quote for brake pads only) Engine air filter - $163.00 Cabin air filter - $98.00 Wiper blades - $110.00 On top of the extra charges, they nearly charged me an additional $600.00. Fortunately, the customer service rep made an adjustment to match the original quote. I will admit that I am partly responsible for this overcharge as I did not review before I had the work done. I was relying on Firestone to give me an honest estimate. I had previously bought new tires at this Firestone location and had a very positive experience. Sad to say, I will never set foot in a Firestone again!

They couldnt find any leaks in our tire and called me for permision to put a new one... I came over and found that leak. They still didn't want to fix it because they wanted to sale me a new tire.
