I had to call 4 different locations before finding a place that could replace my flat tire in a timely manner. I understand everyone is understaffed and I think this place was also understaffed but they still made it happen.

I did not have a good interaction, +1 star for it being late. The first issue is they need to take the sign down that clearly states pull into the first available bay. There was not anyone at the desk so I complied, only to get yelled at, "You can't do that! Customers are not supposed to be jn here!". After I backed out I went in and I asked about a simple repair. They said "Well I don't know it's on the edge... can you leave it over night?". I got a bad feeling, especially after having bad experiences with Firestone in the past in another city, and checked the reviews. I noped out. After checking Continental Tires repair vs. replace guidelines, it was absolutely clear the tire was repairable.

Staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. They got us in and out in a timely manner. I’ll definitely come to them in the future for my general car needs.

This is the worst Firestone I’ve been to. Josh at the front desi is always EXTREMELY rude. The first time I took my car here he kept changing my appointment time, when I finally went in for my appointment he told me he didn’t have a tech. They did my oil change, yet forgot to reset the timer in my car, I took it back Josh again said they didn’t have a tech. Today I went in for air in my tire, he tells me they don’t have air because he hasn’t turned it on yet. He is extremely rude, this is not someone that should be at your front desk. Aside from him, there work is terrible. I should not have to keep returning for the same thing if you did your job correctly the first time. I would NOT waste time going to this location, Olivette and Forsyth are much better options.

Took my vehicle in for ABS and e-brake issue, was told my vehicle was ready. Arrived and both issues still exist. Brought vehicle back the next day and Greg assured me that they would make things right, which they did. I thought about taking the vehicle to another shop, but Greg came through for me.

They were very nice, they let me ramble on and listened to my story. They fixed the problem! I was satisfied with their attitude, the work they did and the price! There you go 10 out of 10!

Done giving this location a chance for my business. I needed oil change and tire rotation for my fleet vehicle. Called and asked to make an appointment but the person I spoke to told me to just drop off when they opened around 7 am. Showed up around 7:10 and they said they could no longer take customer drop offs the rest of the day. Okay if they're so busy why not let me make an appointment? This is the second time this happened for me. Took my car to Dobbs down the road and they got me in.

Josh was courteous, funny and honest about the service needed. There has been a lot of change at this location the past couple of years and I was unhappy with some of the advisors, but Josh is fantastic and I will only return to this location as long as he is there.

I had a tire blowout so I took my tire to Firestone on Olive in West County. Greg, the manager, was friendly and accommodating. He explained he didn’t know when they would be able to get to my tire. I told him I could just leave the tire. I also explained the importance of getting this done. I am driving on an 8 hour trip at 5 am the following morning. He told me no problem. He gave me a great price for the tire and installation. I called to check on my tire at 5pm P.m.. I was told,by a much less friendly person, that they probably wouldn’t get to it today. I explained that was not an option. I was called at 6:28 and told they completed the tire. I arrived 10 minutes later. he then told me that they would not be able to put tire On and that I was lucky to get it done at all. I explained to him that I was quoted the price and agreed to the new Tire and installation. He said I could come back tomorrow if I wanted. They are open until seven and there’s nobody there waiting for their car and work on cars, but they still refuse to do my Tire. After I paid for the new tire He showed me where the tire was and told me he wasn’t going to help me with it if I was gonna yell at him. I never was rude to him or Voice. He told me that I was lucky to get it done and I explained to him that I would’ve gone somewhere else and had it done. Had anybody been honest with me this morning. I was so excited this morning when I arrived and was helped by Greg. I recently moved within a mile and a half of this Firestone. I was planning on booking more work that I needed done to my car for when I returned for my trip. I should have read the reviews and done due diligence. What Started out as hopeful ended up in No nothing but frustration. Do yourself a favor and read reviews and do diligence before taking your car anywhere for work when you need it back in a timely manner as promised.

Zero stars if it was an option. Car was taken there OVER A WEEK AGO to get work done. Radiator hose needed to be replaced because it was leaking and the car was overheating/undriveable. We had to pay to tow it there, where they said they would fix it. All they did was twiddle their thumbs for TEN DAYS! They didn't even fix the car! So after waiting and every couple of days to see if progress was made on the repair, which it NEVER WAS, they finally called back today to inform us of their "fabulous work" that we owed them a bill for not fixing our car. Why should we pay them? They didn't even fix our car? All they did was assure us that they were working on it when they clearly were not. Take your car to a place like Dobbs where they will actually fix your car.

Took my car into this shop because my ac was blowing warm air. This place LIED and told me told me my compressor was going out. Had this replaced in February when it was still cold outside. Was told they could not get me in until 3 weeks(in the blazing heat)and was recommended to take it to another Firestone location to get it looked it early. I took it to the ballwin location they told me it was the compressor again(faulty part) so I left my car for two days for them to fix the same issue. When I called to check on the progress the technician told me that it was not the compressor after being replaced and that they didn’t know what was wrong with my car and to take it back to the Olive location because they did the original work. I had high hopes for trusting Firestone but this experience has cost me financially and emotionally. I’m $1185.13 short and still with the same issue I walked through the door with. I called the olive location and spoke with Dan who was no help basically told there 44 parts to a AC and they can account for what they did 4 months ago. I needed to bring it in again so the can GUESS on what the issue or at least that what it seems like because the problem was not correctly diagnosed the first time. I would BEWARE before doing business with this company.

Bad experience from beginning to end. Took my car in on a Sunday to get one tire patched and they said they would return it the next day. I got it back on a Tuesday late morning. No communication along the way unless I called. Even then I was told I would get it back the day of when I called and they never called me to let me know if it was finished. I felt like I had to beg for them to work on it. Also, had almost a hundred dollars worth of random charges that they never disclosed ahead of time. They didn’t give me a printed receipt so I couldn’t see them until I asked. The charges were never explained. All parties I spoke to were pleasant but I am not happy with the entire exchange. It was shady from beginning to end. I will never go to a Firestone again. Go to Telle’s. Much more honest.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! My Gfs catalytic converter was stolen while her car was under their care. They should've brought the car into the garage overnight (but didn't) and car sounded TERRIBLE when we went to drive away after having new tiresput on. Not only they did they Not inform of us this upfront, but the attendant seemed to answer too quickly when questioned about the sound... Seemed very shady. I called GM, Regional Manager and Corporate... Filed police report and nothing. Finally got ahold of corporate and the guy pretty much said I was own my own... If he gets to read this let's just say this review is the PG version of what I'd like to say to you. As they expected - we didn't want to waste time taking them to small claims court and just let it go. 1400 Dollars later her car was fixed. So instead of fixing the problem for the low low price of a couple thousand dollars... I've probably cost the company at least that in lost business as I make it a point to tell every single person I know.

I have recently had several good experiences here. They balanced my tires for no charge, after one was out of balance after a recent service. It made a huge difference in the ride on the highway. They stand by there work!

The front desk was helpful and friendly, and my oil change was completed in a timely manner. Overall seemed like good service and I'll definitely go here again. If you need something done, why not check them out?

Very unprofessional unfit mechanics there. Pulled my leg all weekend over an oil change and a false diagnosis of an error they created. I was told an aux battery needed to be replaced after diagnosis which was false because the problem still persists and I alresdy paid. When I call to speak to a manager was told basically what I wanted to hear and thrown away. Don't even waste your time here. There are other reputable mechanics out there. So save yourself double the work and over priced false services.

Greg checked me in. I needed 2 tires and a thorough check of my car. He has been helpful to me 3 times. He is polite and personable and helpful. When the checkup was complete, he let me know that I should get a new battery soon. I asked the price and had the battery replaced. The mechanic who worked on my car is a hard worker. I have observed him before. I let them both know that I appreciated their service and work ethic. I was in and out in a reasonable time. This was different from my experience in the past. Kuddos to the change!!

While I do think this location is convenient it was definitely not professional. Not sure when it became appropriate for someone the smoke a vape on the inside of the building especially while customers are waiting on their vehicles. I’m not sure what Justin’s or Josh (his name was one of these) position is here but the obnoxious clouds of vape smoke he puffs constantly is insane. This was the second time I’ve visited this location and observed this same situation.

the manager of this Firestone location went above and beyond to get my appointment and related work completed on time, even though he had two technicians who had unplanned absences from work. I really appreciate how he worked with me and other customers to make this work in original time frame promised.

Josh was great. We have a service warranty that is kind of a pain to deal with, and he went above and beyond with researching and figuring out the complexities of the warranty process. The team also did a great job diagnosing the issue, as the car is newer and it was more of an obscure part. Everyone we talked to was friendly and professional.
