I had a fantastic experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care with my Nissan Altima. The manager, Jose, provided excellent customer service and took the time to explain the work being done and the pricing in detail. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and the overall quality of service. I highly recommend this location!!!!

I took my car in for a simple thermometer change and what they said took 3 hours took 8 hours. I now noticed the brake light is coming on and now my CD player is not working. A few days later my transmission went out. I would never take my car there again.

I came in for a patch, but the nail was too close to the side wall. The employee told me he couldn’t patch it, but didn’t take the opportunity to swindle me into purchasing something I didn’t need. He gave honest advice and I ultimately got it patched elsewhere, however this speaks to the integrity of the employee and business. For that reason, I would come back here for service.

I don't recommend you go to this workshop, a few months ago I changed my car tires here and when I left one of the men didn't work and they didn't want to change it just because I came the next day

my auto A/C was not cooling so I brought it in to have it checked 5/30/24...Paul gave me a PRINT OUT of an estimate to replce the compressor and more for over $3,000 - WHAT A LIE so a friend that used to work for Toyota showed me that I did not have the A/C button set correctly to "A/C ON" so the air cond. is cooling just fine, I don't need any repairs. WHAT A RIP OFF and BUCH OF THIEVES - I will NEVER go there to have anything checked. DONT TRUST THEM. I waited 3 hrs, paid $11.00 for the checkup and they didn't even check it ! ! !

Do not leave your vehicle unless you plan on watching what they do to your car I took it for a coolant check and left with no coolant having been topped off and something completely different leaking from the other side of my engine

Para algo tan simple como alinear las ruedas delanteras del carro tube que ir 3 veces a este lugar sin contar con la suerte que lo hicieran bien cada ves que iva se demoraban 2 horas en entregarlo y nunca lo pudieron dejar correctamente aparte de hacer perder mi tiempo un pelón con lentes que tuve la mala suerte de ser atendió por el fue muy grosero y arrogante si no saben hacer bien las cosas por lo menos sean desentes al salir de hay me diriji a pep boys donde muy amablemente me atendieron y resolvieron el problema del carro y aun precio menor esta fue mi experiencia en este lugar 👎

I was recommended to come here after one of my tires received a flat. I contacted them the next morning and Jose was able to get me in that morning, I was able to drop my car off and it was ready by the time I got off work that afternoon. I really appreciated the fast service and amazing customer service from Jose and another gentleman that I did not get to get his name. Thank you, I will definitely be back!

One if the best experiences I've had at an auto care shop! Paul was so helpful with everything! He explained and made sure I understood what was wrong with my car. He was also very patient with me. The overall service is definitely 5 stars! If I could give more I would!

I've been using this shop for years, and it's always such a good experience. In the past, taking my car to a mechanic always made me nervous because it's so hard to trust the people you are dealing with sometimes. That isn't the case here. Jose exhibits customer service that I've just never experienced at a mechanic before. His knowledge and demeanor are top-notch and he makes you truly feel like you are a valued customer and that you will be taken care of fully and honestly. Thanks Jose, for another great and anxiety-free experience!

Bought a tire here for my 2009 vw Tiguan it’s been leaking for a couple weeks took it to Firestone on Kennedy had them replace it under warranty because they said the tire was bad and it shouldn’t of been sold in the first place. They replace it and I get home and the valve stem is leaking because they didn’t seed it properly. Save your time and money and go to a real tire shop!

Called to ask if I could get assistance getting a patch or getting my tire swapped to my spare and was told that they have too many cars to work on and they close at 6 o clock. Not really sure why changing someone's tire is going to take longer than 10 minutes seeing as they have the proper tools to get it down quickly... will never come here terrible experience

I have experience poor customer service at this Firestone since 2015 but today Mr. Paul Rycheck went too far. I left my wife’s car to do the rear brakes and we agreed on new pads and cutting the rotors. When I arrive to pick up my wife’s car they had just change the pads and did not cut the rotors or called me to advice different solutions. When I asked Mr. Paul Rycheck, why didn’t you called me to let me know that you were not able to cut the rotors. His response was to throw a fit like a teenager and blaming me for being cheap. When I responded and told him that it was him that was doing a bad job and unbelievable bad customer service. He responded by saying I can care less what you tell me it doesn’t affect my life or my job in any way. (He acted like he was responding to his parents trying to correct him.) This is how many cars I used to bring to this store to get tires, brakes and oil changes, to have this spoiled teenager call me cheap. 2015 Dodge Durango. (today’s issue.) 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. (My car) 2009 Toyota Highlander. (mom‘s car.) 2020 Ford Transit. (company truck.) 2016 Nissan NV. (company truck.) 2012 Chevrolet Express. (company truck.) 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. (company truck.) 2005 Chevrolet Silverado. (company truck.) Sometimes one customer matters more than you think, that’s what customer service it’s all about. To add more and I hope someone in headquarters reads this part. Today Mr. José who has always been my go to guy, the face of respect and great customer service at this store. He decides to join his worst work colleague and directly blame me (the customer) for their lack of communication. Like they say, one bad apple can ruin your entire workplace. It is much easier to learn the bad habits then the good ones. I am in customer service myself and I don’t remember any class advising me to blame the customer when something goes wrong. To Mr. José - You become the same as the people you surround yourself with. You should choose more carefully.
