Very helpful and accurate with their timing. Before I spent $200 on a new tire the man at the desk checked my flat tire to make sure it needed to be replaced and not just plugged. He was very informative about what could and couldn’t be fixed. He offered an oil change as well which I didn’t know they offered. The estimated wait time was about 2 hours and they called me after 2 hours which was great normally places will quote you a time and them take all day. I made an appointment to have the lifetime alignment done on my Audi and also have a tire patched. I was told the alignment couldn’t be done because my vehicle is equipped with ACC and they don’t have the equipment to recalibrate that. I explained to the worker that I did not need to have the ACC recalibrated seeing that the only issue was the alignment of the suspension. I was told they could not repair my tire(originally because of the size then because of where the nail was) nor do the alignment. I took my vehicle to the Audi service department and had the alignment done with no ACC recalibration and everything is still operating as it should. I had my tire patched at Mavis Tire without an appointment and I was in and out even though they were really busy at the time. I’m still trying to understand why I was not able to take advantage of the lifetime alignment deal offered after explaining the ACC did not need to be recalibrated.

I was a walk-in customer and needed help with a tire that has been slowly losing air. My car was quickly looked at by a technician and the cause of the leak was found and repaired. In addition it was noted that my battery was low, which I had been concerned about and I appreciate the notice. This Firestone is quite close to my home which is very helpful, Thank you !

It was a waste of time. I was told first I’d have my car back Saturday and then was told that Sunday I’d have it back because they were full with cars there… then when I called them I was told the manager is gone because of an emergency and that the tech who worked on my vehicle called out for the day and it would have to get looked at Monday. Monday came and they told me Sunday the other tech who didn’t inspect the car to begin with, decided to inspect it. I was then told to come pick up the car. Now we are questioning if certain work was done on the car. They had me pay 9.99 to pinpoint an oil leak but couldn’t even tell me for certain where the leak is coming from. it was a waste of time having the car at Firestone.

Citrus Firestone .. Not a very happy customer.. first I take my veh in because it was making a clicking noise. They give me a few reasons what it could be .. they inspected the vehicle an told me it was the tied rods changed the rods an stilll making the click… called them an they give me all different excuses. Told them that the last time I took my car for service at a different Firestone for a different service I find out they never did the work by my dealership got proof , an requested all my money back from my credit card. The service guy tells me to bring it in so they can show me it was repaired I told him how will I know it is if you never took photos of the repair to compsir.. I’m disputing my credit card again because they don’t have photos of the work being done an I have the same issue . On 9/23/2024 My husband took his commercial veh for a tire change on his trailer, they didn’t have the tire in stock , we ordered it.. but they won’t install the tire on the trailer they said they won’t do it or put any air in the tire as a service either since it was a bit low.. my husband’s company pays a lot to Firestone for all kinds of services an yesterday the service person didn’t even try to help him. Will be reported to the better business bureau an the Corp.

While on my way to church last night I noticed that my tire was low, so I called the Firestone Citrus Park location and spoke to Alex. I asked him if I could come in and get some air put in my tire, he said yes and that he would be there until 7pm, it was already 6:48pm. Every light caught me and every slower than usual driver was in front of me, I got there at 6:59pm. I saw that all of the bays were down and thought that it was too late, I could see a person inside, so I went to the door and the gentleman told me to pull my car around back and he would put the air in my tire. Once I got out of the car my tire was completely flat. I asked Alex would I be able to get home on the tire, he said yes however it would probably be flat by morning. So with it already being after 7pm and they were officially closed, I told him that I would just pull my car around the front of the building, call roadside service and wait for them to get there to change my tire so that he could leave work. Alex offered to change my tire and said that he'd change it much faster than what it would take for roadside service to get to me. I appreciate you Alex for being selfless and helping someone in need. P.s.... For those that are wondering why didn't I just buy a tire from them is because I purchased my tires from the dealership and my warranty on the tires is with the dealership not directly with Firestone. I explained this to Alex as well. He STILL offered to help. Thank you again Alex!

Great staff. Honest, efficient and genuinely care about the quality of the work!! Alex the Asst. Manager is awesome. Kept me informed about the status of my 2019 Dodge Ram. I was headed out of town the next day and he wanted to make sure my truck was in top shape for the road. I highly recommend this shop. Completely satisfied!

If I could give 0 stars I would! They don’t even deserve half a star. First, the staff was so unenergetic and looked like I was bothering them by just being there. I was there for a wheel alignment after hitting a big pothole to check all was good. I had an appointment at 11 and they did not take my car until an hour later and only took 20 minutes to do the alignment. I believe they call a toe and go. Anyway that’s not what I needed. I needed for all my measurements to be aligned and good so I have no further issues. Instead he fed me lies saying I needed new parts and to schedule a full vehicle inspection. In all this place needs new staff willing to go beyond expectations for its customers. I am a loyal customer of Firestone and tires plus and even purchased a lifetime warranty with them a long time ago. I’m sad but happy to say I won’t be going back! This place was just awful. (THE WHOLE STAFF)

Easy to schedule. The service rep, Ryan, was very knowledgeable and efficient. I waited for the service and the wait time was very good considering I had an oil change, Tire rotation and brake fluid maintenance. I’ve been using the Citrus Park location for about 7 years and will continue to do so. Only issue I’ve had was booking for Sundays. Several times only 1 service tech shows up on Sunday mornings.

Worst place to bring your car, if I could give it a 0 I definitely would. I brought my car to them so they can check what was leaking and they told me during the consultation that the tube the oil is held in broke and they wanted me to charge me over 6k to get that fixed. I went somewhere else and you know what was the issue? I was past due for an oil change so my car was leaking what was left over. They will STEAL your money and WASTE your time. Imagine being told your car is “ready” and you get there and they tell you it’s not. WORST place to ever go, they’re liars and unreliable. They will do anything to steal your money.

Zero stars if I could. Will never trust another Firestone again because of this location and how corporate messed up our complaint with how we were dealt with and had our car returned in worse condition than I have ever seen it since owning the vehicle ( we take our car to get serviced every 3 months on the dot and before we go on trips we take it serviced on top of the regular maintenance we do so nothing happens on our trips) and got stranded in a thunderstorm with an overheated engine with no coolant because Firestone failed to find a leak with the coolant ( there was no leak prior to taking it to them or it would have over heated prior) and got the run around from Ryan. Was told we would get a call from the manager yesterday was never called.

My car was not starting properly and had to give it a jump. Finally took it to Firestone to get a checked up. In their review, they discovered the battery was no longer serving its purpose. They also discovered that my transmission fluid brake fluid and coolant was really low dirty and needed to be changed. Although the bill was way higher than we expected, I'm glad they discovered these discrepancies, and our vehicle is running the smoothest it has been in a really long time. The guys are courteous helpful and clearly explain what needs to be done. Thanks to Chris and the Firestone team in Citrus Park!!

After a few visits at a different Firestone, I felt like I was not getting thorough enough inspections and checks. I went in to the other location with an issue, they convinced me they were positive that they found the issue so I serviced my vehicle per their recommendations, and a lot of money later, my initial problem was not fixed. I felt like they upsold me for a big job that could’ve waited while the bigger problem was fixed. I’ve also experienced that store manager talk down to potential customers while I waited for my vehicle. Many Google reviews said the same but I ignored them. I visited this Firestone next as they had good reviews. They immediately identified the main issue and worked with me on the repair. Not as expensive as what I paid for a few months ago. To top it off, they identified that the axle the other shop installed a few months ago was bad and they replaced it at no charge under warranty. The other shop has seen my vehicle twice since they installed the axle and didn’t notice it was bad. This shop has earned my trust. Oh, and the manager went out of his way to help a few people who were not clear on their issues. He didn’t rush them or make them feel like idiots for not speaking in car terms. He had a ton of patience. All 3 people who I experienced working the front all had amazing customer service.

Second update: Took car to dealer, their inspection shows the axles are fine, and the tires are incorrectly balanced. They offered to rebalance the tires for free, AFTER the dealership did their inspection and found nothing wrong with the axles. Firestone was simply trying to get another service that wasn’t needed, to fix a problem THEY caused. I will get my free balance and will never go back to another Firestone again. Steer clear of these places, they are scamming people! UPDATE: Called their citrus park location and was treated with respect, so I am purchasing from there. I wools suggest if anyone else is considering getting tires from Firestone to take the drive and go to the citrus park location Tried to go in to get two tires and was immediately treated like I wasn’t welcome. When asked what I needed I said I would like to get 2 tires installed, the advisor said with attitude “what tires? Are you gonna GET tires and want them installed?” Then was told that he had a long list of people he had to take care of and was rudely told I was going to have to wait until he “tied up loose ends” and was that it would be at least 3-4 hours. I don’t mind the wait, and I understand that there are people in front of me, but I don’t appreciate being treated like an annoyance. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I don’t spend money at a business that doesn’t treat the customer with respect Update. I got tires 2 weeks ago. The car started wobbling on acceleration. I went back to get the tires looked at, as I never had the problem until I got the tires installed. They couldn’t see me until a week later, and I had to had to pay to have it looked at. Then they told me I have bad CV axles at 45,000 miles. I paid the $24 inspection fee and took my car to another mechanic. I was told it is likely the tires and there’s a very small chance the cv axles would start wobbling all of a sudden. Now I have to pay another mechanic to diagnose the problem. Unacceptable. Will not go back, and if my mechanic tells me the tires are bad, I will be pursuing action against this shop.

The service was good. They took care of what needed to be done and gave suggestions for future work needed and I didn’t have to wait long.
