I would bring your vehicle elsewhere. It’s a burn and turn kind of operation, they didn’t bother to check my main point of concern for bringing in my vehicle. Terrible service. Paid for a full inspection for check engine light on. Brought up a concern of a part that was visibly loose and shouldn’t seem to be able to have any play with it multiple times that they refused on 3 counts to even inspect it. If I break down later this week, I’ll know why.

If I could give this place a zero I absolutely would! I usually take my car to Nissan for my oil changes and leave with NO issues! I decided to give Firestone a try since I figured it may be quicker and I recently bought tires from this store. After getting my oil change at 7am, my car was shaking and turned off on me by 2pm! I’ve NEVER had these issues before. I knew IMMEDIATELY it was caused by the my visit to this Firestone. When the other reviews say you will leave with more problems than you came with, BELIEVE THEM! Chris (if that’s her real name) is the rudest! She comes out saying that they didn’t cause the problem and how do I know the issue wasn’t there before them? Obviously, bc I don’t have this issue until AFTER my visit with you all! They will gaslight you and say you are the problem. She continues to say that I would need to now go to Nissan and bring them proof that they caused this issue with my car. As I’m explaining to her I had no issues before my visit she continue to speak in a rude tone, waving her hands around, and saying there’s nothing they’re going to do bc it’s my issue. She then walks away hassle with an attitude and yells at them to bring my car around as if she’s the big boss of the shop. I was livid! The one with the glasses brings me my key, watches it fall to the ground and then walks away. This must be a dream bc I have never received any worst service than this! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY!

Good service and I got a new set of tires exchanged pretty quickly. Prices were reasonable and I am happy with the job done. They weren't extremely pushy with the extra work my car needed so I appreciate that and they placed my spare back in my trunk very neat.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation/balance and to see if the air conditioning system might need some Freon. The mechanic phoned me and said there was a lot of oil near the A/C and he would need to degrease it first, then place dye in it and check for leaks. I said to NOT do anything, just do the oil change and tire service. He agreed. I get the car back later in the afternoon and now the air conditioning is blowing completely WARM air! When I left it at the shop it was blowing cold air, not EXREMELY cold, but cold enough where driving was comfortable. Now it looks like they damaged the A/C and made a minor issue much, MUCH WORSE! I can't afford to replace the A/C and the car is certainly not new, but it was running okay before this visit. So, thanks Firestone for ruining the A/C for me! I will be sure to tell people to avoid this location like the plague!

AVOID THIS PLACE! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO TRUST WITH YOUR CAR! At first, you might have a good impression—the sales staff are helpful and kind, making you feel like you’re in the right place. But once you realize that your car still has the same problems (or even new ones) after their work, the same staff can become incredibly rude. I brought my car in for a simple rear brake replacement. There were no issues before, but after the “master technician” worked on it, the rear brakes started to squeak loudly even when I wasn’t using them, just driving—a deafening noise of scraping metal. I returned, and they took two days to address it. Despite claiming the problem was fixed, the noise persisted. When I went back again, the front desk staff (Crismery) was rude, claiming it was somehow my fault. 🤡 I asked the technician to ride with me to confirm the noise, which he did. They replaced the brakes a third time (took 3 days at this time), but the noise only got worse. In conclusion, my car is still plagued by problems caused by the incompetence of these professionals who seem to see clients as just numbers. AVOID THE INCONVENIENCE AND TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE! In this post I only mentioned one of the problems caused by them...but I had other problems also reported by other customers here in the reviews...they sold parts and services saying that they would improve this and that, but in the end it didn't change anything at all for better, they just took my money.

I got up Sunday morning to go to church. My car would not start. I called your Firestone store and spoke with Krystal. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. She took all of my info. I had my car jump started and drove to your store. I met with Krystal. I gave her my keys and took a seat. Everything was taken care of including a credit application. Krystal could not have been any more friendly and helpful.

THIS STORE WAS AMAZING!! I got up in the morning and prepared for a huge day at work only to find out my back tire was flat. In a panic, I went to Firestone at 7AM hoping by some miracle I could get in right away, get my tire repaired or replaced AND get to work on time. Well ,Crismery and her team were fantastic! They let me know they had a few early appointments but if she had room she's squeeze me in. The next thing I know, my car was in the back, tire repaired, and ready to roll in 35 minutes!!😲 On top of that, the tech came out to ask me if I wanted all of my tires filled to recommended air pressure, an extra step that added a little extra touch to the level of service. The day seemed like disaster at the start but the Team at Firestone turned that all around. Truly grateful!

I was stranded in Tampa when my car broke down at USF on Sunday night. I tried to make an appointment on the internet the night before but it didn’t go through. They took me anyway when my tow truck pulled up. They completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. Everyone one of them were kind and welcoming. I was so grateful for Firestone

Don't take your car here unless you want to lose it to careless damages done by their technicians. Went to get engine/oil service done and now my car is sitting at a dealership to go thru diagnostics on what they did. Refuse to refund me for the damages done and tried to lie about a manufacturer recall that didn't even pertain to my car's engine. Don't waste your time here unless you want to waste more money than you care to lose. They ruined my oil tank and engine. Please avoid. Zero star franchise, negative stars location. Not to mention their manager being nasty.

I had done engine repair worth 2500$ in Jan-22. I did not drive my car more than 3000 miles since then as I have alternate car. Last week engine misfire started and I called the store. Autozone did scanning for me and gave me PO300 - random misfire code. When I called store and asked for help I was told that I have to pay $136 for detailed diagnostics. The price across the door at Christian brothers automotive is 99$. I took my car there and found that ignition coils were bad. They Costed around 1000$ for 6 cylinder engine. I had to do replacement for 2 out 6 ignition coils. I am not sure if Firestone really put a new one on there. With just 3000 new miles they cannot go bad. On many occasions, I have got ridiculous price estimates from this shop. The other shop , showed me all the parts before installing and they even had photos and videos of what is actually bad. Estimates were much better too. I wouldn’t recommend this place for price and warranty of repair issues.

Please do not ever waste your money at this Firestone like I have, they put in low quality brake pads that started squealing less than 2 months after they were replaced, and they have now cost me new brake pads AND new rotors because the product they used irreparably damaged my front rotors. I’ve been scammed out of my money and I will never be returning here even if my car were to break down right next to the shop. -2 stars and a waste of my money.
