Absolutely terrible! DO NOT BOOK ANY APPOINTMENTS HERE. I made an appointment for just an oil change 2 weeks in advance and when I came into my appointment they said they weren't able to take me today. What is the point of an appointment? Terrible customer service.

Didn’t know left from right. Made an hour experience a four hour experience after having to return to let them correct their mistake. The advisor tried to make it right but their regional manager got in the way. I wouldn’t go back.

I called several Firestone locations around Tampa Bay to find one that could accommodate a last-minute appointment for two new tires, and Scott won me over. He was kind, articulate, and made sure to help me stay within my budget. I know the technicians must be exhausted after a long day, but StedRoy went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience. He took the time to explain everything and proudly showed me how precise and efficient his work was. Overall, a great experience – I’ll definitely be back! Over 23 years of experience here combined. I hope this review shows how valued your employees should be daily.

Sam, the person running the store, doing the work, answering the phone....made it a great experience. He was honest and trustworthy and in spite of being short staffed was extremely professional. He kept me updated during the process and worked to get my care serviced prior to the hurricane.

Took 5 trips to the shop for them to fix my brakes after billing me for unnecessary work, then billing me for the correct work. No refund on the original work completed. Had my car in their shop for days on end "waiting on parts". Also, someone at the shop tried to enroll me in a Firestone Complete Auto Care line of credit without my knowledge. I received a letter saying I was denied. I NEVER signed up for a card. The credit company said the SSN was incorrect and was filed fraudulently. Do not waste your money bringing your car here. Truly the worst.

Called with a flat tire, pumped up with air, drove down, Sam said he would get it done by 4:00, he was short two techs but he would get it done. Looked at tire, said it could not be patched because of age, sold me a new one, good deal. Left, got a call at 12:00 ish that it that the job was done. Sam said he knocked it out himself. Would highly recommend him and his shop. No appointment, drop off day I called @ 8:00. done in record time for a good price by the manager him self because he had two call-ins. That IS service, I am going to have the other 3 replace this week.

I made an appointment a week ago for today at 12 pm for an alignment, but when I arrived to the appointment I was told I had to wait 2-3 hours with no customers in the store all because I had an alignment for free for a promotion I had from some years ago, don’t buy any promotions from fire stone because they don’t end up actually granting it for you.

The guys here were able to properly diagnose some shaking I've had in my steering wheel. I'd definitely recommend them for anything wheel and suspension related.

I had a great experience there! Nick the technician did a great job doing an inspection on my car and Scott the manager of the store was very knowledgeable and was able to break down all the questions I had. Great customer service!

My 17 year old son who is in college got a flat. I called this location and explained to them the situation. They were very professional on the phone and assured me they would take care of everything. They took care of my son and we can't thank them enough. 10 stars

Great customer service! I came in needing the usual maintenance and left with all that done well! There was a little noise after I got my new brakes, and I was able to bring it back in immediately at no charge. I would definitely recommend this spot for all your car needs!

I have been coming to Firestone for roughly 10 years for my 03 frontier and it hasn't given me any trouble since they fixed it and I also go here every 3 months to get an aliment for my and my mother's car since we have the lifetime aliment. Great service and and straightforward honest people 👏 👍.

I'm guessing customer service sucks across the board at Firestone. Upon entering, with a smile, I said good morning, how are you? The guy snarled and said "What do"ya need?" I said wow,well I hope you're well!!! He assisted me and the work was good. This location was pretty spot on with their time frame and I was able to simply wait on my car. The mechanics were nice and professional and before leaving the guy at the counter appeared to be a little more pleasant, maybe bc I called him out . Overall, I won't be returning to this location as I'm big on customer service. At this point, I won't be returning to any Firestone after the warranty on my tires is up.

Poor customer service at this location. Added additional charges that should have been covered under warranty purchased. I have never been charged for these fees in all my years of purchasing tires at Firestone. Do not recommend this store. I will not be using this Firestone again. BTW, not my first bad experience at this location.

I had to bring my car back the day after it was serviced because the tech missed an important issue. I missed 2 days of work instead of the 1 I planned . But, their customer service is so top notch that I could not give a 1-star review. Nice mitigation, thank you.

Really great customer service and very efficient and fast. They knew how to mount and balance the tires on my Tesla and was able to get me in and out within twenty minutes. Also, Sam cracked jokes at the front desk and made my wait time go by even faster , just overall friendly people.
