This is the only Firestone location in town i trust & recommend, beware of other locations. Firestone's lifetime wheel alignment deal is great and i highly recommend for others.

I stopped in the shop late on a Sunday afternoon (almost at closing time). I was desperate as my tire was completely flat. My tire is an odd size, so Devonte was going to need to order it. Ultimately, the tire had to be ordered through a different shop. Despite Devonte knowing that would likely be the case, he still offered to put on my spare free of charge. That’s called being a good human and Devonte nailed it! Update on 6/7/24 I saw Dave (Manager of Vehicle Services) and his crew for routine maintenance at the Firestone on Oracle and Magee in Oro Valley. I showed up 40 minutes late for my appointment on a Friday afternoon and they were slammed with cars. Not only did they perform flawless service on my vehicle that evening, but they completed the work in one hour. I’m not sure if they have superpowers, but I’ll go with that line of thinking. Thanks fellas!! Ted Tengel Updated on 11/28/24 The folks over there just know how to solve problems. For example, the system showed that my tire was in stock. In reality, it wasn’t. So, without missing a beat, one of the techs drove to another Firestone and picked up the tire I needed. No time was wasted and I trusted the work that was done.

When I couldn’t start my car, I called Firestone and reached Roy. He was very helpful. AAA jump started the car and I drove it to Firestone. They tested and said I needed a new battery and they would have it when I got back from my event.

For many years, I would go to Oro Valley Firestone's neighbor (0.2 miles away) for any car service. Within the last two years, I grew frustrated due to what I felt was the "old school approach" of their operation. Details were missed, and communication was extremely poor. Since switching to Firestone, every experience has exceeded my expectations (not to stereotype, but especially with being a woman haha). The attention to detail, friendly staff, digital and verbal communication, and service updates from start to finish, is what keeps me coming back for what I know will be another great service. They've truly helped me understand my car better by educating me on what will help increase its longevity (especially with living in Southern AZ). I never felt that value at the other operation. Thank you, Firestone!

He’s a bright young man, kind and professional and very dedicated to his work. I believe Firestone should recognize and reward him for his efforts and ability to provide exceptional customer service.

The employees there are a pleasure to work with. They are polite and very helpful. I appreciated it greatly that they discussed my tire needs, and recommended an option that worked well for me, both in price and performance needs. When it was discovered that ( by error) the wrong size tire was ordered, they quickly found the correct size, and got them on my car asap. The employees explained this, apologized, and I received a discount for having to wait.

I really don't recommend coming here!!! 🤬 he is a thief with a nice smile… I come from Quebec in Canada and while doing a road trip in the USA I noticed that my car had problems. so i came here telling the problems i find my car has… After an inspection they told me that there was a $3,000 repair involved. that the windshield wipers need to be changed but they are new and that the brake fluid needs to be changed but I did it 2 months ago!! Very strange ! but the problem I found on mine was a strange noise in the engine and that I think comes from the accessory belt! So I was told that the belt had to be changed because it was worn. So I agreed to have it changed but unfortunately the noise was still there. they scammed me and robbed me, please be careful and don't go down I could explain even more but this is enough to tell you not to go there! No need to answer me to tell me to send you an email! I'm not from Tucson, it's my fault I trusted you

Sadly, another case of: mechanic trying to take advantage of an unsuspecting customer. My wife returned from an oil change stating that the tech told her that her battery "failed one of the tests"; the car continues to start without issue, and the battery appears to hold a charge fine. She used her better judgement and refused the new battery. Took the vehicle over to autozone and had them test it with the battery tester, came back perfect. The autozone worker stated that this is a common tactic mechanics use to get people to spend money unnecessarily - they enter incorrect numbers to the tester so that it produces an false failure on the battery. This was in addition to the rude interaction my wife had when she arrived. She scheduled the appointment with someone over the phone, then was told when she arrived that "we don't do early appointments". This kind of treatment is what you would expect from a lower level mechanic, not a Firestone. Do better.

Took a business vehicle here and they ignored my specific concern about a leaky tire. They said they rotated my tires they did not, bc the same leaky tire was still in the same spot after the rotation! Had to go back for them to fix my tire and they also started fixing other items I didn't ask for that day and kept me waiting. Also after I complained and went back to get the tire actually fixed, other issues started going wrong with my vehicle while on a road trip for work?! The cabin air filter was installed backwards, and my main air filter under the hood, the box wasn't closed, the clips were left open and it was sucking hot dusty air for the first half of my trip. Kinda a funny coincidence that after I complained my car's AC just went kaput and it's never had any issues... This place has no Integrity/ Honesty and I can't trust them, they couldn't even apologize, the service manager just kept making excuses. Please try some other places nearby, there are plenty. Firestone can't even live up to its own standards, how will they meet yours?

Absolute incompetence when repairing my AC. Had to go back 4 times and they still couldn't get it right. 2 months later, it went out again and I took it somewhere else and they had to reroute all the AC hoses that Firestone incorrectly installed and fix numerous other mistakes that Firestone made. Never, ever again.

Andrew the manager of this location is a horrible person. He had no professionalism, I have been coming to this location for over 5 years and never dealt with him directly but I noticed he treated his employees very bad. I only worked with Dave the service manager who is very understanding and worked diligently to get things done. Once I left this location I drove across the parking lot to another shop and was told whoever work on my vehicle last did a lot of damage and it cost me over $700 to repair what was done. When I contacted the corporate office I was brushed off and told I would get a call back. This is very unfortunate as I have been trusting this particular location in safely taking care of my vehicles I drive my family and kids in.

I had a nail in my tire. David had his guys fix it at no charge. They also noticed a small oil leak at the oil filter and fixed that. Everything took about an hour. Good job!

I'm visiting family in Tucson and my nephew informed me that my truck was leaking gas. I came to Firestone on N Oracle and was greeted promptly and mentioned my problem. Dave filled out the information he needed and my truck was looked at within 5 minutes. No problem with the truck, problem was a 5 gallon gas can I carried in the bed. The bungee cord came loose and the can tipped over and leaked gas. Dave charged me nothing. I'm thankful for Dave and his techs and any time I visit my brother and I have a vehicle issue, this is where I will come to have it fixed.

While on vacation in Tucson, I had an issue with my rental car the tonight before I have to drive back to Phoenix at 5am with my 2 year old. I was so nervous about something being wrong and when I walked in, I could tell they were busy, but Dave couldn’t have been any nicer and said he’d have a tech take a look and be sure we were safe driving back. I ended up having a rock stuck up in the wheel that was causing the awful sound and they got the issue fixed and I was on my way in no time! It was really nice to feel like someone cared and went above and beyond to make sure me and my son were safe on the road tomorrow! So grateful for their help!
