Service has gone down over the years at all of f the locations. I live a hour away from all the location and have lifetime products. Unfortunately, because where I live, I have to wait with my vehicle. I cannot drop it off If I want normal servicing like an oil change my lifetime alignment recheck, and my lifetime balancing rotation recheck I typically have to spend 3 to 4 hours sitting in the lobbies my last appointment. My tires were wore out. I’ve had barely a year and a half so they gave me a prorated fee. I had to save the money to schedule appointment. Oh well, we’ll have to reevaluate the tires now because I had to drive on them until I had the money. The saddest part about the whole ordeal is I worked for Firestone for 10 years? We never treated our customers like that and we never made them wait like that.

Not really happy with my last few dealings with this store. The trouble started when I requested an oil change and tire rotation. They missed the fact that a front tire had a nail. When is asked about it, they responded they did not see it. I use my car as a driver so this meant another half day lost as they plugged it. The plug did not hold and the tire needed to be replaced. Again another half day lost So they had the tires off 3 times and did Not tell me my brake pads were worn down. Within a week my brakes were squealing. These were the front brakes, they tires they worked on. Again I asked about this an the response I got was the new guy worked on the tires and didn't know to look at the brakes. Well of course, shit rolls downhill. Also he didn't check the air pressure either. That was something I also had to do the day after they replaced the tire. My tire pressure light came on at 4am before work. I realize now my mistake. I thought this company had integrity. So unless you remember to ask for everything from tire pressure checked to brake pads they wont mention it. Letting my brakes go to the point the rotors had been grounded is just mean. Being 68 and a single woman this is hard to pay for. I also had other done on the AC, and like everything else they managed to soak me. I can't recommend this company or this location especially

Advertisement says transmission fluid. Attending person said “we do not do that anymore” even in their wall backsplash says it. No good morning greeting, not feeling welcomed :(. Was going to be my first time at Firestone complete autocare. Never coming back.

Got a lifetime alignment the waiting area was very comfortable I wasn’t there more then 30 minutes the staff was very friendly the alignment was the best I’ve gotten from anywhere !

Absolutely horribly incompetent shop. Had my truck 3 separate times and could not figure out the source of the AC leak. I payed them thousands of dollars and now have to take it somewhere else because they obviously cannot fix it. Please avoid this shop at all costs

Car maintenance is costly and a pain in the you know what BUT the team here makes it a little more bearable. Great customer service. Skillful service technicians. They really do go out of their way to make sure you, and your vehicle, are taken care of.

Edit to come, car is being taken care of elsewhere. Have had nothing but issues since I had a basic oil change from here. Very disappointed, trusted this place since my first car decades ago and never had an issue with guality, service, products, they have always gone above and beyond, but having to pay over $100 for oil change and the next day it's all over my carport, they "fixed" the plug since that "wasn't in right" according to them, but have continuously been leaking oil since my visit, this car is rarely driven and they even confirmed how great everything looked, no cracks etc. Never again.

I brought in my wife’s car for service Saturday 7/20 and had Mike do a inspection on the car after the inspection he called and told me what it needed I approved everything and they car performed and rode 100 times better after pick up, I was so impressed with Mike and his crew that I brought my vehicle in the next day for a complete service and was amazed on how much better my car performed also. He completed both cars the same day they where dropped off and had great customer service, thank you

I had an appointment set for 3 PM that I was 15 minutes early too. I sat in the lobby until 415. I was told several times my car was next to while watching other cars get pulled in. Half the employees were standing around talking about how they wanted to get off and go do something and the other half were standing around in the shop. When I left because I couldn’t get any service I was told good luck getting any better service anywhere else. In my experience every other place has better customer service than this shop. The employees are completely inconsiderate of your time. Have no sense of urgency and are completely disrespectful to customers.

I have the alignment for life. I scheduled an appointment with Mike over the phone a week prior for 10 a.m., and I live over an hour away. I arrived 40 minutes early, and they took my car in right away and they were thorough. They had my car inspected and aligned BEFORE my appointment time. Mike was the only person at the front (they had a meeting for all the front office employees) and he handled the chaos with grace. He made sure everyone was greeted and seen and also provided excellent customer service to myself and individuals on the phone. Mike didn't try and up sell me on services, and made me feel at ease being a female alone that could be pressured to do something unnecessary. I highly recommend this location and Mike deserves a raise for excellent and swift service!

Stopped here when our ac stopped working on the way back to Austin, TX!! The tech Mike was extremely helpful and told me straight out that it was just the connector that was loose. So honest and great customer service, I really appreciated the speedy service too.

TECHNICIAN FAILED TO INSTALL STEM CAPS ON 3 OF 4 VALVE STEMS - CUSTOMER WONDERS IF OLD VALVE STEMS WERE REUSED (OLD TIRES HAD ALL STEM CAPS REMOVED BEFORE THE CAR WAS BROUGHT INTO THE SHOP) - CARELESS MISTAKE AND WELL BELOW FIRESTONE STANDARDS. MIKE DOMINGUEZ PS. I BUSTED TIRES FOR GOODYEAR AS A COLLEGE STUDENT.

Very friendly, I don't feel like folks are upselling services that aren't needed, I always get tire pressure checks when I stop by and request it. Knowledgeable staff, I've been coming here for 7 years.

Everyone I interacted with was great. Both on the phone and in person. Service was completed in a timely manner. Charges at the end matched the quoted charges. A convenient location. We have taken multiple vehicles here and service has always been good. In fact, we have taken vehicles that another shop could not fix and they diagnosed and repaired in a day. Would highly recommend.

I can send pics if needed. The hack unprofessional "screw the next guy" is strong and alive there at firestone. I even talked to manager prior to doing work. Letting him know I am "that guy" and knowledgeable. What I got was chewed up hardwear on my 90,000 dollar jeep. And a bad realignment of tie rod placements. (Tie rods were put in a "bind" position. They would have, for sure, prematurely worn out. Or at extream, broke. Then or possibly a nasty car accident? Deaths maybe? Lawsuits? And the steering stabilizer was NOT realigned. It hit the front differential cover, which left marks and could have broke if I did not notice. The steering stabilizer is 300 bucks alone. This makes me wonder. All the other uninformed people that got screwed by "slap the fix and send it" all the prematurely parts wearing out. The hack work and wrong tools used. Not exeptable. Nor is the "hack crafmanship". Expensive car or not so expensive. Quality and care should be the same.

I am not one to leave a lot of reviews because I generally think people should do what they’re supposed to do, but this was a very special exception. I was in Tucson for medical reasons and had a blown out tire on my car as I was getting on the highway on Ina road. For regrettable reason I purchased a Tesla (which now doesn’t have roadside warranty at 50,000 miles) so I was stuck on the side of the road, right before the highway with a BLOWN out tire… I was stuck in the middle of the road with almost all the other tire shops either closed or not able or willing to help… and I needed to get back home to my kids… Andrea at Firestone not only offered to help but went above and beyond to make necessary calls to get the rare tire and get me on the road… Having worked in the service and medical service business for all of my life, I have rarely encountered anyone at the front desk. Who still has that same work ethic and is genuinely kind… I’m grateful for this angel to show up on one of my worst days and make a difference in my life…. Thank you ANDREA and thank you Firestone for having such a wonderful employee!!!

I called to schedule an appointment to take advantage of their lifetime alignment special for April. Told them it was a newer Tesla Model 3 and confirmed that the Ina location can perform the alignment. The person over the phone confirmed that their store is one of the only locations in Tucson that can complete an alignment on a Model 3. I then again asked to please confirm as this location is about 45min-1hr away from as the local Firestones told me and respectfully refused to schedule an appointment knowing they couldn't perform the alignment, person agreed that yes, we are good to go. I get there the day of the appointment and I am told that they have never performed an alignment for Tesla vehicles here and that Firestone overall cannot service the vehicles whatsoever. Great thanks for the wasted trip, something that could have been communicated over the phone the first time around.
