This Crew Is, The Best In Tucson!! They got two of our Off the side of the Trail or Road "Roadside Service" Jeeps back to perfect in a Few Hours... Back in streets doing roadside services the Same day. Priceless. Thank You All Again.

This is the worst Firestone store in Tucson I am a terminally disabled veteran and they are just disrespectful rude unprofessional I will never go to this place again is a matter of fact I will never use Firestone again

I have a firestone card, I have been coming here for 5 years, the staff are astounding... the problem is they are VERY limited on what they can do, they can do basic car care and thats about it. they have no one who can do electrical work, they are not a complete auto care center or a "take ur car here to fix it." I take it here for tires, Brakes, and regular Oil Changes Fred is good Rene is amazing

Do NOW USE THIS PLACE! Took my car in and the CSR said it would be ready by the end of that day! He knew they didn't have the part. The vehicle was there overnight bc the part had to be shipped from Phoenix. Next day, the CSR still didn't know if he could have it ready bc the part had not arrived. They make promises they can't keep just to tie your car up. Will not use them ever again!

👎👎👎👎👎 Horrible customer service! You wouldn't know they were earning their living through their customers by the way they treat them! I called last Thursday afternoon to find out what time they close because I had a flat. I was told 6:00 p.m. I get there at 5:20 to find a note on the door and no one in sight! Why did the guy tell me 6:00 p.m. when I called? I drove straight to Discount Tire! They got me right in hooked me up and had me out the door before 7:00! That's right, they stayed to help their customer & didn't leave work early & left customers hanging! Don't go to Firestone! I recommend Discount Tire! It's right around the corner & they actually care about their customers!! 👎👎👎👎👎

Dropped my tires off at 9am just to come back after waiting 3 hours for them to tell me “We haven’t gotten to them yet”. Very ridiculous I wont be back.

My wife wrote this review - Firestone/Tucson, Broadway Store # 029629. The first service writer (John?) did not tell me they were short staffed until I asked 35 minutes after my 10 AM appt why my car was still sitting outside. He said it could be as much as 10 to 40 minutes more before they got to me. When I asked if I could take my car across the parking lot to Walmart to get a protein drink (i.e. medical condition/delayed appt) he said - if someone else came while I was gone I would LOSE my place in line (For an appt!). I thought this was absurd and showed it with my attitude, he didn't budge. So I had to stay. Luckily the forty minutes turned into 10. At that time I apologize for being short with him, he was about to try to justify his position, when I just put put my hand up and he stopped talking. Now I don't know how long an AC check up is supposed to take but they had my car back there for a full hour. The only reason the score is 2 and not 1 is because a different service writer checked me out. I'm going back to another Firestone. UPDATE: The Broadway store gave me a diagnostic for major a/c work over $2,400. Being skeptical by then then I took it to another Firestone. Their new diagnostic showed no major problem, only minor compression depletion expected for a 12 year old car. They did find I was very low on coolant. So they added some with dye. (No charge for the diagnostic, just the coolant). When I went back a few months later there were no coolant leaks. hmmm. Interesting.

Traveling from Waco Texas to Tucson AZ for a Funeral. Early Sunday night check engkine lght came on and tires need to be refilled....Sunday night ugh. Found a Firstone nearby that opened up at 7am. Was ther 7:01 to plead my cse to try to fit me in. Gentlleman at the counter super friendly and said they had to unload the truck that just came in and then would fit me in. I was out of there in less then 45 minutes. I could have kissed him! Awesome service!!!! Mucho thanks from Kathy

I booked an appointment at 1pm. When I showed up they said it would be 3 hours. I asked 3 hours to do an alignment? They said no, 3 hours before we can work on your car. Why did I make an appointment?

This Firestone location is the best! I don’t live near them but I will always take my car here. The store manager Fred is amazing and great at communicating. Him and his team work fast and efficiently. I would recommend anyone who needs their car worked on to come here.

Lack of choices vs other tire shops staff was very sparse but friendly ended up buying elsewhere . Some ads online for this business were not available at my visit time.

My service writer did a great job of encouraging me to get what I needed without being too pushy. He has a nice manner about positively nudging the customer towards what they need. He is what got me to make my purchase @FS ElCon.

Stay away from this shop. Having purchased a lifetime alignment several years ago for my Tacoma, I like to have alignment rechecked and adjusted every couple of years. Problem started when I took Tacoma in for alignment check. Firestone made adjustments to factory specs, when truck does not have factory suspension. I noticed severe rub immediately, but have dealt with it. Took in today to have caster adjusted, moved back to where they were before they set to factory stick suspension settings. After inspecting, tech said alignment was in factory specs and would not adjust. Recommended I take to a performance shop They caused the tire rub and now will not make necessary adjustments to correct.

My initial encounter with the man at the front desk was a little rude. I was explaining the issues and I was being turned away saying I needed to go to a dealership but I insisted if they can look at it and turns out I needed a new battery that they were able to fix. The mechanic that spoke to me after everything was completed was very nice and explained everything to me.

Very friendly and gave me a fair estimate. They also have in-house financing for large expense repairs. First time here, but will be back for future needed repairs.

Took vehicle in to get a flat tire repair, they mentioned it wouldn't probably be ready till next day due to current workload. I was surprised to hear back that same day and I was able to pick up my vehicle same day. Great service
