I ended up having to get additional services than what I initially came in for. This can be frustrating for the consumer because of finances and just unexpected car problems in general. Sergio went above and beyond to explain the charges and work that was going to be done. He was patient with me and even in moments when we had to go back over the details several times; his tone and professionalism stayed respectful. I truly appreciate our interchange today because he continued to make me feel valued and heard without getting upset.

I had low tire light come on and the guys stayed a little late to make sure my tires were ok. This was extremely nice considering it just started snowing. I was so thankful that they made sure my tires were safe to drive on.

Dropped my vehicle without an appointment and in addition to the reason for my initial visit they were able to handle a couple of other needs while my vehicle was there. Service was completed in time frame promised. Will continue to use this location. Blaine was informative and kept me in the loop advising of estimated costs throughout the service appointment.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed in the service here lately. I have been taking our cars here for years for routine maintenance and overall had been happy with the service. Recently I made an appointment for my 70yo mother here just to have her car’s oil changed, and upon arrival the guy told her they didn’t have time for her and couldn’t fit her in even though she had an appointment. He said she should have gotten an email that morning saying they were full (which she never did and the online schedule had appointments open all day). I understand things happen and schedules fill up, but that should not be an excuse for the lack of care my elderly mother received. Kind words go a lot further than “I don’t know what to tell you, we are full and can’t help you today”. We decided to take our business elsewhere since they seem to have “more than enough” customers.

Got new tires here and they scratched the heck out of my rims. There’s this ugly circular pattern (I assume from the machine they use to mount tires) on each of my 4 wheels. The fact they didn’t say anything about it or attempt to fix it says a lot about a business. I’m not a confrontational kind of person and really thought it was just some kind of residue but after a year, the flaws haven’t changed a bit and they remain on each wheel. I should have complained back when it happened but that’s on me. I can’t recommend going here for tires because of this experience.

I don't know much about the inner workings of my car, but I continue to use this Firestone location for my car maintenance needs. It's more affordable than the dealership. I feel comfortable with the staff that I interact with at the front desk. The employees usually talk to me rather at me [or worse...down to me].

I was recommended to come to the location on 41st and Yale. the mechanics that I encountered were very nice. Gleb was very helpful, and very nice. he listened to my concerns, and try to help me out the best way he could. The other mechanics even liked my shoes 😊. The first mechanic took down my information, and treated me very fair. I'm hoping in the near future to get my car serviced by Bridgestone Firestone. and I appreciate the care and concern they give. I would recommend this location, or any Firestone location for an inspection of your car, or to take care of your car needs.

Better off going to Meineke. They will break parts on your vehicle and refuse to fix them unless you pay even more money for “diagnosis” although that part was in 100% working order. They will also talk down on any and all women that walk through their doors.

Gleb at 41st and Yale Firestone genuinely helped us with our flat tire. It took him less than 20 minutes to get us back on the road. Grateful for the Firestone customer service in 41st and Yale. Bad experience- We were coming from the 71st and Riverside Firestone; which had one technician and closed at 6pm? The technician was closing and sent us to another location about 5 mile’s away. It was unpleasant experience.

-Sergio, Charles, and the rest of the Firestone technicians have provided Rockstar service!! I recall bringing in a 23 yr old vehicle (I currently own) for a pre-purchase inspection. -Once the inspection was completed, the service advisor asked me to come with him into the shop area. He listed the issues that needed attn corresponding w/ the inspection paperwork. Not only did he explain/show the analysis of the interior/exterior status in layman terms, he also pointed out issues issues while we were underneath the car. Wow!! -This service was all performed for only $10...YEAH...you all are reading this correctly. Let that sink in! LOL -Remarkable customer service!!! That all said, I easily decided to do business w/ them from then on.

I took a friend in who had torched their front passenger tire, and Firestone was one of the few places opened on a Sunday...I asked for the front two tires to be replaced (something I'd heard about FWD) and, the CSR overhearing my friend complaining of the steep price, offered to replace just the one tire and save her some money. Charles then went onto explain the mechanics of why it was okay with this car (and most FWD's as it turns out). Good people!

I will never come back. I’ve been back twice now because the oil Pressure light keeps coming back on. Twice they’ve told me they forgot to reset something/did it wrong. Now I’m having to go back again and hope that on a third return trip they’ll actually fix it. I am extremely unhappy. Worst experience ever.

These guys are awesome. I just moved to Tulsa, and before I left Texas I knew I needed new brakes, I just didn’t realize how urgently. Well, the hills of Oklahoma let me know. They got me in the same day, were super upfront about costs, and got me new brakes fast. From their counter to their techs, everything went great. I will definitely be back for any other automotive needs.

They will tell you they have the exact tools/equipment for the job you need done and still refuse to do it :)
