Was travelling 16 hours from Missouri to New Mexico in a car rental and discovered the car needed an immediate oil change...(rental company had not checked prior to sending car out). Called this Firestone location when I was about an hour out from their location and they were immediately willing to help and get me in...arrived and was in and out in 25 minutes...appreciate the immediate help and assistance.

We always come to Firestone, and this specific one has a great staff. The desk people are so friendly, and they just want to help get what you need They are not super pushy about extras, mention the store credit card casually not in a pushy manner, and have a lot of patience and knowledge. The mechanics are doing their best and take their time to ensure YOUR car gers the necessary attention and will be driving safely again once they're done. They tell you what else they saw wrong with it. When we came, we asked if the mechanic would just fix 2 of the small problems they found while we were still there, and he did it without needing a second appointment. It isn't the cheapest place, but the service and work are legit, and somethings like their tires have a mileage guarantee so you can get them replaced if they get worm down before your time comes.

Set an appt for a tire repair. Almost 2 hours later I got a call saying that they couldn’t get me in because they had only scheduled one employee. I fail to see how poor management on their part means that I need to run all over Tulsa to get my Firestone tire repaired. Hands down the worst Firestone experience I’ve ever had.

Everything went great, and the technicians addressed and fixed the issue with my car in just over an hour. The only reason I did not score it higher is because of the facility itself. The building is really showing its age, the furnishings are old and worn, and the television was not working. If my time waiting for my repair was more comfortable, I would have rated it 5/5.

My truck was in one shop for tires had to come to this place for alignment and magically they found over 700 dollars of stuff wrong with my truck

The sign says they open at 7:00 am but there’s no one on site. I waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up to open the store.

I went in for a tire replacement and an ac repair. It was a pretty intense ac repair but they were able to get my car back to me the next day and they even picked me up.

The employees at this location took very good care of my daughter's Jeep that had been to another Firestone in OKC and it was discovered by the Tulsa location that they didn't complete their work correctly and fix it for her and now her Jeep rides much better in addition to fixing a broken tail light and that was why she was there in the first place

Came in this Friday morning to buy tires for my truck,there was a woman and a man waiting in the lobby getting work done, when I came in there was nobody at the service desk,I waited and waited no body came,the door makes a ding when it is open,I had cash in my hand ready to buy tires but not here

Absolutely great service!! On my way to Tulsa my car signaled low tire pressure as it's 18 degrees outside! So I was in the 31st and. 169 area I stopped at 2 air pumps both took my money and only let air out of my tires! 😩 I spotted this Firestone and decide to pull in and ask if I could use their air hose. The nicest young man behind the counter said to pull around to the service door. This perfect gentleman checked and filled all four tires and refused payment! That man's parents raised him right! Thank you very much young man, ony wish I had gotten his name. Top notch service,,I will be bringing my vehicles all the way here from Pryor, Oklahoma to buy tires! Highly recommend

Came in for alignment after making an appointment. Waylan is the man to speak to. The service was great overall, as well as work done on my truck. I've always trusted Firestone and still do to this day. Will definitely go back again for future services.

Shop manager Matt was super antagonistic the whole time. Polite to other customers but very rude to me as I was getting a nail out of my tire. Do not recommend I wouldn't come back here if it was the last Firestone.

Decent service: If you buy tires, be sure to get the road hazard coverage, which has saved me hundreds of dollars.

It took them 2 days to replace a Civic starter. Wanna know why? I told them it’s a ‘12 Civic LX and they transposed the VIN and quoted parts for a 2016 Civic EX that cost double what my car does. This set them back a full day……in 2023. Never Again. The next day I noticed they forgot to tighten my radiator cap and it’s been leaking. Thanks again Firestone!!

Took my car in the them for an oil change and tire rotation. They didnt reset the tire sensors therefor had to take it back cause the dash display was wrong on whoch tire was low. The guy there didnt even give me receipt for what was done on my car. Missed the mark.
