I have always used Firestone because i have found them trustworthy and dependable. I also appreciate the 6 month same as cash plan. Also the staff at my Firestone finds coupons and discounts to help me out😁

Absolute cheating with prices at this location bu the manager himself. Management not even aware that credit card requires hard credit check. Would be great if the area manager could know about this. I can prove the cheating by the management. PS: I see that the store owner replied to this review. What is the point of reaching out to the owner when the owner himself is the cheater. I would rather like to reach out to someone from higher authorities.

I felt robbed because I had a tensioner and a crankshaft pully replaced. They are super close to each other and yet I was charged labor for both. To me it was not trying to help a customer. I don't know how I could recommend someone like that.

I really enjoy Firestone. They are always really nice and are upfront on what my cars needs are and are conscious about prices. As a lady I never feel taken advantage of, but more informed of what my car needs as it gets older.

Don’t go here. They don’t know what they are doing. I took my car up there and when they were done it was worse. If i had the chance to give them zero stars i would and we can’t even get a refund they said they did an oil change but they did not

I had a flat tire, and I tried to set up an appointment for Saturday. I got a call and Elaine said, we are booked solid through Monday. But she said if, you can come in and wait, I will try to work you in. She did. Waiting was comfortable and eventually I got a report. The tire can't be fixed, and I bought a new one. And they offered to clean my battery cables. So I had all that done. Everyone was professional and nice. I appreciated getting worked in.

Took my nephews car in 9/28 around 930-10am. Was advised they would run diagnostics on it (after I showed a paper of what we needed done from a previous place) and that was around $100. They did not get that done until 1-2pm. Which is okay assuming they were busy. We get an all with everything that is wrong with it (5,000 worth) and we tell Matt we will just stick with the VVT solenoid and oil change plus labor. Put us at $481.78. He calls around 3 and says it’s done. My nephew gets dropped off at to pick it up and he was advised to test drive it. My nephew states it runs worse than what it was and still won’t go over 25-30mph. The guy at the front states well you can leave it here and we can look at it tomorrow. I’m not sure why it wasn’t fixed correctly the 6 hours it was there and why we were told it was fixed if it wasn’t. He asked for a refund and was advised the manager has to do that and to call in the morning. So I call today and the “service manager” states he cannot give a refund and is not sure why “Adrian” would advise us that but “Matt” would call us in the morning. They were so quick to take the $481.78 for a car they did not fix. Do not go here. We have been given the run around and they don’t seem to care about fixing the cars or their issues. He cannot pay someone else to work on his car until he gets the money refunded.

Amazing service, the lady on the inside is great people person and had fun conversations with. The crew of mechanics are some of the best. They have a low turn around and most of them have been there for 7+ years so you know they know what they are doing and do it right!

The lady that is at the front is very rude and has an attitude. That's why I stopped going. 2 brand new AC compressors and my AC still didn't work. They told me that was the issue and that the air is working fine. As you can see from the reviews they don't know how to fix AC.

I had a leak in my air conditioning system. Found out i needed the entire a/c unit replaced. Was told i have a one year warranty. Same issue happened again. Called and they told me it’s within a year, bring it back. Upon looking at my car they said i went over the mileage limit which voids the warranty. That was never mentioned. They said the manager would call and could possibly work something out. I haven’t heard nothing. Mileage has nothing to do with a leak and trying to hide behind a technicality that was never mentioned. Terrible customer service. Will never go to another firestone or its affiliates

Absolutely terrible place to bring your car.. took my car up here to get a sensor changed, nothing too difficult by the time they were done my whole radio and dash system didn't work which is crazy because the sensor was under the hood no where near all that stuff, then when I bring it to their attention they tell me there's nothing they can do about it until I threw a fit and they fixed it. Fast forward a couple months and I need an inspection on the car so I think maybe I'll try a different location and have better luck, not the case. I called before I even drove my car an hour to get there just to make sure they would be able to get me in that day, they said absolutely bring it in then after I drove an hour and arrived I'm told oh I'm sorry ma'am we don't have that technician in today come back tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, repeat process, same thing again, then again the next day. So now that I've driven up there 3 times without even getting my car looked at I FINALLY get a technician today, the fourth time I've had to drive up here.. wait for hours only for them to tell me they can't do the inspection for whatever reason then still tried to charge me $110!?!? For an inspection that I didn't get?? Then get back in my car to leave only to realize that once again in a different location my radio and dash system is not working. This place is trash do not take your car here!!!!

They lied about things that need to be fixed on my car. I went in to get my brakes done. After they looked at my car I needed a motor mount, control arm, straut and front and back brakes and roters.

I told the guy on the phone that I had a small oil leak and needed my tires rotated/balanced (which I got the lifetime warranty when I purchased them from Firestone). $50 later it’s a gasket (which they probably screwed up on my last oil change), and an oil pressure SWITCH, that will cost $500 to fix?!?! Also, it would’ve been nice to know that it was going to cost me $50 to check for an oil leak! And they never rotated my tires because they said they were too bald!! And they have 1/4” of TREAD!?!? So, of course they wanted to sell me a new set of tires for $650! THEN, they said that the suspension arm on one of my tires was loose and needed replacing. The car steers great…never had an issue with it! Of course those two $99 parts are going to cost me over $1,200 to replace?!?! My car’s not worth more than $3,000 and they’re trying to get me to spend over $2,500 on it? Not anymore Firestone…I’m tired of your constant demand to UPSELL!!! Sincerely Disgusted

The associate at the front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable. I went in to have a diagnostic check done on my car. The technician did the scan, the details were made available to me as well as my options and price of the repairs. They didn't try to sell me anything extra that I didn't want or need. I was in and out hassle free.
