I really APPRECIATE EACH AND EVERY WORK AT THIS LOCATION!!! I called at 5:35pm after getting off and not realizing they closed at 6pm. They were kind enough to stay since I was really needing my car serviced and were all so kind! Firestone has a new customer! I advised I needed to still get my child and they advised to get my child and travel safely. Once again thank you so much!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE. Truthfully I've taken both my cars here allowing many opportunities for them to do better. I understand some things being out of their control but their communication is horrible. Nico is rude as could be. Everytime my husband or I call. We never get straight answers. My car was put in to have a control arm replaced and few minor repairs it took 3 weeks. Then they didn't even set the bushing in correctly so now I have to go more time without a vehicle which I can't do until my husband's car is out of the shop. My husband's cooper went in for 2 issues a fuel leak and suspension noise. They only submitted a claim to fix the leaking fuel which were simply seals. This task which as a mechanic could have been repaired in less than the 4 1/2 weeks we waited for only the fuel leak being repaired. We again we're provided horrible communication. We had to call constantly to find out things because they never called. So 2 months later we are still waiting for my husbands car to leave the shop, so we can then take my car to another place to fix the mistake they made trying to repair my car. I may be a female but I'm not stupid nor is my trained mechanic husband either. If you can avoid A. Not working with silverrock but also B. Not working with This Firestone you then may have more success of your car being repaired correctly.

I called yesterday trying to make an appointment for an alignment, they told me they don't do appointments right now. I took my car today at 7.00 am for the alignment, long hair guy at the register told me it would be quick. I came back about 4 hours after that, they told me they haven't done anything, that it would be done at some point through the day. I don't known why they didn't do anything if they don't do appointments, but thats fine. They made me waste my time

I brought my car here a month ago for a balance. They tell me I can get my tires balanced by who had replaced my tires (Walmart) and persuaded me into getting new back tires. I agreed and was not able to get my tires balanced by Walmart as they had just sold them to me and not installed them, so came back to Firestone for what appeared to be the good tire deal, balance, oil change, and alignment. They said all they could not get to was my alignment. My oil change was sketchy was it displayed I drove 2,000 miles in just two weeks. The shaky wheel problem I came in with was also not fixed. A month later, I go somewhere else and am told that Firestone did not even attempt to balance my tires they charged me for this.

This location went above and beyond today. They were running a little late opening the shop this morning and my wife and I were trying to get a last minute oil change before leaving town. They made every effort, with the utmost professionalism, to get us in and out as quick as they could and even offered a discount for the oil change, for the inconvenience. The have great customer service!

Tire blew out and came here for a replacement. They took care of it and a oile change quick and painless. They also found several other things I should get do so I scheduled those for another day at 8am. When I showed up for my appointment at 8am the shop was closed. Waited 15 minutes for them to open and even tried calling but never got ahold of anyone and ended up leaving.

Terrible service, 20 minutes waiting for the guy who answers, he stopped talking on the phone so I could be helped, and in the end he didn't help me, saying he would come back tomorrow! I don't understand why they make an appointment, of course, to waste people's time!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. I had my car looked at for a 100,000 mile check. They had my car at 8:30 a.m. (With an appointment) I didn't get called until 3:30pm that my car had been looked at and that then I had an hour and a half to come pick it up because they were closing early- for no reason. I was not given a reason they were closing, nor was I given an apology for the inconvenience, and it was a huge inconvenience to arrange childcare and to come pick my car up. The man at the front desk could not have cared less about the huge inconvience he put me in and I think he just didn't want to hold the shop open until 6pm that day. They told me I needed a new axle on my car that I had recently JUST replaced- WITH THEM. I took my car to local repair shop to double check and low and behold- NOTHING was wrong with it. This shop is an utter scam. Do not take your car here. They do not care about you, your time, or your vehicle.

Believe all the bad reviews. Place is 100% scam shoP. I'm here now at 7:00am to pick up my vehicle before they destroy it and guesse what? They don't open till 8:00. It says the times were updated 3 weeks ago but clearly the opening time online and the actual time dosnt match. First red flag🚩. So I come in for a full diagnostic, thats all. I figured any place could do I full diagnostic. I go talk to the manager "oh yea we put it in our machine and it's much better than the little feee scan tool autozone uses" I say cool, I'm goin out of town be back in 2 or 3 days. I get a call from them the next day while I'm on my trip. "Our technicians have figured out what's wrong with your car, here's an estimate for blah blah whatever: I'm thinking to myself that their machine has picked up on something. I tell them to fix it thinking that these were honest mechanics who had did a thorough job. These dirty mfers overcharged me on parts and labor only to call back and say oh yeah it needs a timing chain now. I figured it needed a timing chain before I took it in and had talked to the manager before hand and specifically told him that I'm shopping for a new motor and just want to see if I can affordable salvage the motor I have. Instead of doing the right thing and saying "yeah it needs a timing chain" they charge me for bs that I could have easily fixed myself and tell me that it's just part of the repair process. If u are a real mechanic it would have been obvious that those small repairs wouldn't have fixed the issue. I knew that much and I'm just the average guy that works on cars. When I spoke to the mechanic and explained that to him this was his response. "Well u signed off on the repairs".... sorry low down needing money scam shop is what it is. I wouldn't trust them to fix my tires. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm here now doing push ups waiting out front for them to open in the hopes that I will calm down before I snap on one of these guys. Do yourself a favor and find another place. BELIVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS!!! Update. Avoid this place at all cost. They burned out my starter. I watched them do it. I saw them in the shop using a battery Jumpstart which is messed up because i just bought a brand new battery litteraly not even a week ago so they must have just left it on all night. I watched one of them crank and crank and crank my car and I'm thinkin, what did they do? Surely it still starts? They then pushed it out the side and it won't crank at all. Now the car won't start at all and they pushed it out the side of the shop. I'm waiting on the tow truck rn and just got off the phone with corporate. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not trust these people. Yea their may be some people who have good experiences but I've seen the worst. I drove my car up here for a simple diagnostic and now am having to get it towed back home. 100% scam shop. 2nd update: just picked up my battery from autozone and they have destroyed it... smh if u are reading this and u take ur car to this shop. It's ur own fault 3rd update: I now fear that my life may have been at risk due to the negligence of these people. My brother brought in an extra battery because the window had been rolled down and we wanted to at least protect it from the elements while finding a new mechanic to check it out. To my horror the instant we hooked up the new battery their was a loud noise coming from the starter and a horrible smell of burnt rubber. I tried to roll up the window but all the instruments were unresponsive. My bro quickly disconnected the battery and instantly noticed how hot it was. We all no what can happen if a battery gets to hot and I have a doge charger so the battery is in the trunk right next to the fuel tank... we could have been seriously injured had he not responded in time to disconnect the cables. There is no way the car could have been in this condition when I drove it up to the shop a few days ago. 4th update. They damaged the flywheel on my vehicle. I will need to take out transmission to fix it. I'm definitely taking them to court

I have been going to this location for many years for all of my car needs and I’ve never had anything other than amazing customer service and assistance until this week. On Tuesday my check engine light came on so I stopped by around 430 to see if they could use their diagnostic tool super quick to tell me what the problem was. There was nobody in the front office for quite some time so I walked out to the Bay Area and was informed that they did not have the key to the box where the tool was kept and that they were closing early at 5 for a meeting. Cool,not a problem, it happens, and I’ll come back. On Wednesday I came by at 435 to have them tell me what the problem was. Spoke to a guy, forgot to get his name, stating that he could not help me because they were “closing soon” and by soon he meant and hour and a half later and that there was simply no way they could help me. The parking lot was empty besides my vehicle. The lobby was empty except for one person and the bays were not filled with cars. It absolutely felt like he just did not want to help me AT ALL. Left and drove to O’Reilly Auto Parts at 91st and Yale and within 5 minutes they were able to tell me what was wrong, how much it would probably cost, and even gave me recommendations on who to call. It was disheartening to feel so completely disregarded at a place that I had come to trust and believe in. I would give my review 2 stars but decided to leave it at 3 because of my really great past experiences.

Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They said they felt the front left tire was worn and ready to replace. I had already checked it, and while it is getting closer, I felt it still had a fair bit of life in it and chose not to replace it. They refused to rotate the tire, even when I pressed and said I would like the older tire moved to the rear like I had originally asked. And they still charged for the tire rotation, saying it was part of the vehicle inspection package, even though they didn't do it. They said it was policy. It's a policy designed to force people to buy a tire before they are ready. Will never go back again. Done with Firestone. You could tell the kid working the counter could not possibly care less.

This place is absolutely horrible. Damien is particularly rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. They gave us a price one day, then increased it over $200 the next day saying it was taxes. When that was questioned they just kept making stuff up. It took several days to do something simple and any time we called they were completely unprofessional, even telling my husband they needed to help other people. Another service parts store even told us how they were overcharging. Just a ridiculous experience. Do NOT use this joke of a shop.

Damien is so great he makes sure I can afford the fixes and makes sure to give me the correct fixes every single time. He doesn't mind when I call him 3 or 4 times in a day checking on the car and he always calls back. Niko did some amazing work on my car everything runs and drives perfectly

I have been using Firestone Service Centers for over 20 years. This one has the same quality as I am used to receiving from Firestone. I especially like that they give you clear estimates ahead of repairs so that there are no surprises when you get ready to leave.

My car arrived Monday at 8:00am and I did not receive my car until 2:00pm Friday . There was no communication with me about the status of my car and when I did receive communication it was false. I also picked up my car and there was a dent in my car and the technician did not take accountability for the accident but instead blamed me.

I took my 16' Mazda over to Damon and his crew after another car care place stopped in the middle of work, due to a misunderstanding and told me to leave their property. Damon and his crew was called upon to redo what i had asked the other people to do and double check everything. Damon and his crew has given me a piece of mind and has earned my business. They listen, they do what i had asked them to do, and given me recommendations on next repairs.

Paid for the Complete Inspection Plus. Technician did not remove undercover splash shield to reveal coolant leak. They Informed me that the coolant was low and I needed an oil change but did not completely inspect underneath the car for leaks. Found leak after I got home when I decided to change the oil myself. Really disappointed for I paid for something and did not get it. I called immediately to inform them of the situation and asked weren’t leaks a part of the Complete Inspection Plus and I was told yes it was. They told me I could not immediately bring the car back to confirm what I was saying because the technician that looked at my car was off work that day. Really. This is a Firestone location not the Technician himself. I will not be returning to this Firestone location and would not recommend anyone to go to it. I was observing the technicians body language and enthusiasm, in which there was a complete lack off. Which is the reason I decided to change my own oil. Complete disappointment.

Staff and service is top notch! We were out of town at a hotel. We came out to a flat, changed to a donut and came to Firestone. They checked for leaks and found none. They said sometimes people will let the air out of tires at hotels. They put the tire back on for free and had us back on the road in no time.

WARNING!!! Don't go here unless you want to buy things you don't need to yet. My mother normally goes to the Firestone at 41st and Yale and she's never had a problem. We moved a few months ago and the location on 71st and Riverside was closer so we tried this one for the first time. We'll NEVER be back!!!! She's always gone to Firestone to get her oil change and her tires rotated. And she's always made an appointment as well. After waiting an hour and a half for an oil change and a tire rotation we were done. But not before we were told she needed 3 new tires, that her brake fluid looked "gunky", and that she needed a new cabin air filter that she replaced not long ago. Oh and we were told the nail in her tire was "unfixable". We pulled the tire off the car and found the nail. In the TREAD!!! Which is a totally fixable location. Apparently someone didn't want to do their job that day. Or they wanted to make more money off a older lady who "didn't know what she was doing". We'll never be back to this location. And we'll be sure to tell all our friends and family to not go to the Firestone on 71st and Riverside unless you want to waste money on things that weren't a problem!!

Just had a set of Firehawk AS V2 put on my Passat Wagon at this location and everything was 5 star. Damon and staff were very professional and showed me several different choices. Everything went well and I was in and out in about an hour. Rides like a new car. Great job, will definitely be returning to this location.

A friend's 2010 Ford Fusion was brought into this location for brakes. She was quoted nearly $4,000 for the repairs (with over $700 being for a fluid flush they performed). My husband (certified automotive technician) and I drove 400 miles from IL to trailer this car back home to do the repairs. The car was actively leaking brake fluid as we drove it onto the trailer. I can honestly say I've never seen this level of incompetence, and I haven't even gotten to discussing the run-around they gave to my friend and her parents. 0/10 do not recommend. UPDATE 3/17/2024: we got the Fusion home, and my husband said the Firestone Techs failed Master Cylinder 101 by not doing a bench bleed.

Had water pump repair on my F150. I had to take it back twice within a month for truck over heating and leak. They fixed it but 9 months later it started to leak again. They told be there was nothing wrong. Took it back again and the told me the same thing. Took it to another repair shop to get it fixed.
