They are quick to respond, friendly, and seem easy to deal with when I come in. I use the app to make appointments, and it’s been rare that they haven’t been able to get my car in when I’ve requested an appointment with the app, and will call as soon as they see a problem with an appointment request. They did have a problem with the Confirmation not getting to me this last time, but when I stopped in she clerk knew exactly who I was as soon as I gave her my name. I’ve been there many times and intend to keep returning.

I have been at this location several times for different vehicles. For quick easy fixes normal to Firestone (Tires, balancing, alignments) GREAT!!!!!

I'm a big fan of Bridgestone/Firestone and this location has always done a great job of taking care of my family's 4 vehicles. Their tire sales, road hazard warranty, and lifetime alignment brought me in and the conduct and professionalism of the staff keep me coming back. I'm confident that any work was done correctly and for a fair price.

I have been using Firestone for as long as I have been driving (roughly 20 years) and in different states where I have lived. This location especially, is always very professional and extremely helpful. They have always taken care of my car in a timely manner. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Firestone Complete diagnosed and correctrd the uneven drive I had been feeling for nearly a year. The dealer couldn't tell me the problem nor another well-known tire company. Firestone is my go-to tire service and purchase company. They know tires and car service

I have been going to Firestone for over 35 years to get the best tires and the best services. It was subpar this time around. I had bought four tires and road hazard warranties. I came in to get a rotation and wanted my tires checked. I was surprised of the out of pocket items that were explained to me. I mentioned about the TPMS light that wouldn't go off. I mentioned a weight that fell off from the tire balance. Both of which were told that I have to pay for service when I did not have to pay for in the past. And that it was more than a year had passed since I bought the tires. I feel that this should have no bearings and shouldn't matter because of the warranty and guaranty that I bought. The attendant said that I did not purchase the lifetime balance. I feel like I was being taken advantage of because of my age and status. Maybe I should take this complaint up a notch. I might just do that. Thank you for sending me this opportunity to express my concern.

I went in for a Virginia Safety Inspection and I knew my brake pads were close so I was not sure it would pass and he would fail me for my Inspection sticker. My brake pads came out to be 3mm, at 2mm you failed so he passed me. But I still decided to let him replace all my 4 rotors and brake pads and also bleed the brakes on addition we allowed them to replace our serpentine belt and cabin air filter. We we thankful he was honest and did not try to rip us off, and for that reason we will continue to bring our vehicle back for service next time.

Tim was so helpful and went beyond for assistance. He clarified with the mechanic on what repair is urgent and what repair is still recommendation carefully. He respected my time and expenses and I really appreciate him.

I bought the alignment for life deal. Had an 1100 appointment and arrived at 1046 and got checked in for my alignment appointment. Lady at the front desk was very nice, unfortunately my car didn't get seen until I asked about it after arriving back at the store 3 hours later and found it in the same parking spot. 5 minutes after raising the issue my car was taken to the back and alignment checked and complete in 20 minutes. Hopefully this was a one off with my appointment falling through the cracks, however it was still very frustrating. Who knows how long it would've been if I didn't raise the issue.

Excellent service, usually (but not always) open to walk ins. Service is slow though, usually more customers than mechanics. Don't come here if you need an oil change in 10 minutes or something. Otherwise the mall is across the street so there is plenty to kill time with, they will call you when it's done. Speaking of, staff is extremely pleasant and professional.

Had a very bad experience..spent $1500 to change an alternator for my Honda Odyssey at this store as the vehicle gave a problem during the trip..less than 2 weeks the new alternator broke and i had to go to the Honda dealership. They said a third party alternator was used that was faulty . You can never trust these Firestone stores

Absolute trash service. I came into this location because my tires are under warranty and I discovered a nail in my tire. I arrived to the shop after being left on hold for 20 minutes. If the guy didn’t want to fix the tire he should have just said that. First he said “we can do it but you have to pay for a tire” okay? Like duh that’s why I’m here. So he then says let’s go look at it. He then tells me where the nail is I am not able to repair I’ll have to get new tires and I said once again let’s do it. I can’t ride around with a nail in my tire. I go back in and ask where do I leave my car. He said just leave it in the front. I said okay we’ll wait. He then goes to the back comes back out and says something just came up we can’t do it. What a POS. Awful customer service. If you didn’t want to do it just say that instead of giving me the run around.

The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful! I am a teenage girl who was an hour away from home with a blown tire, and had just been turned away from Kia Service because it was a Sunday, so I was completely stressed. They quoted me about 1 1/2 hours to wait, and an hour to do the service. I ended up waiting only an hour for the entire process. Having a friendly face help me out and a quick process, I felt completely at ease. I also wasn't pushed to buy anything I didn't want to which made me feel 10 times better! I was also sent a complete invoice of everything wrong (just my tires lol) which made me feel better as well. I fully recommend this location if you're needing to get your car serviced!

Even though the wait was super long the manager went above and beyond and the mechanic was knowledgeable and courteous and figured out what the dealership could not! I would highly recommend this store.

My vehicle squeaked every time we hit a bump. Was sure it must be suspension related. Tech found it was just loose spare tire. Was not charged the full diagnostic fee.

Signed up for a brake check service to determine pad and rotor life remaining, was told there was “plenty of life left in them” but no thickness of pads etc. No paperwork accompanied the car. They also bent my hood prop rod about thirty degrees. Not sure how they managed that, but they sure did. I’ve used Firestone locations throughout college and grad school in Virginia in multiple cities. Just avoid this one, not my first bad experience with them.

Wait time was not at all what was stated when I asked how long will this take. This was in response to their question their question- will you be waiting for the car? I arrived 12:15 and did not get the car until 4:00. I would have taken an Uber home if I knew the wait was going to be so long. There was only one individual ( a very nice lady) at the reception desks. The other person that checked me in was outside in the bay area having a great time with the mechanics. I saw my car parked out front and assumed they were finished. I waited @ 15 min to be called up. I was not. There were other people in the line other than me. There were no extenuating problems with the car that would have caused this drastic error in time estimation. Other than the lady at the desk who checked me out no one else seemed to really care about customer service.

Worst appointment system. They don’t receive vehicle without appointment, canceled online appointment after you come to store in your online appointment time. Even though if you made appointment by calling the store, don’t deliver your vehicle on time.

Everyone was so amazing and nice. From the time I walked in until I left. Everyone was professional. I will only come here from now on and for my five kids as well. The prices for the tires were great. The lifetime wheel alignment for the car blew me away. I'm bringing in all my other cars and my kids cars as well to get it done. I loved my visit. Thanks everyone you were amazing.

Technician went over all what was needed. Even suggested that I could wait on a few services. Got more details and he worked with me on cost. Decided because of that, I got all of the services done right away. Would do it again 10/10
