Took my van for a maxcare warranty repair. I've never interacted with a more friendly mechanic shop before. They explained everything very well and politely. I was kept updated through every step. I hope I don't need a mechanic again soon, but if I do I know where to go!

They sale cars on the side and he sold it on Saturday after telling me I couldn’t come to buy it Saturday. Then said “I don’t work for your Dad” which makes no sense, and then he blocked me. Edit: he just insulted me and blocked me 20 minutes ago and now acts innocent and doesn’t know who I am? This guy can’t be trusted.

Spent damn near 3,000 dollars ,got the vehicle and was barely able to get it home. Took It back and they were able to tell me within minutes something else major is going on with the car. The guy even told me they didn't even test drive it before they gave it back to me. They should have told me all this before I handed them 3 grand. Wow.

I chose First Class Auto Care because they are a MaxCare approved repair center and this saves me $50 on my CarMax warranty deductible. First Class replaced the transmission as approved by my warranty coverage. The staff was friendly but I had to call the shop or stop by to get updates on the status of my vehicle which took 12 business days to be completed. In addition they were going to charge me an extra fee since they were accepting payment from MaxCare by credit card which is not my fault. I had to dispute the fee to have it removed from my bill.

Amazing service from Frankie and the owner Mohamed!!! We purchased a car from them.. they ensured we felt valued and secure with our purchase from start to finish. The car needs a couple of very minor fixes. They set up and appointment and placed everything in writing without me asking. I’m big on customer service and this was a great experience. Not to mention the car is Gorg!

They turned a bad experience into a mediocre one. Their biggest issue is communication--among themselves and with their customers. The first appointment they gave me was outside of their business hours. They agreed to reschedule my appointment, but then no one told me when that was or confirmed the date. When I showed up for the appointment I requested, they told me that I had missed it and didn't have an appointment. This was the second scheduling mistake they made, but they never apologized for it. After a few rounds of asking how they could help me, they agreed to squeeze me into their busy day and they worked after hours to get it all done. They also told me that I had never officially authorized for them to order the part, which we both knew was a complete lie --just an excuse on their part because I signed the paper for the part when I scheduled the appointment *and* found the part number for them to order. I'm happy with the final product, but it was more of a hassle than I anticipated. They seem to do good work, but I can't honestly say that I would recommend them. The lying to my face, lack of accountability and lack of communication are big red flags in my book.

Took my 2019 GMC AT4 6.2 liter pick up there on warranty work. Warranty work always sketches me as you really never know if your Silver,Gold, or Platinum warranty truly will cover what you need repaired. We'll that stigma was put to rest with this very professionally ran establishment. 1st odd, communication is very transparent and from the very 1st step, they let me know what to expect and what could go wrong.. like the warranty company might not cover something 🤔 😬 Well I was actually lucky and got my lower oil pan that was leaking 100% covered besides the diagnostic charge. The actual bill was over 3k and my outta pocket was a lil over 300.00! So I was very impressed with how the whole process was. My truck was there for a lil over 2 weeks. That's expected though, when they have to wait for the warranty company to approve each step. Very tedious, but again expected and worth it in the long run as it was done correctly! I will definitely recommend anyone to go here as well as my next repair, I will be bringing back to this top notch ran Autoshop! Thanks again!
