Harry and Chris were great to work with. My car had not been serviced in while and Chris went through what was needed and due but did not try to force sell. We made a plan to do some now and some later. The work they did was professionally done, on time, and on budget. I would highly recommend 1st Class Automotive to anyone with a European car (Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi) or any make for all your service needs.

I was so pleased with the short wait time, the attentiveness of the service technician, and the cleanliness of the waiting area. Plus the reasonable price. The team did a great job once again. Customer service was great, they kept me updated on what was going on with my car and how long it would take. And did a full diagnostic to let me know of any other checkpoints we may need to do in the future. I went in for an oil change and filter change and the car drives great. Thanks again, Team!

This was my first time going anywhere other than the dealership for service. Chelsea was so helpful and friendly. I felt like I was getting honest recommendations about the services my car did and didn't need. They even gave me a heads up on what I might expect the next time my vehicle is due for service. These folks treat customers as would a great luxury auto dealership. Everyone is on point: they are always courteous, prompt and friendly; they communicate clearly and conveniently; the service department is trustworthy, reliable and provides quick, stellar service. My last visit required a couple of days to complete, so they even lent me a loaner. And...my car was returned - a day earlier than estimated, even - cleaner than when I dropped it off, including tire shine! For total customer satisfaction and peace of mind, I highly recommend this shop.

Took my truck in for new tires, they did a nice job and even cleaned the inside and outside of my truck. Pleasant experience compared to a lot of garages who try to constantly upsale you.

I am HUGE fan of customer service attitude and practices with any company or organization that I'm involved with. It's the core of any operation. Whether you're selling from popsicle stand or providing a service, that first impression and continued professionalism is something that is embedded in customer's mind. That's when it becomes personable. To me, 1st Class is that and more. However, don't take MY word for it, create your own opinion with your next service or repair.

First Class Automotive did a great job repairing my 2010 Mazda Miata issues. Mazda in Raleigh said they could not fix it, but First Class Automotive did. They are very thorough. I highly recommend taking your car to FCA. Shout out to Chris for all your help. I will keep coming back.
