Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t even take the time to come out and look at a tire. Just said it would be at the end of the day two guys sitting in the office with a blonde hair younger girl just staring at you like you’re stupid or something. Mr. Fisher would be Appalled at the way that they treat customers.

I took my 03 Miata in for a alignment, and the alignment person there fixed a simple problem another shop was unable to get right. The staff seemed knowledgeable and were also very helpful.

Was in town visiting friends. On the drive from PGH through WV and VA my front brakes started to go bad - heavy vibrating when stopping/slowing. Knew the rotors were warped. Called all 3 Fisher locations and only Broadway could get me in that day. Took the car in around 9 and by 11 I had new brakes and the cost super reasonable. Staff was friendly & helpful. Would recommend 10/10.

Extremely disappointed. I took my car in to have an oil change as I have done multiple times here but this time I asked if they could just do a general check also and make sure everything was okay. They assured me everything was fine and I let them know i would come back in a few weeks for an alignment. When I brought it back they maybe had it for 20 mins before they called me and informed me they would not be doing the alignment because something was wrong with my ball joint and axel and wanted to charge me $920. I knew that was ridiculous because my car was fine and I have had a messed up ball joint in the past and knew exactly what that felt like. I took my car to Fisher Tire on Kingston Pike. They did an overall review and let me know all I need was an alignment and charged me $100. Hilarious right? They informed that the man that was going to charge me $920 was named Cody when I was originally there. It is extremely disappointing that just because I am a young woman with little knowledge on cars I was taken advantage of. Not only that this company is located in a lower income area. So if they tried to scam me I’m sure I’m not the only one. Not to mention about a year before this incident happened they claimed my breaks would be $600 I went somewhere else and was charged $200. Why I went back after that i don’t know but after this last time i will absolutely never be back. I hope karma slaps Cody in the face. Definitely would recommend Fisher Tire on Kingston Pike!!

5-29-2024 Came in for an alignment, they claimed both lower ball joints were bad, (little did they know I replaced them 20,000 miles ago) upon removing the alleged “bad” ball joints at my shop, they are both tight with no play, and the dust boots are still in tact, the grease inside is still its original color, Fisher Tire; you are CROOKS. You upsell people parts they don’t need and thrive on individuals who lack the knowledge to tell a difference.

I took my car to fisher Tires to get alignment and they claimed that it needed extra work done that would cost $1,190.00 and then I took it to another placevand all it needed was alignment and left strut and the other company saved me $720.28 I will never take my vehicle back to fisher tires or refer anybody to them. They are unprofessional and rhe employees in the front office are rude

The guys at Fisher Tire really helped me out of a bind. I was in town from northern Indiana driving on the Tail of the Dragon. 15 minutes into my 7 hour drive home on a Saturday, I hit a rock in 75 and cut a tire. Its an exotic car so I figured the tire would be nowhere to be found. Looked up Fisher and called, they actually had the tire in stock! I had the car towed there and they worked me in quickly and treated myself and the car with great care. Highly recommend these guys!

Had a great experience here! Brought in my brand new vehicle that got a flat after hitting a major pothole last Friday. I brought in in around 2pm and they said they would be able to get to it, but may be about 2 hours. Less than a hour later they called and advised that my tire could not be fixed and needed to be replaced, however that specific tire was on back order and could not be ordered. They had similar tires in stock of a different brand, but being a brand new vehicle I preferred them to match. They said they would continue to look and let me know. I called 4 different Lexus dealers and they were all out and could also not order them. Fisher called me back after I’d almost given up hope and said they found one and that it would take 2 days to be shipped in. I was going out of town for work so told them to keep it for repairs and I’d be in the following Thursday for pick up. The entire time they were very communicative and friendly, and found the unicorn tire nobody else could. Thank you!

One star is generous. We are traveling and had a problem with our tire, this place was recommended to us. We described the problem, told them it was one of the back tires, it was a dually truck so 4 tires on the back. They said they found a problem on one of the front tires, we had to ask them to put the spare on - they wanted to leave what they found to be a bad tire on the truck. The problem still exists with the back tire that they did not even look at even though we told them that is where the problem was. It was a waste of a day, waste of money and now we need to take it to another place to find and fix the problem.

THIS IS DENNIS WALKER. I RECENTLY BOUGHT 4 TIRES AND GOT AN ALIGNMENT. I MADE AN AFTERNOON APPOINTMENT WITH SPENCER WARWICK. THE WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND AT THE PRICE QUOTED. THESE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS FAIR AND HONEST. GREAT PLACE TO GET ANYTHING AUTOMOTIVE. IF THEY CANNOT DO IT, THEY WILL TELL YOU WHO CAN. SPENCER WARWICK IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF A PERSON WHO WILL TREAT YOU FAIRLY AND HONESTLY.

It's always a pleasure doing business with these folks. I came in for My front rotors to be replaced, they quoted me a very reasonable price and said they would have me done by about noon. I got a call at 9:00 a.m. saying that my car was ready to be picked up. Extremely fast service, extremely friendly staff, definitely recommend.

I always use Fisher Tire for maintenance on my vehicle. I always have great service and they don't try to push sales on you (like other shops do). I highly recommend.

Bobby Jr n staff are friendly. was a bit miffed the tech had to stop and text fot five minutes between lugs, removal.... etc put an extra 15 to 20 mins on my wait time

Omg! Fantastic work! I needed brakes rotors balanced two tires and an alignment. Great customer service!! I dropped it off at 8am opening time (there was a line out of the door!). Had my car all done by 5pm. It drives so smooth! So so so so happy! Bobby Linda and Spencer- I appreciate your work so much! Also, normally anytime I’ve ever had car work done, they always left grease and dirt! These guys did not! They took such great care of my car! I couldn’t be any happier. Will be using them until I die.

Fisher Tire Company and their staff go above and beyond to help you out. If they don't have what you're looking for they will often help you find somewhere that does. The staff is kind and reasonable. I have yet to find a better mechanic in Knoxville. This place really is a Jack of All Trades.

Fisher came highly recommended from friends. Had an oil change and 4 new tires. There was a small mistake made- the oil filter used in my car had a puncture hole. This caused all the oil to spew out a few days later while out of town. It was Labor Day weekend so not much could be done. Walmart gave me a new filter to get home. Upon my return I had fisher take a second look, and brought them the punctured filter. They refunded me for the oil change and were extremely apologetic. I appreciated their customer service and their urgency throughout the situation. Overall it seems like it was a rare error that can happen when getting oil changes. I plan on returning for my next oil change and continuing to recommend them to others. It’s rare to find an honest, family run business like this.

I've been coming here for years. They have consistently been polite, full of integrity, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I've brought 5 vehicles here for repair for nearly a decade. They've beaten every estimate I've gotten from the competition without even knowing what their competitors quoted me. Very much worth the wait when they're busy. 5 stars is not enough

I currently drive a 2019 infinity qx50. I had a tire leak. I waited an hour and half for a tire plug and they broke the sensor on my tire. I called them once I noticed my tire wouldn't registered. They said my sensor was busted and it would cost me an additional $98.00 to repair. It definitely was not busted. It was working prior to me being my car in. Not happy at all. I won't be returning.
