Excellent friendly service! I arrived at the office door ready to make an appointment for the following day. The owner Neil said, “I have an opening now. Just pull up to the garage door and we’ll get you taken care of.” Done! Excellent!

Called today to get my truck serviced. I received an immediate call back seeing how soon I could show up and telling me that my car would be looked at immediately. Great service and will be going there more in the future. Will recommend it to others.

I was out of town for several months. When I returned, my car was a mess. Flat tires, expired inspection, need of an alignment and more! . I literally stumbled upon Five Points Service Center and Christina was my guardian angel! The got my car back to road worthiness, quickly and with a warm smile! They are my service station from bow on!

I’m just simply needed to have one tire filled with air and they were so nice. The shop was clean, the smiles were warm and honest and they filled not only the tire I needed to be filled, they checked all of my tires. All for nothing. I’ll be not only having my car serviced, but I’ll be referring my friends/family as well.

Neil and Christina have been approachable and hospitable ever since my first phone call with them. Neil’s depth of knowledge is incredibly valuable and he’s very willing to explain issues in great detail. He’s very honest and upfront about your options for costs and repair, something I appreciate as it can be hard to come across in this line of work. The thing that amazed me the most is that he worked overtime and came in ALL WEEKEND to get my car done early without me even asking! Amazing customer service, highly recommend

I am leaving a 5-star review because Neal at Five Points bent over backwards to help me when he didn’t have to. I pulled up without an appointment late on a Friday afternoon when my suburban suddenly started having bad problems on a drive back from work. He accepted me without an appointment and despite the fact that he was slammed with work. He did a very thorough diagnostic, explained what all my options were and the costs for each, made recommendations about what I could fix now versus fix later, and then came in to work on my vehicle all day Saturday until 7:30pm that evening to get it completed. His hard work and dedication to his customers did not go unnoticed. Five stars for Five Points Service Center.

I called Five points service center up because my truck was not drivable I spoke to the owner Neil very friendly guy offered to have my truck towed to his shop from there. He had to do a lot of hard work off of the ground. He couldn’t even get my truck in his shop at the time. This guy was very honest and hard-working throughout the whole experience and told me a timeframe report I would be looking at he is a very thorough mechanic and is not the cheapest guy out there But his work and his friendliness for exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this business to any Friend or family member that is needing mechanical assistance thanks 5 Point Service Center

Stopped in for service just because they were close to my office. Neil and Christina had me in and out in like 10 minutes! They were so nice! I will have my car serviced there from here on out! So friendly and kind! So nice to be treated like i was the most important there! Highly recommend!

This place always is willing to help and go above and beyond. They have the best customer service of any place I have ever took my vehicle. I know that they will do great work and are willing to work with my schedule. If you are in the Raleigh area you should definitely take your car here.

Highly recommend Five Points Service Center! They are so nice and friendly and I really appreciate their transparency. I needed a service and they were able to fit me in the same day, and I was in and out within 10 minutes! I will absolutely be back for all of my future car needs.

It’s going to be hard not to seem like I’m overselling this place, as the service I received was outstanding. Rang up for a service, got in the same day, got the job done for cheap. A good mechanic/car shop is hard to find - these guys are it. Thank you Neil for sorting me out. So long as I’m in Raleigh, I’m only coming here for my car issues. Thanks team!

Neil and Christina are awesome. Very personable and upfront. You can tell Neil has been doing this for a very long time and has A wealth of knowledge. This is so important when choosing a mechanic!! I have learned my lesson from the past. You will not regret trusting your car with them.

So friendly and amazing, fast service. I stopped by without calling ahead and they took me immediately. I’m a 20 yr old girl and i don’t know much about cars so getting my car serviced gives me a big of anxiety but they were so nice to me. Will definitely be going back in the future for servicing!

We are so grateful for Five Points Service Center. We came into town with a tire losing pressure stopped in and was immediately met by the most friendly people who stopped what they were doing and came to our rescue. Tire repaired and we are on our way. God blessed us with kind people
