My experience with 5 star collision was top notch. From the moment of entering I was greeted with a warm smile and knowledgeable staff. The Repairs to my Honda were done quickly and with superb quality. Shane the manager even stayed late so i could pick up my car. Thanks Five star team

Let me start by saying the Salesmen and Women at Five Star ford NRH are great. However the collision center that aftermarket uses, has become one of the worst experiences I've had with a service shop. We purchased a spoiler from after market and it was installed by the collision center. We have been having issues with it coming up ever since we had it put on. After the second time we took it to them they left hardware in the trunk that we could here rattle around every-time we opened the trunk and left micro scratches all over the trunk from their "buff" job. After a couple of weeks the spoiler started coming up again so we took it in to have the spoiler looked at as well as the micro scratches buffed out. Shane Foley who is the collision center manager, was very condescending to my wife. With an attitude why are you driving this your a woman comments, and "its ok sweetie" when she's unsure of the engine. After my wife called to check on her car Shane lied to her about what he was told by aftermarket, evidently saying he was never told to check the spoiler just take care of the micro scratches. Well after market confirmed that was a lie. He was very rude with a how dare you call here attitude, I don't deal with customers. Whether this is the case or not that is piss poor customer service. So they fix the micro scratches and the spoiler for the third time. After we arrived to pick up our car, it was filthy, the outside of the car was dirty had water marks everywhere. The rocker panel on the drivers side was covered in mud and foot prints, the car reeked of cigarette smoke. This is after Joshua Fichter supposedly had a conversation with him about his attitude, I don't know what Joshua told him but assuming something to the affect of don't call and just make sure its done right. Well he made sure he got the micro scratches out on the trunk but left the rest of the car a mess as one last "F" you to my wife. Shane nor anyone at Five Star Ford checked the vehicles condition after it was delivered. We will not do business with people that obviously don't want our business, nor care about customer service. We even purchased the warranty to fix any scratches, dings, pot hole damage, and we won't be bringing it back here for anything. We'll purchase after market items and take our vehicles somewhere else to be taken care of. We just bought another vehicle from here and I had left a Five Star Review because the sales team was great. However, I will not do anything at this FiveStar Ford after purchasing a vehicle. Which I know you guys honestly don't care because at one point we were told "your not loyal to us you would go anywhere you could get it cheaper". We have bought our last 6 vehicles from you guys without shopping at all, you guys have a little bit of an attitude problem because of how many people live in DFW and you'll "just get the sell with the next people". I hope that plan works out for you in the long run.

These guys are amazing! Both mine and my wife’s vehicles were virtually totaled in the last hail storm, but 5-Star had them back to new in no time and kept me informed all along the way. Highly recommend.

This SHOUTOUT goes to Shane, Brandon, and Chris C. I got into an accident and these guys went above and beyond for me and my Jeep!! They are trustworthy, honest, and reliable. My baby is back to normal and has a shiny new beautiful hood and these guys had it back to me in no time. If you need a repair this is the place to go to!!!

Fantastic service at Five Star Collision. Ricky was my service advisor and was helpful and responsive. He gave me an estimate, scheduled me in to drop off my vehicle quickly, and worked with the third-party who paid for the repairs to ensure it all went smoothly. Truck was cleaned, and the quality of the repair was fantastic. Best part was the time to repair my vehicle was quick and in line with their estimated time. Would happily use this shop for any repairs!

Lack of real customer service. Condescending and truly are jerks. Thank goodness I rarely needed true collision work. If it weren’t for the driver that hit me, I never would have had to even reach out to this dumpster hole. Comsumers; beware.

My brand new bronco got hail damage after only having it for 1 month and I filed a claim with allstate. The shop made it a easy repair for me and everyone was very nice and helpful!

Steven was the best!!! Went out of his way to ensure I had a loaner vehicle to make sure I could get my kids to school each day!! Then even AFTER they fixed my car from the collision they found a issue that was recalled by GM and they not only allowed me to stay in my loaner but THEY DELIVERED MY CAR TO CHEVY FOR THE RECALL!!! THANK YOU!!!!🙏

They left my lug nuts loose, one of them flew off. The remainder lug nuts were not even finger tight. I didnt even make it half way home. Thankfully, I'm a mechanic myself, I could feel the wheel wobble and heard it clicking so I pulled over before it flew off. They also left smudges all over my door. Huge disappointment, I had used this shop in the past but never again.

Excellent service and work done here. I was rear ended and needed to have my bumper replaced. Stephen was my advisor and he did a great job of giving me updates and timeframes. Chris C. and Kayleb did great work on my 4runner. Anyone looking at their work would be completely unable to know it was not the original bumper. I have to say these guys made me and my 4unner very happy!

I have had my ford in this place for repair many times over the years and they have always taken care of me. This week it was in there for a repair and when I picked my vehicle up, it was spic and span cleaner than the way I left it. Thank you, Five Star Ford collision.

Brandon McCrocklin is the man! He was my Advisor that handled the paint repair on our vehicle from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I understood everything that was getting repaired while our car was in the shop being fixed. I'm picky.. very picky.. and the work that was done is flawless! I can't even tell where the repair was done.. it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! You can tell this place has it together- from Upper Management to the Advisor- you are dealing with top-notch people. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again!!

Girl at the front desk acted like I was bothering her being there and could care less what I had to say. Allstate customers beware! They are a preferred shop but the appointment wasn't honored. A nicer gentlemen caught me as I walking out and explained this problem has been there for over a year but they don't care enough about their customers to fix it.

Stephen was great! He made sure to over communicate with my vehicle while it was out for repairs with hail damage and the overall quality for repairs on my vehicle look GREAT! I couldn’t even tell there had been prior issues. Thanks for all your help.

These guys are amazing, from Mr. Rick, to the staff, and the mechanics! I was away for the military and they really took care of my daughter's car and walked us through the entire process. Also to mention they did an excellent job on her car! I was a nervous wreck (pun intended) lol, but we truly appreciate their professionalism and compassion! Biggest thanks and many blessings! Highly recommend!

We decided to take my fiancee vehicle in for body work, Unfortunately we got paired with Brandon McCrocklin as he works with our insurance company. Brandon has zero customer service skills, we waited nearly 2 weeks for an update and got NOTHING… And If you call him to check in… You will get a bunch of excuses and bad attitude. Stay away from this place!

Allstate customers beware! They are a preferred shop but the appointment wasn't honored. Evidently this problem has been there for over a year but neither company cares enough about their customers to fix it. Waste of my time. Company offered to setup a new appointment but how can you trust a business that allows this to continue? At least put warnings on your website.

These guys took excellent care of me. Someone backed into my car and offered to pay out of pocket. There was a couple day delay for parts ordered, but you would never know I'd been hit there. The paint was matched perfectly, I point this out because my car is 7 years old and the paint has faded a little. I know the paint specialist and have seen his work before.

I brought my 22 Red Mach 1 up to Brandon McCrocklin at the Five (1) Star Collision Shop located @ 5250 RiversideDr, Ft Worth TX 76137 for minor touch ups due to rock chips and a minor paint damage on the driver's side rear. I was told we will have it in a week. I purchased the hood decal for $600 online vs the $900 that they wanted for the same decal and would not price match. Well one week to get my car back has now turned into three weeks and a day. After my call today, Brandon did not order the correct number of rear decals and has to reorder it again. Everything that Brandon does takes about 4 days. Every time I call and get anther situation. Today I called and asked how much longer and what are we going to do about a discount since you are taking over three weeks and I was told rudely " Come get your car man its ready. The work is done." I told him that the work is not done as you just said that there is a decal missing. This is not an insurance claim. I am paying CASH for the paint repairs. I was looking into buying a 23 Red Lariat F150 for $75k this coming weekend but with service like this I will be going to any other of the many dealerships in the DFW area. Thanks Brandon McCrocklin for the rude service from you yourself that I have received. The paint dept did a great job, just not you.

I had a great experience with 5 Star Collision. The insurance company though was a pain, but 5 star helped by consistently following up to help get the claim and supplements pushed through to the insurance and holding them accountable to fix my car correctly when they wanted to short cuts things. I would 100% use them again for (hopefully I won't need it again though) body work on my cars.

Mauricio was my advisor and he was very thorough, a good communicator and helped me feel comfortable that my repairs would be done efficiently and carefully. He assured me that my damaged new car would be good as new when done. In fact, it was better than new! They did such a complete job, that now when my hatchback is opened, it plays a little warning tune. It had not done so before they worked on it! I recommend Five Star Ford Collision 100%.
